Everything overall was great. Only things i would have issues with is 1. The hottub was super dirty and water stinks. The filter needs changed and we couldnt really use it. Also probably want to have the cleaners actually dust the cobwebs and bugs from all over the walls and ceilings. Other then that we had a great time.

The house was very clean when we arrived - everything was wonderful. Hard to beat waking up to the river every morning. A great place to connect with old friends.

The house was large, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of plates, silverware, glasses, baking trays, and every small appliance you could need. A smart TV in every bedroom. The location was close to Ohiopyle State Park. Some items to note: the house is at the end of the road, but the road is the main road into the area and there was quite a bit of traffic going by, especially in the morning. The flooring, especially in the kitchen, was sagging between joists. The bathtub faucet was falling off the wall. Light switches falling off. Seems to need some maintenance. Easy check in and check out.

Stayed here for proximity to slopes. House was as described. Upper deck and lower deck chairs perfect for enjoying the views! The spa was clean and relaxing. Note: kureg coffee pot uses both pods and filters - score! Tvs in every room for those interested and good wifi too. We would recommend and may come back to ride bikes, trout fish and or just relax.

My girl's and I booked a semi last minute weekend. Riverfront Lodge was perfect in every way. It was clean, perfect size, easy to get to and affordable. We plan on having the girl's weekend every year.

My family enjoyed a nice weekend at this property. Close to trail and there was a fall festival in town. The spacious kitchen worked well for meals and just hanging out but the beds were very uncomfortable especially the king. The inside of the house was clean but exterior of home is in poor repair along with unkempt yard and landscaping. Outside hot tub surrounded by melted siding. Chairs on upper deck were filthy . Our weekend was about connecting with family, we just needed the space and the house did provide that. But would not rent again

We love that this house is on the river and right across the bridge from the Great Allegheny Passage, a bike path that runs from Cumberland, MD to Pittsburgh, PA. The sunsets here are awesome. We love walking the dogs, running and biking it. We even saw a family of otters playing. And, we get to see riders come to Confluence for a meal. Two restaurants we enjoyed - Mitch's for breakfast and the River's Edge for dinner. There is no dishwasher, so we brought some nice disposable plates to cut down on dish washing. The kitchen is well-stoked with dishes and cooking tools.

We enjoy staying in Confluence which is a quiet community close to biking trails. Found the Salty Dog enjoyable to dine at. The house is a great size for up to 6, but does sleep more. Thanks !

Had a wonderful visit with my family for 4 days. Plenty of space for all and lots of outdoor space for the kids to play. Very quiet and secluded from the bike path. Wonderful front decks to enjoy bird and river watching.

Nice place
We stayed here 4th of July weekend 2022. The property is nice and cozy for the most part. There is a very nice balcony upstairs and a very nice front porch which was great for relaxing and drinking morning coffee. There is plenty of access to the river which is right across the street, and the street is a dead end street and this place being only one of 2 houses on this side of the dead end street made it very nice and secluded. Very spacious for a large group of people. The bed in the master bedroom could’ve been more comfy as the beds in the other bedrooms were much better. Hot tub was great and it was large enough for quite a few people however the appearance around the hot tub could’ve been better. It was beside the garage were the siding on the garage was totally melted and falling off almost all the way across. Looked to be caused by the grill but should be replaced before renting this place out or we should’ve at least been told about it prior to renting. There is so much to do in the area… kayaking, rafting, fishing, camping, swimming, waterfalls, Ohiopyle state park, bike trails and rentals, and the bike trail is right there by this house crossing the river. Even if you don’t ride bikes it’s a great place to take a late night walk and look at the stars. We really enjoyed this place… like I said there could definitely be a few updated to the master bedroom and a few things need fixed but all and all I would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this house valentines weekend! It was a blast. The rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was huge which was great for the late night chats and the large breakfasts. The hot tub was amazing. It needed to be cleaned but we enjoyed it still. Overall it was great.

Ringing in 2022 at The River House was a great way to start a new year! The house was spacious enough to accommodate 4 adults and 3 teenage children. The surrounding area was perfect for hiking and long walks along the river. I imagine this would be a perfect rental in the summer.

Great location within 30 mins of Seven Springs, Deep Creek, Falling Waters and Nemacolin. Well stocked kitchen for your family meals. Living room seats 8 easily and comfortably. House is older but remodeled. Needs a few maintenance issues fixed ( we let manager know) but none hampered our stay. The house was clean. Overall a good place! Would stay again.

It seemed like everywhere I looked something was broken, not working correctly or falling of the wall. Next to the front door, a thing to hang your keys fell off everytime we came in and out the front door ( ended up having to take it off the wall and place in counter), the exterior of this property is very poor and cheaply done (even has "lovely" siding falling off the garage area while you soak in the hot tub ), multiple porch chairs broken, back slider is broke and doesn't lock correctly ( safety issue), NO DISHWASHER ( seriously on vacation ? For the rate you are asking), the floors are falling apart and slanted throughout property ( worse in kitchen), broken blind, the water tastes disgusting don't drink it, and etc !!! Then when we were trying to pack up and leave; their cleaning crew was standing staring at us while we finished washing dishes etc and getting out of the rental ( we exited 10 minutes late), as well as they showed up next door at a rental at 9:30 and then stood around watching us and starring us down ( unprofessional) . Definitely will not rent this again. Live and learn, BUT learn from us, don't rent here!!!! However, DO go see some cool ppl at white water adventure in downtown Ohiopyle and head down the river rafting; they were awesome !!!!!

Cute house with great access to the Allegheny Trail and river. Close to mountain biking trails too. We were there at the end of the season, so there weren't many places to eat. So, we cooked in a lot. Not sure the kitchen is fully equipped for family dinners. And you have to wash your dishes between meals - no dishwasher. The stairs are bit loud because there aren't carpets anywhere. But that makes it easier to manage having the dogs. We even had a visiting opossum by the hot tub. The hot tub is great - great jets, and very private.

My siblings and I rented this house for a weekend getaway and it couldn’t have a been a better time. The house is so spacious, it fit us all very comfortably- we really hated to leave. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had a great layout and the porches were wonderful. The children loved the hot tub, too. We will definitely be back!

Perfect weekend getaway
My siblings and I rented this house for a weekend getaway and it couldn’t have a been a better time. The house is so spacious, it fit us all very comfortably- we really hated to leave. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had a great layout and the porches were wonderful. The children loved the hot tub, too. We will definitely be back!

I rented this home for a surprise 60th birthday for my mom. Our families came from Ohio and Virginia to stay and celebrate her over four days. The kitchen has a very nice coffee maker and a lot of cooking gear. Our experience in the past hasn’t been with well appointed kitchens so this was a nice surprise. No fire pit so we brought our own and left it for future renters to use. Love the location by the bike trail. We rented 6 bikes and baby carriers from the local bike shop. Very nice man operating it. With all the hardwood it is easy to hear everyone walking when trying to sleep but our sound machines helped with that. Great house. Clean hot tub. Would love to stay again.

Loved the inside of the home. The kitchen/dining area was quite welcoming and comfy. The outside could use a bit of TLC (new grill and some light landscaping). We will definitely revisit this home.
