Note for those renting: The fireplace hole between bedrooms did not allow for complete privacy between rooms, but if you are renting with close friends or family, it is manageable.

The apartment is well compartmented and generally well equipped. I would suggest the guests to provide some basics in this kitchen such as a salt. The guest is very responsive in booking.com messaging, helpful and nice.

The shower facilities are a bit limited, with the shower mounted right next to the toilet, with no curtain or cabin. You need to use a mop after you shower - mop that is provided actually.

The location is wonderful, near the city center (500 meters). The guy that has the apartment was very nice. The check in and the check out was very simple. You have a lot of parking option, all for free. The sheets are very clean and smell nice. They left us coffee and this was very nice. Overall the value for two bedrooms is okish, especially if you have children. But it's not a 9+ apartment (i'm sorry).

The soundproofing is bad, considering that the apartments is close to a bulevard. Also there is a lot of light in the night from the street (in one of the bedrooms there are no curtains, just some rolletes, not so good for the light). In the bathroom is not a place to shower. You have to make a shower directly on the floor and all the things get wet. You can't wash your child safely over there. Also is an awful smell in the bathroom. In the apartment is an odd smell covered by a room parfume (i think they don't open the windows often). When i opened the window to let the air from outside enter, i saw how dirty the windows are (like....grey). The towels provided were old and unsmooth. We used our ones.
