value for money, it's worth it's price. It is near the convention where I attended so it's accessible, it's also near the malls and town center.

The location is perfect. Pretty close to everything. Value for money.

Noisy A/C. Bring your own toiletries (shampoo and soap). No elevator (it's good exercise but not good if you have health issues).

the signal was poor in the room i was assigned i need to stay on a certain spot to ger signal. there was no wifi given.

The property is accessible when you are in Lanang.

There are a lot of things that can be improved by the hotel. 1. The room is almost falling apart. Termites by the door, unclean toilet and toilet seats, and a lot of mould on the shower and shower curtains. The walls are slimy as well. Windows are dirty and dusty. There is no remote control for the telly. No lifts/elevators. More to say and I am happy to expound but at the moment these are the major concerns.

Receptionist could not understand english. Shower had no hot water. Bathroom was not clean to start with.

very close to the SM mall. very close to Starbucks, JollyBee. Mc Donald’s ext. Lots of parking in the back of hotel with 24/7 security!!! Staff was friendly and accommodating!!! Air con worked great! they take credit cards 👍 definitely will stay again!

Property is very close to SM Lanang, in front of Robinsons Supermarket and easy to commute to and from famous landmarks of Davao.

Restrooms don’t have any bidet available which is so sad for our group. They also don’t have available irons (plantsa) to offer even if for a fee.
