THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL AND FACILITIES THAT ARE ON THE PROPERTY FOR GUESTS TO ENJOY ARE A NICE ADD. POOL, CLUBHOUSE, SMALL BEACH AND A NICELY EQUIPED GYM ARE ALL TOP NOTCH. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE HOME ITSELF. VERY CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPED. WE HAD A LOT OF RAIN DURING OUR STAY, BUT THE HOME IS SO BIG AND SPACIOUS, WITH COVERED PORCHES, WE COULD STILL ENJOY OURSELVES. ALSO BERNIE IS GREAT AND JUST A TEXT OR PHONE CALL AWAY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

This was a nice get-a-way to celebrate my granddaughter turning seven years old. She wanted to go to the beach for her birthday so the beach it was. This is a very nice property tucked away in a very quiet and welcoming neighborhood. The owner is awesome, and responds to any questions you may have concerning your stay in an expeditious manner. We stayed a partial week but wish we could have stayed longer! The house was beautiful , very clean, and conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The owner is extremely responsive and helpful and provided many extra supplies that no other rental we stayed at has done. The community was very nice for the kids to swim in at the end of the day after being at the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

My first vacation rental, I was a little weary at first. Once we got there we weren’t disappointed at all, everyone in our group was absolutely amazed at the accommodations. My friends are still talking about the beauty of the home and wish we would have stayed a few more days. Thanks Bernie for allowing us to stay in your home. Will recommend to friends/family that may be looking for some place in that area. As for me and my 6 friends we are thinking about making this an annual spot for our girls getaway, if Bernie will have us.

The house was perfect for grandparents and two daughters with their families. Everyone had grown up en-suite space with loads more room for the grandchildren. The house is located in a beautiful community with a pool, small beach and launch point for personal kyacks

ABSOLUTLEY LOVED IT!

The pictures and description of the property do not do it justice. The house is beautiful, luxurious, and spacious. When we arrived the house was one of the cleanest rentals I have stayed at. Bernie had already provided toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, garbage bags, and even had some body soap if you forgot it. He spared no expense when furnishing the home. From high end appliances to amazing mattresses and bedding the property was truly a step up from most beach rentals. The grill was nearly new and was a dream to cook on. He had nearly all of the cookware needed for any meal. The only thing I would recommend bringing is a steam pot and crab hammers if you are planning on having a crab boil. Bernie even had a high end waffle maker to use. He had 4 adult and 2 childrens bikes and 8 beach chairs which was great because I didn't have to haul any of that stuff. The development is beautiful and quiet, and the pool is amazing. It is huge with shallow parts for the little ones and more than enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. In terms of location, it is about a 5 minute drive to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Fenwick and about 20 minutes into Bethany. Grocery stores are 5 minutes away, and I highly recommend hitting up Grab and Go Tacos in Fenwick. Overall Bernie was great to work with and the accommodations were top notch. I would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. Also, I forgot to mention the view from the back deck. Having coffee every morning overlooking the bay is not to shabby. Thanks Bernie!

This property is well- designed for a large family/group. It was very clean and well stocked. The owner is fantastic. We were really happy with the accommodations and can’t wait to go back. My family has rented many beach houses over the years. This is absolutely our favorite. Hats off to the owner, Bernard!

We had such a lovely family vacation here! Having 3 gigantic master bedrooms was such a treat. The host was very responsive and helpful. Our kids had lots of space to run around inside and the pool was perfect for them with shallow water. We will definitely return next year! Highly recommended!

Bernard is the consummate host. His home is beautiful and very clean. The location was perfect for us - 10-15 min drive to Bethany and even closer to Fenwick. Close to the action but in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of great restaurants down the street and 2 grocery stores near by. Loved grilling on the deck. Both upper and lower decks have great views of the bay. The kitchen was extremely easy to cook in with high end cooking appliances. A nice juicer/mixer for drinks and a great waffle iron for breakfasts. Everyone had a great time. The pool is large and shallow which is great for kids and the temperature in May wasn’t too bad considering how cold the ocean was! Bernard is a thoughtful host w bikes for the whole family, pool noodles if you need and everything you would want for your stay in the home. Loved it !

Very nice and spacious house. The location was convenient to restaurants, beach, and shops. There was plenty of space for my group of 9 adults which included 4 couples.

Our family of ten stayed at this wonderful property after being apart for 18 months due to COVID. The home was spotless and the beds are SO comfortable! The layout is great and Bernie is a fabulous host. He answered all of our communications very quickly and when the grill broke down, he bought and delivered a new one the same day! The community has a great pool and clubhouse with a fitness center. The neighbors are all so friendly and there are great restaurants and shopping close by, not to mention proximity to Ocean City, Bethany and Rehoboth. I highly recommend this home for a great family or friends getaway!

The house was beautiful, the layout was great and it was bright and clean - exactly what we wanted for vacation. Very close to attractions and the beach. The pool in the development was perfect for days we wanted a break from the beach and the gym was great for morning workouts. It was a great stay!
