I don't think my words can explain how perfect this place was for our group. We were in town for a basketball tournament. We had plenty of rooms and space for everyone to be super comfortable. The outdoor area with the jacuzzi/pool was perfect. We had all three houses which were perfect in every way.
Kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor grill was perfect.
Every room was spacious and had a nice flat screen. Plenty of bathrooms and unlimited amount of hot water for everyone (Tankless water heater).
I think the best part for us was the excessive number of washer/dryers. We were able to wash all our uniforms for the next day in no time.
We would definitely stay here again. Host was very responsive and communication was awesome.

Everything it was as I thought it would be except the chairs in the main house dining area. We’re little bit tacky in the sense. Where they stood out, being all kind of worn out and chipped away other than that everything was OK.

As a marriage party of 20 of us we found this property very comfortable, clean, accessible, peaceful and enjoyable with outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The bar area by the pool served as an anchor for food and drinks. Ample parking for large 9 cars. The property manager is very accessible and for minor issues someone came out quickly and fixed the issues right away. If you have a large group I would recommend reserving the 3 homes and have an excellent, relaxing time. Our stay of 3 nights was absolutely relaxing and catering food made it very easy!

Great communication with Shirley. Place was clean and perfect location near the beaches and Universal area. The pool, BBQ grill and firepit made a great place for all of the cousins to hang at the end of the day.
Initially had 30 people RSVP, yet do a medical emergency one set of cousins and family could not make it. With the great communication with Shirley, I was able to update her that our head count decrease to 20 people.
Also we love the option of late checkout. So we were in no rush to leave.
Would definitely go back in the future!

The property was beautiful and just as described/pictured. Plenty of room for everyone, a beautiful outdoor pool area, close to shopping and the highway. Well maintained and clean. Would definitely recommend the stay. However, very bad communication with the property manager Shirley who treats people like dollars. Upon booking, we were charged 2x for the damage deposit and she informed us that the 2nd charge would be refunded in a few days. When it wasn't, she said that she had nothing to do with it and I was sent around from her to Vrbo to the insurance agent trying to figure it out. Most importantly, she sent repetitive messages over and over, always at 2 in the morning. These messages were aggressive (parts of them in CAPS LOCK) and totally unnecessary for a group of 14 academics who can obviously read. Not only was the same information sent repeatedly, but basically we were informed about everything given prices!! So, if we needed her to come to the property it would cost us, if we forgot something at the property it would be an admin cost+shipping+packaging, and so on. After paying ~four thousand for 2 nights, we really did not appreciate being treated non-humanly. We did not appreciate being woken up at 2 in the morning with these messages during our trip either. We did not appreciate receiving a message right when we arrived that said "I hope you enjoyed your stay. Check out instructions for tomorrow" given that we just got there!! Unfortunately, terrible management.

The property hasn’t been maintained well - Cracked floor tiles (HAZARD for babies), smudges on the walls, damaged counters. The swimming pool wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. We paid a hefty cleaning fee and we still had to take out the trash, put the towels into the washer and the dishes in the dishwasher.
The pictures for this house are deceiving! I would not come back and would not recommend th is properly to others.

I had been dreaming about getting all the family together for a holiday and to all be in one house for a long time and this rental was absolutely perfect for that. This year for Thanksgiving we also we’re celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. I wanted to get the entire family and extended family together and whenever anybody comes to Los Angeles half the family ends up staying in hotels spread around the city so we don’t get enough time together. This house was absolutely perfect and enabled us all to stay on one property with a lovely pool and hot tub and outdoor chill area and spend the maximum amount of time together. It was a truly special weekend and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. What stands out about this property above other houses that could accommodate a similar number of guests is that it’s essentially three standalone apartments, three bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. This allows a large group such as our family to spread out and not feel all stuck in one giant house together. You can have three different homes with different vibes going on. One quieter house for the parents with kids, one more bustling house where all the meals are being prepared and Music is being played etc. It’s a very unique and cool property I would highly recommend.

This was a perfect location and the house was amazing. We came from Dallas for our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect! The owner was great and allowed us to have a small rehearsal dinner and was very accommodating. The spa did not heat when we first got there and they took care of it immediately! Wonderful experience! The house layouts were perfect! Loved it!

Each family has their own house and we gathered out in the back. The pool is a little on the smaller side but better than sharing a large one at a hotel. The backyard space was awesome!

Our host was amazing. She was very quick to resound and message back. The location is very accessible and near the various areas we were visiting. There were a few lights in 1 of the houses that did not work, or host was great in offering someone to come to the property to resolve it. The kids loved the pool and couldn't wait to come back to the house.
Completely recommend it and stay in the home again if we are out that area

This beautiful property was perfect for part of our large family to stay at for a family wedding near by .
We were able to have our own space but join together by the pool , barbecueand the fire pit. It worked out perfectly .

This home was awesome! The rental looked exactly as shown on the pictures. Very clean and the pool area with waterfall was fun for the entire family. The grounds area was kept very nicely! Stores and restaurants in walking distance. Overall this was a great rental!

This home was perfect!! We have absolutely no complaints on our stay. The pool and jacuzzi were heated which was a plus due to the weather being a little cold.
Location is very close to stores and shops in the area. There are neighbors but the home is Very private!!

Very nice property
House was really nice. Pool was nice and warm for the winter season! A go-to house for a nice vacation. The property manager Shirley responds right away and is 100% effective when we need something. Best property.

This property was so very amazing. The property manager and the owner of the house went out of their way to make sure our stay was nothing short of perfect. It had great amenities and was very clean. I very much recommend this property to anyone.

This property was perfect for our wedding party that traveled from out of state. All rooms were easily accessible and bathroom/kitchen access was easy for all. Plenty of parking spaces for 5 cars! Next to the 101 fwy and plenty of places to eat nearby. Pool was small, but fine for our needs. Very clean!

The stay at this location was AMAZING. Plenty of space for my party of 18. Everyone enjoyed it and stated if we returned its gotta be at Shirley's place.
