The location is great. The apt was very clean. Bed was comfy, lots of pillows, plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything.

The showerhead was loose and aimed weird

It was spacious and comfortable.

The check-in process was inconvenient, as we had to park and unload and then re-park our vehicle. This wouldn’t have been issue, but the road was narrow and there was construction going on.

Great location, clean, and super comfortable bed. All amenities as shown. Easy contactless check in and out.

Extended periods of TV noise and walking or treadmill in apartment above us in the middle of the night both nights

For the most part I'd have to say it was awesome... Basically a 9 out of 10...The reasons not a ten are listed below...Although they may not keep me from coming back...

They said it was a non-smoking property...So as a smoker I complied...but I'm old an I follow rules...When I was there though I smelt weed and cigarette smoke coming from some of their rented tenants apartments...I feel that if they allowed them to smoke they should of allowed us to smoke...I had a balcony...I would of been happy to of gone outside there to smoke...And just a reference to this...I found a website that people were able to give their reviews. I posted a review on there, stating the fact of what I was smelling, and the very next day I didn't smell it again until this morning when we were moving out...So it would seem that management is aware of which tenants that are not complying with these rules that they set for their property...I find it suspicious and feel that they told them when we'd be leaving, and that they could resume their everyday routines...You can't have two types of rules for the same property...I would of been ok paying a 'smoking deposit' just to let me sit on my balcony and have my morning coffee & cigarette...But don't allow some but not all to adhere to the rules... The other thing is more brief...I was in town for my granddaughters college graduation...I haven't been there to cook my big family feast since I moved to Ohio in 2014...I was so excited to be able to throw my feast together for my friends & family...The hiccup came when I found out that I could only have two guests in my place at a time. I have three granddaughters and one of their fiancee's and my son in immediate family. So what was I to do have two come up at a time and have the other two wait outside...So the plan was to take it all over to my best friends house...But I had just too much food...So that's what happened friends and family a total of 7 had to come in packs of two then the last by himself...It did work out...we made it work...but I would've like to be able to have them all together at the same time...

The beds were so comfortable I went out and bought one for myself.

The apartment could have been a little cleaner, we had some dirty dishes and towels in the unit.

Hot tub did not work.

The staff was very responsive to needs (within the hour) including assisting us after hours with finding a parking spot when someone was in our designated spot.

The apartment wasn't stocked properly upon arrival (i.e. only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms). The apartment itself is furnished quite sparsely (no headboards, lamp missing bulb, only 4 towels for 4 guests, etc) and just wasn't very comfortable.

Besides the swimming pool and hot tub being unavailable, it was nice.

The screen at the front door was a little different than the pictures on the instructions but I was able to figure it out. I do have a simple suggestion. I have two kids which I'm sure many people that stay might have as well. Might want to put baby proof plug in covers in the apartment. Real cheap and real simple and provides just a little extra piece of mind for parents.

Pretty much everything about the property was amazing, great decor, great facilities.

You can’t smoke in the rooms, which is understandable, but they don’t even allow smoking on the balcony which I feel would be a great plus if they allowed it.
