Nice host, good communication and easy self check-in. Good private parking space but pretty small for wider cars - we knew that in advance. Nice location with perfect views on the harbour, the beach and the sea. We liked sitting on the spacious balcony watching the scene. Everything needed was available. Lots of windows in all rooms so very light in the flat. It was great having such a short walk to the beach (2 mins). The promenade is right next to the flat, so is a public carpark - we liked watching the action but for some guests it might be a bit noisy.

What we did not like so much is that we had to make our beds on our own at arrival, the overall cleanliness of the flat (host apologized and explained that former tenants had left the flat in a bad condition so cleaner must have been under stress) and that we were asked to perform several extra tasks at departure, e.g. taking the sheets off again, putting wet towels out on the balcony etc. As we paid quite a bit for all these services, we think the guest should not be asked to perform these tasks.
