The house was beautiful. The location was fabulous. The view was amazing. We have been coming to Door County for 20yrs and this is my new favorite place to stay.

David and I and our adult son and fiancé had a wonderful time staying at this property - our only wish was we would have wanted to stay longer . There is so much to do I. Door county and wonderful restaurants. Although we ate out most of the time - the kitchen is fabulous for entertaining . The owners communicated everything very well . We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and very nice house. We very much enjoyed staying while in the house. Location great and near docks and restaurants.
Front porch not available to upstairs unit (not disclosed). Not good outdoor options to sit and visit outdoor on the property. Property owners live on site. (Not disclosed) Some might be ok with this but was kind of odd. For price of unit, we would have liked an ice maker in the refrigerator.

Wow, what an absolutely amazing place, we'd rate it even higher than a 5-star if we could! We could easily live here it was so lovely, inside and out! The location is ideal with beautiful lake views and easy access to other towns and destinations. The home is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated and appointed—and most importantly, it was extremely clean and very well cared for—we really appreciated the cleanliness, and the attention to every detail and amenity throughout the home. It’s even more beautiful than the online photos depict. Pride of ownership is apparent, and we appreciate and respect the work the owner has put into creating such a comfortable and welcoming property. Thank you for five perfect nights in your beautiful Ephraim home. We will definitely be back! Already booking for next spring and fall. Can't wait to return!

The unit was spotless!! The beds were super comfy and despite being in the heart of town it was so quiet. We enjoyed the view of the water and the convenience of an in town rental. We were able to walk to back roads and visit “Good Eggs” for coffee, scones and burritos most mornings. One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Door County so far.

Lovely condo in great location! We brought her our 17.5’ boat with us and it fit in the slip well. The location of the slip was ideal. The condo worked really well for our family of 4. That said, we used the alcove with the fold-out twin beds for our 8-year old son. A bigger kid would be too big. We probably won’t be able to return to this property because we will outgrow the sleeping options. The condo has everything you need, is very clean and the location and parking can’t be beat! We wished there was outdoor space for the upstairs unit we were in…we were very envious of the front porch the downstairs unit accessed. All this to say, if you have a small group, I highly recommend this condo!!

We rented the top floor of this well appointed home for our family. The house was better then the pictures, beautifully decorated and immaculate. We watched fireworks from our windows that faced the lake and this house is within walking distance to lots of attractions, shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend!

My husband, two children (6 and 11), and I stayed in this wonderful VRBO for about a week-and-a-half in August. We had the two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom unit upstairs, and it was the perfect space for us. It is very clear that the owners take a lot of pride in this property. The upstairs unit is fully updated (the bathroom photos don't do them justice in the listing). The kitchen island is huge, there are plenty of dishes and utensils, and the living room was clean and inviting. My son's room looked out at the water, which he was thrilled about.
There was plenty of detergent, garbage bags (under the dirty ones in the bottom of the garbage can...didn't realize that until the end!), linens, and toilet paper. When you leave, you just have to take out your garbage (right behind the house), wash your dishes in the dishwasher, and pile your dirty towels on top of the washing machine. The hosts made it very easy to stay there and enjoy our vacation.
The location is perfect walking distance to everything in downtown Ephraim, and Ephraim is a great, central town to be in to drive almost anywhere else in Door County quickly.
Overall, we loved staying in this property, and I highly recommend it for your next vacation.

This property had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the many windows facing the lake which is just across the street and the walkability. Beds were great and having three bathrooms was a luxury! Chefs Hat restaurant just down the alleyway was a popular destination for us and Ephraim was perfectly situated between Sister Bay and Fish Creek when we ventured out each day. Our youngest (age 5) happily slept on one of the fold out beds and the place felt very spacious — so many closets and nice wide hallway. I wish that the place offered shampoo and beach towels but those were very small detractors for this amazing place. It greatly exceeded our expectations! We loved it.

This is our 2nd trip to Door County and both times we stayed at this property. We love the views of the water, walkability to restaurants, and the comfortable, updated space at this property. Tim and Nancy are always responsive and thoughtful. Overall, it’s an amazing rental property with an unbelievable location to all Door County has to offer.

Stunning Retreat-Perfect Door County Spot
If you are looking for an ideal setting, this beautifully decorated home is for you. Perfectly clean and very comfortable. we had six adults so my daughter and her husband had the pull outs in the loft area. The home very comfortably accommodates six people- we were in town for a family weeding so having 2.5 baths was extremely helpful when getting ready. I would definitely recommend this home for a Door County stay.

Great house, Great Location !
The house and location were perfect. Great view of the bay from the house. The nicest restaurants in Ephraim are just around the corner and the nearby wine bar, brew bar and coffee shop were very enjoyable. Everything was excellent in every way. I will definitely stay again.
