Great location and access to beach. Nice layout!! Deck and view were wonderful. Couple things to consider: 1. Floors were obviously swept but still dirty ( black feet). Seems they need a wet mop. 2. Beds were very squeaky. Seemed to be the box spring.

Sanibel 904 was absolutely beautiful and the view from the condo was perfect. It took a couple days to get our parking pass because we kept missing the time Randy was there. Find a broom and dust pan where the furnace is after I bought one of course 🤷‍♀️. The patio has a nice table with 4 chairs and 2 lounge chairs. The condo beds, bathrooms, kitchen were very clean and everything worked. Our overall experience was wonderful and will definitely be coming back. The Gearys

We had an amazing vacation. I traveled with my wife and 1 year old daughter. Place was clean and loved the view. The only complaint i have is the elevators were broken for two days and it was difficult to climb 9 flights with a 1 year old and beach wagon.

This is a lil picky but don’t tell ppl the check in code is sent between 2-4 when your not getting the code until 4 our room was ready at 2 but couldn’t get the code until 4 after I called and ask for it

I rarely leave reviews but the truth should be told on this one. I searched for decent place at length and settled on this one because of the “raving” 5 star reviews. It was filthy and has not been maintained and seriously needs some TLC and furniture replacement. The king bed was truly awful. Worst mattress ever. The bed spread was dotted with blood (who knows when it was washed last) I have the photos to attach - we pulled out another blanket to use in its place and it was with blood - crusty dried - so we know it was not washed either! The couch is pathetic if you plan to sit and watch TV in it, as is the love seat - so so so broken - think college kid movie type of broken down. Some lamps were broken, the dishwasher is “off” and the beach chairs are broken - completely useless! AND let’s not get into the deep cleaning it truly needs , or how about start with at least wiping the doors, knobs and mirrors. The condo is RIGHT outside the elevator so you will hear it run all hours since the bedrooms face the elevator. The parking enforcer Randy - good luck - kind of joke that you have to pay $25 to park at the rental complex. Overall I’m not sure who is getting paid to clean it with that hefty cleaning fee but it should be immaculate! Trust me pay more money and stay somewhere else.

This is a beautiful condo on the 9th floor and sitting out on the balcony you get a great view of the ocean & we even saw dolphins jumping out of the water......This condo provides pretty much everything you need besides personal items, & dish soap & laundry detergent....My family & I loved our stay here

We’ve never stayed in Gulf Shores before and if I’m being honest, I was so scared of the location of the condo from the beach. HOWEVER, I got sucked in by the view in the listing. To my absolute surprise, it was SO conveniently located to the beach access that it wasn’t a big deal at all! Honestly, we didn’t mind it at all because we bought a wagon before we left expecting a walk. I do 100% recommend a wagon! It just made everything so much easier. The condo, 10/10!!!! Honestly, NO COMPLAINTS! NONE!!!! 9th floor provides an awesome view! The condo is right in front of the elevators, which we found so convenient. Also, we never had to wait for an elevator, which is worth mentioning because it was something I was surprised about. The condo provides an abundance of carts for hauling up your luggage which was is also worth mentioning! ;-). Condo was clean, HUGE living area and felt so much larger than it actually was. Nice having an half bath too! Stocked with everything we needed, literally!!! Honestly, there isn’t ONE thing I could say bad! Nada! Will absolutely be back!!!

I have been so used to hotels that I forgot to think of that and had to buy one. Communication was good and on time. Unit was ready a tad early, would have been wonderful if we weren't still 8 hours away ;) Pool was nicer than photos as well as beds bigger. Awesome balcony furniture. Super easy walk to the beach. Some water and piers out back with lots of frogs, tree frogs and crabs. FYI Ice maker didn't seem to be working. Didn't spend a lot of time trying to figure it out though because we were there for softball so always had coolers and ice. I agree with other reviewers may be time to replace sofa/loveseat. I think covers might work great too though, still comfortable. Some friends had little wave boards in their units, a couple of those would be a nice surprise for guests.

The kitchen was reasonably stocked with all the kitchen items we needed for out stay. If I had to nitpick, the couches are getting a bit broken down and might need replacing soon. But I would have no regrets reserving this condo again and would recommend it to friends and family.
