Relaxing peaceful I will definitely book again

We were in town for a family reunion and needed a home near the events. This home was perfect for us. It was a great size so everyone had room to spread out. The view was beautiful and the setting peaceful and tucked away. Dawn was such a great host. She was so responsive and helpful and could not be friendlier. We hope to stay here again next year!

Beautiful home in an idyllic spot. House has everything you’ll need for a perfect family vacation. The VRBO pictures do not do the listing justice. The hosts are friendly and responsive. We will be back!

As one reviewer posted previously, the pictures and description don't do this place justice. The views are spectacular, the location is secluded, and the convenience to everything the OCMD experience offers is fantastic. The only thing I can knock is due to the location the evenings can be a bit buggy so bring your bug spray/bug defense systems if you want to enjoy the late night outdoor vibe.

This house was perfect for our group of 8 adults over 3 nights. The location was ideal with the private dock giving access to the water.
We were able to get 8 cars in the driveway and sleep everyone fairly comfortably (1 on the couch + 2 shared a king, but everyone else had their own bed). The owners made sure that the house had everything we needed and our stay went without any issues!

Can’t say enough great things about this house. This is our second time staying there and it just keeps getting better and better. The owners are just amazing, making the check inn and check out process so easy and convenient. House is so peaceful and the dock is everything. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

This is our second time renting this house - the location and views and waterfront setting are amazing! The house is very comfortable (even with the unprecedented 5 degree weather during the “bomb cyclone”) and has most everything you need. Bring your own spices and condiments if you need more than the basics, otherwise the kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Perfect spot to hang out and relax, with easy access to beaches, the town of Berlin, and many nature and water activities.

We had a wonderful family gathering in this beautiful waterfront home! It was well equipped with everything you need and the views from the inside and the outside were stunning. Dawn was a terrific host and so easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back!

Wow, what a great place, perfect location, views and the right amount of seclusion from the neighboring properties. The house was very well appointed and laid out, a number of both inside and outside spots to sit and relax by yourself or with others. The view from the back of the house was perfect. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely go back here for future visits if available.

A Get-Away Retreat
This was our 4th consecutive summer stay at this property. The description and photos of the home are accurate. The location of the home allows one to access OC and Assateague in about a 20 minute drive. The house sits on a large secluded water front property that provides spectacular views. The home is large and has a great layout. We have had small issues arise during out stays, but Dawn has been very quick and responsive to rectify the small problems. We have enjoyed multiple summers at the house with no regrets. Denise

Very clean and a beautiful house
My cousins and I stayed here for NYE 2021. The house was very spacious and super clean. The view of the outside of the house and the dock was absolutely breathtaking.
Overall it was a good stay and the owners were very communicative and nice. The check in and check out process was absolutely effortless.
Would def want to stay here during the summer to enjoy the beautiful views again.

Beautiful setting for holiday getaway
On a point across the bay facing Ocean City, nestled among pine trees with no near neighbors yet easy to access shopping of all kinds as well as beautiful small town Berlin MD. Like a home away from home. Enjoyed cooking in well equipped kitchen. Enjoyed one dinner out. Completely relaxing.

This was my first online rental of a property and really wasn’t sure what to expect. Dawn was phenomenal from the moment the reservation was made! She quickly responded to every question that I had! And the pictures don’t do this property justice! It was absolutely stunning! This home provided a gathering for our family for the weekend of the wedding of our daughter and son in law. It offered ample space for our entire family to stay and celebrate together. I only wish we had more time to have stayed longer! Breathtaking views
We stayed at the property for a weekend. We were looking at real estate in the neighborhood and wanted to get a feel for the community. The setting of the house was fantastic. It is secluded and private but you can easily get to the restaurants and shopping. We loved riding the bikes around the neighborhood and sitting on the dock and decks. So relaxing Watching the birds and boats was entertaining. You may want to bring a pair of binoculars to view all the wildlife. Loved the landscaping and lighting at night!

Perfect location and views, with everything you need
The location of this house is simply perfect. It is nestled in the trees, with wide open views of the salt marsh, bays and so many birds, eagles and ospreys. On the first floor, you have many gorgeous, comfy spots from which to admire the view, daydream or cat nap. We went kayaking almost every day. The WiFi is great - two of us had zoom meetings at the same time without a problem. The glass sun porch is an amazing place to zoom from - if you have to work on your vacation, it’s the best spot ever. The house had everything you need, and the owners were helpful and easy to reach. We hope to rent this house again!

Covid Getaway
Just a wonderful place - both the house and the location on the bay. The marsh birds, geese, and ducks were a treat to watch throughout the week. Kayaking and fishing in the marshes on both sides of the property were both just enjoyable. Ans, such a really quiet and peaceful venue too. We plan to return some time soon.
