Beautiful colonial style in a very nice location. Close to Reforma Ave. walkable to places of interest.
The room was small but OK. The bathroom on the other hand was outdated. It really needs to be redone. Bathtub was old and the glass doors look very old and dirty.

The surrounding area of the hotel is very quiet, and the hotel itself is a very traditional Mexican building, which feels very good. In addition, the hotel has a beautiful lawn and an atrium in the center of the building, which is a view in itself.

Location
They never sent me a business invoice, beds super uncomfortable, lack of shampoo in the bathroom, low water pressure in toilet, etc.

A well located hotel near Reforma and the Zona Rosa. The restaurant was very good and a nice outside garden area.
We booked a queen bed but none was available on arrival but we were satisfied with two doubles. The room was fairly small and the bathroom needs updating. I lost one of the plastic door key cards and was charged 30 pesos for the replacement. This charge I have never encountered in any other hotel.

excellent location. beautiful old world charm and garden. quiet street.
credit card machine wasn’t working so they asked for cash before we could check in.

Breakfast is very poor and not clear what you can get, with no proper explanation from the staff.
Actually, it wasn't pleasant experience, only one staff was very helpful and nice, his name is Thomas, the rest especial the night shift, they were not willing to answer the phone. when we call them from the room.
Breakfast is very poor and not clear what you can get, with no proper explanation from the staff.

Very well maintained attractive property.
In house dining
Extremely comfortable beds
Top quality sheets
Garden
I used the safe to store our phone and ipads while we dined downstairs. We had an issue with our handbasin which had been fixed when we returned. When I looked in my backpack, which had been in the room the entire time my purse and money was missing. Only one person had entered the room during this time. I reported the theft to reception next morning but there was no follow up, apology or any other attempt to investigate the theft which I was made aware of.
Message from this- if you leave the room lock all valuables in the safe. I know I will next time.

the entrance area, foyer, gardens, courtyard, very comfy bed and linen, quiet, the stone stairs
the bathroom, the lobbys, the bedroom
decor, the pictures, the dated look , the bar, the old fashioned breakfast - the bread!

The location was great, very convenient to go to get to other places. The people working at the hotel was very helpful.
It is located in a very noisy area, could listen to conversation of people talking on the street and cars passing from my room. The room's furniture and carpet is outdated. Wifi connection, was very slow and got disconnected all the time.

The place is old and has a beautiful architecture. The staff was great. Always ready to help. Central location to the downtown and famous neighborhoods around. They have a local pet which is adorable. It is a beautiful courtyard Casona. The food was good. Parking for those that are fearless to drive in such a crazy city.
So many things were wrong. I was not able to upgrade my room, we had a rundown room. What an awful room we got. I understand that is an old house and I appreciate that but the broken tiles. Stained toilet seat. No hand towels and when we asked for them they said they are not included with my room. The management was rude ignorant and arrogant. Spaniards that act like they are so much better than every one including their customers. Unhappy of the looks we received and we couldn't have a single meal in that place with these man walking around with their sour face. Their restaurant is dark and dingy total miss for a nice building.

Beautiful Garden in the middle of the city.
Beautiful lobby and restaurant.
Breakfast was quite good.
Room fairly quiet
Good shower pressure and heat
Staff attempted bait n switch on arrival.
Put us in a normal looking room, then when I returned to the desk with a question, demanded more money as it was actually a delux and we'd only booked a standard. I refused to pay.
Beds are ok with one person in them. I think 2 will suffer as the mattresses are unstable like trampolines.
