This house is just the right size with an open floor plan that looks right out to the lake. A short walk to the beach is an added bonus. Plenty of kitchen essentials for us to make a Thanksgiving meal and enjoy family. Absolutely beautiful home in the perfect location.

Great stay, this is a simple, clean and spacious 4-bdrm, beach house that has everything you need for a fam & friends beach vacation. We loved the porch for morning coffee and evening drinks, and the activity/walk around the lake makes it a great spot. It's several blocks back from the beach and a drive to most restaurants but worth the spot, price and view. If you come from out of state, you may need to make arrangements for all supplies - sheets, towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee filters, etc. you pay for the basics! The AC works great for hot summer days and the bathrooms are remodeled, new and clean, v. nice touch. We will return.

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. This home is very clean, spacious, and fully stocked with everything you may need in the kitchen. We loved that we could use the wagon for an easy walk to the beach. The best part about this home is how helpful and responsive the owners are with any questions you have. We can’t wait to return!

Hosts were very responsive and provided excellent information. House was very comfortable for 4 adults. Loved sitting on the front porch watching ducks and swans with little cygnets. Also enjoyed breakfast outside in back. Great kitchen to cook in - plenty of dishes, pots and pans, serving dishes, etc. Coffee pot uses pods or also has regular coffee pot. Beds were fine. Plenty of drawer and closet space. Two full baths with nice showers. Half bath as well on main floor. Games and puzzles available. Got pedicures at nearby Glare about which we can’t say enough positive things. Loved Taffy the owner - a great experience all around. Hope to return!

We rented the property as a place to stay while we visited family and friends. It was convenient for that purpose. It also gave us access to the beach, boradwalk, restaurants and shops within walking distance and a lake out the front door. The hosts were great with communication and the property had everything we needed to feel at home.

A Vacation Full of Memories
The house is well appointed. The room sizes are great. It was my son's weeding weekend and the house truly fit our needs. The following week, my wife and I stayed behind for much needed R&R. The view of the lake out the front door and on the porch was where we had our coffee each morning. The ocean was a short walk from the house. We truly enjoyed out stay and highly recceomend this house.

Terrific Stay!
We had a fantastic time at SeaRentityOnTheLake. Rick and Doreen were gracious and very responsive. The house was clean and spacious. It had everything we could possibly have needed. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. The view of Lake Como is lovely and we especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch at night enjoying the lake, the ducks, and the walkers. The house is a comfortable walk to Belmar beach. We are planning to return next season!

The house was lovely and spacious. So much newness! We loved mornings and evenings on the porch looking at the beautiful lake. Beach was a HIKE, but we were able to find parking and just transported our stuff in the car. Hit a couple of bumps at first, figuring out the NEST thermostat, but owners were "johnny-on-the-spot" and we quickly resolved our "user error."

Such a great house and perfect location with the beach so close by! The house was spotless and had every amenity you would need for a family beach vacation! We loved it so much we booked it again for next summer!

New bathrooms, big bedrooms, big living and dining area, and a nice kitchen. About a 15 minute walk to the beach made easy with the supplied beach buggy and cooler. Memorial Week at Lake Como
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home with beautiful views of the lake. The private back yard and deck are great for entertaining and BBQ's in this quiet neighborhood. A short walk to the beach and convenient to Spring Lake and Belmar shopping.

A small family pod gathered for Thanksgiving and while we supplemented with some baking dishes we knew we would need, the kitchen was well equipped (and our Thanksgiving meal was delicious). We enjoyed walks around the lake and up to the beach. And you can’t beat the view of the lake from the picture window. We felt lucky to be in such a beautiful place so we could be together safely. The owners were so helpful in answering questions so we knew what we’d find in the kitchen and we enjoyed the goodies they left for us. A great rental experience.

This house was one of the best. As we had a 6 week old granddaughter in the group cleanliness was important and this house was spotless. Great location ( walk to the beach) close to stores , restaurants, public golf courses. Fully equipped kitchen including a big gas grill and outdoor table. Front porch was great for morning coffee, watching sun come up on Lake Como. Neighbors on both sides are year round residents so no noisy rental groups.
Owners were great to deal with. I would highly recommend this for a true family vacation.

Lake como 2020
The house was okay. There were lots of ants in kitchen. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates and pots & pans. Difficult to keep sand out of house since no rug or outside shower. Hose was on side of house-inconvenient. Front porch delightful at night with great view of pond across street. Hefty walk to beach-about 6 blocks. We still walked there and back for lunch. Couldn’t tell if house was disinfected for COVID-looked like a regular basic cleaning. Nice to have 3 tv’s. Pain to bring all the bedding and towels. House accommodated our needs.

Great Family Beach Vacation
The house Is beautiful! It was very well maintained, incredibly clean and in a fantastic location for the beach! The hosts were amazing and you can tell that they take great pride in their property. When we arrived they had left a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, chocolates, and a sand pail.
The house is wonderful for a family. It’s a 15 minute walk to the beach or a very short car ride. We loved being close to the beach, but in a quiet location. Every night after putting our 2 year old to bed we enjoyed sitting on the front porch overlooking Lake Como. We wish we could have spent more than a week here..

It was great stay - the property was clean - the view from the front porch of the lake was heavenly and a welcome change. While not on the beach it was an easy walk. we had a great stay and the owner(s) were very easy to communicate with and helped ensure we had a great stay. Highly recommend.
