Location wise, it is extremely practical to get to the city center. Trolleybus and bus services operating frequently (average every 5 minutes at peak times) , taking only 10 minutes to get to town.. but if you enjoy walking, only 40 minutes straight ahead on the same road and you’ll be in old town! Perfect after a night out ahah! :D
Everything what is needed is available in the apartment. Towels, extra bedding, dishwasher tablets and fairy, as well as shampoo and shower gel! Ambient storage contains essentials such as seasonings, coffee, sugar, oil etc.
Sofa bed can be a little confusing to open at first but is really good quality and comfortable!
If there is a washing machine, it would be nice to also provide some laundry soap or pods, but this doesn’t change my review. Apart from this, everything was perfect, and I would definitely book again!

Everything was great, I made reservation for my parents and they were completely satisfied. The check in is smooth, the host provided all necessary information. The neighborhood is nice, not far a way from a shopping mall.

The apartment has all the little things you need to make a longer stay comfortable, from washing machine, machine for dishes, iron, to cleaning supplies. It is not noisy and has very good connections with public transport.

Modern, comfortable, clean apartment on the ground floor. Practically all the little things are provided for travelers in the kitchen and in the shower. Comfortable large bed. Excellent transport interchange within walking distance. In 10-20 minutes you can get to any point of Riga.

The host is very friendly and helpful. The facility is very good with all the things we need. The rooms are big and clean. It's not too far from the center and within walking distance to the nearest tram station. Very nice experience here.

Good location, not far from the train station as well as city centre, the apartment itself is modern and comfy
On our visit it was very hot in there so would have been nice to have air conditioning or fan, as well as dark curtains

Great location if you travel by car, own parking space comes very handy as there is not much public parking opportunities nearby. Overall very nice apartment with nice kitchen facilities and spacious shower.
Apartment is on ground floor so you hear everything that is going on outside like workers renovating the yard during our stay. I would recommend bringing earplugs.
Also right now, July-August 2020 they are renovating one of the streets nearby so there was a lot of noise from drilling pavement that went on during the night too, made it almost impossible to sleep on the night Thursday/Friday but was not performed on weekend. Would have appreciated information regarding this situation from the host beforehand as we were travelling for a week already when we reached Riga and quiet night hours and good sleep was needed.

Perfect place for me and two children (10 and 12 years old).
Parking was available in front of the building.
Great playing ground few hundred meters away and public transportation to centrum was available.
