Perfect getaway!!!

The condo was really nice. Lots of bedding pillows and kitchen utensils. Decorated really cute. Furniture on balcony was very comfy. Communications with owner was really good. Great beach access.

The property was clean and comfortable. Usually, the chairs and sofa are uncomfortable in properties, but not in this one. The barrel chair was my favorite place to sit. The beach being right out the back was awesome. The beach was clean, quiet, and safe. Loved it.

Clean, cute condo with all of the amenities! Great view from the balcony. The condo was perfectly located to enjoy the sites on both the Florida/Alabama panhandle. We found the beds very uncomfortable which left us pretty unrested by the end of our stay. Additionally, the building next door is being built/remodeled and the construction noise on the balcony was very annoying.

Well maintained beachfront condo with fabulous ocean views from private balcony. Private access to clean, quiet beach. Nice pool came in handy the one day when jellyfish didn’t allow ocean swimming. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

My fiancé and I enjoyed this beautiful property with our toddler. Everything was as described. All of our needs and expectation where beyond met. Heather was some accommodating and responsive to any needs/questions. We haven't been home a day and are already looking forward to visiting again. We highly recommend this place! Great place, environment and overall a wonderful trip!

This was hands down the best vacation my family and I have ever had. This condo was perfect! It felt just like home! Beautiful view, beautiful decor, we had the best sleep in the most comfortable bed. The condo is in the middle and center so it was perfect to sit on the balcony and look at the ocean! The beach wasn't crowded (which I LOVED) there was a storage room outside on the balcony filled with beach stuff. So we didn't have to buy or pack anything required to be on the beach. That was so nice! The kitchen had anything and everything u can think of! Heather was so sweet! I had a few questions and she answered me within minutes. My family and I are already wanting to book this condo for next year! It was the best place and best experience for us! Thank you Heather for everything! I look forward to next year already! ❤

The condo was perfect for our first family beach trip. The trip was a surprise for my daughters birthday. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5, the big kids enjoyed having their own room and TV. The master bed was super comfortable and the condo was decorated beautifully with beach theme. Location was nice coming off elevator. We enjoyed sitting on balcony and finally saw dolphins our last day. Short walk to the beach with nearby pool, our kids enjoyed the pool each night. We loved how the beach wasn’t crowded at all even on the holiday weekend. Perfect amount to do in town or drive a short distance. Storage closet had plenty of things for beach for us we really didn’t need to bring any of our beach toys. Hope to be back one day!

We could not adjust the air conditioning and the showers didn’t drain well but other then that best location we’ve ever stayed at in Florida. Lots of space and really enjoyed the laundry room.

This condo had everything we needed plus some. It was spacious and super convenient and close to the beach and pool. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Everything was great during our week. Great communication with the owner. Very clean unit. The pictures are 100 percent accurate. The unit had everything you could need during your stay. The tall patio furniture was so comfy.

The Good Stuff This was one of the cleanest rental properties we have ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in a lot!) It also has the most well-stocked kitchen we have encountered with absolutely everything you could need. The unit is beautifully decorated and Heather has thought of everything - including board games, books to read, and even a Playstation. The beds are all comfortable and we loved having a washer and dryer at our disposal. As far as the resort property goes, everything was beautifully maintained, luggage carts were readily available and the wait for the elevator was always short. The location is perfect and the view is amazing! It stormed while we were there but we finally saw dolphins from the balcony on our last morning! It was wonderful and I would definitely recommend it (just be sure to read below before booking.) A couple of things to know before booking: 1. Only 1 vehicle is allowed on the premises. This is stated in the rental description but I somehow missed it. That’s my fault. Not a big deal if you only have 1 vehicle but we met our friends there and they had to park their car off-site for an unexpected additional fee of $15 per day for our entire stay. Maybe I’m weird but I want constant access to my vehicle. 2. If you or anyone in your party is a smoker, you will want to avoid this entire resort. The rental info states that this is a non-smoking unit. However, we arrived to find signs posted that the entire resort is non-smoking - INCLUDING all balconies AND on the beach. Not a big deal if you aren't a smoker but one member of our party is a smoker and we were shocked to see that he could not smoke on the balcony or even in a vehicle in the parking lot. This would most definitely have been a deal breaker for us and I was a little shocked that it wasn’t specified anywhere in the rental description on the website nor in the email sent with all of the other rules and info. I have no problem with the rule itself, but it should DEFINITELY be made known in the rental info. When I’m paying thousands of dollars for a rental, I don’t expect to get there and have any surprises.

We arrived to find the condo disappointingly filthy (sand still on the ground/furniture, flosser/trash in the dining chair, hair/filth in tub, urine around toilet, very dusty) and reached out to Heather with photos. She was apologetic and very quick to reply and reach a satisfactory correction (I cleaned the condo top to bottom and was reimbursed for supplies/cleaning fee). The condo is updated to look beautiful, but unfortunately only with cosmetics (paint, decor, granite, throw pillows & decorative bed linens)- the front door could only be open/shut by adults (had to be slammed, Heather said no one could fix it the week we were there), torn balcony screens, older appliances (but did the job), master bed mattress is dated 2006 and covered with a foam pad, but still severely sunken on one side, many bed linens (sheets, pillow cases) were worn & stained. Another very disappointing surprise was the HUGE construction project taking place next door. We happened to be there the week they were putting up the exterior walls and were woke by 7 AM daily with construction noise. The beach was clean, but severe erosion created a 2-3 foot ledge about midway to the ocean and the flat usable back area was mostly occupied with empty rental chairs. The balcony view is truly breathtaking and the redeeming feature, the location was convenient, Heather was very responsive and overall great to work with.
