This 4-storey house is in a quiet street in Barceloneta and can accommodate up to 10 people in 3 double beds, 2 bunk beds, 1 single bed and 1 sofa bed. Two double rooms are en-suite. The room with bunk beds connects with the upper floor where is the single bed in a mezzanine area and another double bedroom. All bathrooms have a shower (4)
In the ground floor you will find the living room with the kitchen.
There is a baby cot and a high chair available upon request.

Great place for our stay in Barcelona. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, food stores, metro. Great fun walking to the beach for the sunrise over Barcelona. As was noted in other reviews it is a four story house so there are a lot of stairs but it was not a problem for us. May be an issue if you have a car because parking was at a premium but we used the metro everywhere we went. I would recommend this place and the area of Barceloneta for a stay in Barcelona.

We were a group of 8 travelers from Chicago and Denver that came to Barcelona for the Mitja Marató / Barcelona Half Marathon. We picked this location due to its proximity to the start corrals. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. Right by the metro, great dining and nightlife, short walk to the Barri Gótic and major tourist attractions, and an excellent prerace running path along the beach!
The apartment itself was great! We didnt realize we had all 3 floors all to ourselves, and everyone had their own bed and space.
Angeles and her team were super responsive with all our questions and check-in was really easy. A minor issue with keys was resolved quickly. We’d definitely stay again, esp if we come back for future races.

Really like the neighborhood and location

This property was great for our group. We had 2 families, 10 total, there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Everything was very clean and plenty of kitchen supplies to prepare a couple meals.The wifi was a little spotty so you had to choose your location wisely. The AC worked great. The location was very convenient to the beach, metro, restaurants and other stuff. The neighborhood was a little noisy but fun. Lots of stairs to climb, which was fine for us, but other groups may find it challenging.

Over expectations and really spacious! Angeles was quick in replying to us and the apartment is in great state.
It’s a bit tricky to understand the layout without a floor plan (4 stories) before seeing it in real life, so a picture of that would help. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Property is lovely, looks very like the photos. We all had a bed to ourselves and a bathroom between two which was brilliant. Well stocked with plates, cutlery, pans etc.
The owner was lovely and very helpful.

Städtetrip in Altstadt und Yachthafen
In der wunderschönen Altstadt mit den typischen engen und sehr belebten Gassen ist es nachts natürlich etwas belebter. Wer es ruhiger mag, wird aber wohl eher etwas ländlicheres suchen oder ein teures Hotel. Alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind fußläufig erreichbar, wie zum Beispiel eine - wenn nicht die - beste Bäckerei der Stadt (Baluard Barceloneta). Auch viele kleine Tapas Bars und Restaurants, auch alteingesessene mit Einheimischen Gästen, lassen sich direkt dort finden. Man kommt gut mit dem Bus (Pg Joan de Borbó, (47,59, D20, N28, V15, V19) oder der Metro (Barceloneta, L4) von dort überall hin. Bis zur Seilbahn, die auch zum Montjuïc fährt ist es auch nicht weit. Kurzum sind wir rundherum zufrieden.
Aus der Anzeige ist es schwer, die genaue Zimmeraufteilung heraus zu lesen. Unten im EG ist eine Gemeinschaftsküche/Aufenthaltsraum mit einem Duschbad mit WC. Mit zwei Kochplatten ist die Küche für mehrere Personen nicht gut ausgestattet, falls man selbst überhaupt kochen möchte.
Im 1. OG ist ein einzelnes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ebenfalls mit Duschbad und WC, sowie kleinen Balkonen. Im 2. OG ist ein weiteres einzelnes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Duschbad und WC. Diese beiden Zimmer sind einzeln abschließbar. Im 2. OG befindet sich ein weiteres abschließbares Durchgangszimmer mit Etagenbett und Balkon von dem man in das 3. OG mit einem weiteren Einzelbett in einem Durchgangszimmer sowie einem weiteren Zimmer mit Doppelbett, sowie Duschbad und WC kommt.

The perfect location!
Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to Barceloneta and to Barrio Gothic. We walked pretty much everywhere, but if you would like to travel by the metro there is also a station just a few minutes away from the apartment. Great apartment when travelling with an extended family, with four bathrooms. We had a great stay!

Casa fantastica in una posizione fantastica proprio nel mezzo della barceloneta. Siamo stato molto comodi, eravamo 8 persone e ogni coppia aveva a disposizione una stanza privata e un bagno. La casa è veramente ben fatta, ringrazio inoltre angeles per la gentilezza e la disponibilità
