This was the perfect getaway spot for 2 old friends. The kitchen was perfectly appointed, en suite bathrooms were gorgeous, and the back yard was an absolute delight! We’ll be back!

This place was perfect. We came to the coast so I could attend an art class at Sitka. We walked to and on the beach. Close to restaurants. Quiet neighborhood.

Loved our stay! Great location, right between the beach, shopping & local restaurants. My only concerns we the yard isn’t fully fenced in. During the day there is a lot of traffic and having children makes it hard to relax outside when you have to constantly watch to make sure they don’t run out into the street. Also, it would be more comfortable (and comforting) for have blinds on all of the windows. The people living behind, and to the west, could see right into the house. Including one of the bathrooms, which we didn’t use because of this reason. Other than those 2 things the house is gorgeously remodeled and very spacious. We would totally stay again. Thank you!

Overall beautiful property. You can tell it’s taken care of and well maintained. Layout was great, washer and dryer was a great feature and backyard was super nice! Only knock was no WiFi, wouldn’t work for the multiple devices we tried. We will definitely stay again if we visit the area. Highly recommend!

Place was great, it was close to the beach and very clean. The only complaint I have is that the backyard is not fully gated. This was a huge issue for us as we brought our dog, but could not leave her outside unless she was tied to something ,A big big downer, considering that was the main reason we rented this specific place. The only reason we rented this house was so we would be able to take our dog and leave her outside. Please fix the gate so we can come and stay again. Unfortunetly, if it's not fixed we will be looking for another beach rental next year.

It was a beautiful house and we enjoyed staying there. the bed in the master was a bit high but we managed. I would suggest you tell guests to bring saran, foil, ziplocs etc. This is the first place i have rented that did not have a few of those essentials.

What a great property! We spent 3 days and nights in this property. I was clean and had all the amenities, hot tub, fire pit and was close to beach access. 5 stars . Other then the hot water never worked in the 1st master shower .

Had a nice stay. House is clean and designed well with rooms on either end of the house to give privacy. Nice kitchen with everything you need.

This property was just as pictured on VRBO. Very clean, very comfortable beds. It was an ideal situation for us with one bedroom and bath at one end of the house and another bedroom and bath at the other end of the house. Would definitely rent again.

Love that the house was close to town and a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed using the hot tub and fenced back yard. Would be nice if the yard was gated to keep kids in/safe.

We loved the house and our stay there, but immediately we had issues with the hot tub. We called and they sent service out right away and he got it to warm up but then it wouldn’t hold water the rest of the time. One of our deal breakers for renting was having a hot tub. They were efficient and reasonable, but that part was just disappointing.

Loved the house! It is the perfect spot for 2 couples with the rooms located on opposite sides of the house. The hot tub is great and private. The couch is definitely not a viable sleeping option though as it's really uncomfortable. You're better off sleeping on the floor. My only real complaint is that it is lacking in kitchen ware. There were only 5 forks and only one water glass. Plenty of wine glasses, but we had to run the dishwasher after every meal as there were only a few plates, 2 or 3 bowls, etc. I'd recommend bringing your ownbflatware and also, bring towels! There are only a couple.

The house, in general, was great. We rented it for a low-key girls weekend. The house was well stocked with kitchen goods and extra linens (Could use more glasses). The location was ideal: 2 blocks to the beach, a few blocks to Dutch Brothers, and few blocks to the shops and bars. There were a few disappointing factors: the dishwasher wasn't working and the hot tub was boiling hot and only half-full, with pieces of plastic floating in it. It was unusable during our stay, but I was able to get the company to refund the hot-tub fee since that was a huge part of why we rented the house. If the hot tub had worked, this would have been a 5-Star review across the board. The rental company was difficult to get ahold of, but they were accommodating when i finally did talk with them.

We decided to surprise my husbands best friend with a trip to the beach for his 40th birthday. Had a great time! Super close to my favorite places downtown, and short walk to the beach. Excellenthe customer service from Emma at Meredith lodging! (I do suggest that the lock box with the key gets replaced or repaired.)

Property was okay. Good arrangement for two couples. We had a good time. Only two of us. Enjoyed driving on the beach at 15th in the evenings to watch sunset. Yard was in bad need of a weeding and general clean up. Unless you are into wild flowers. Felt more like a mountain cabin rather than a beach house. Heard the roar of Hwy 101 rather than the ocean. Never had any contact with management. Beware of estimated cost. Many added costs for misbehavior - for mis-parking; too many cars; to much noise; etc.

The home was clean. We found the items we needed in the kitchen. It was a short stroll to the beach and you can hear the waves shortly after you walk out the door. The home is a half block off of the 101 so the road will sometimes block the ocean sounds but the road noise was never a problem. We found traveling by beach was great. You can walk on the beach and take the stairs up to different areas of town. The house is right by a lovely rock shop my son enjoyed and for the grownups it was a stone's throw from the Nautui Mermaid if you wanted a cocktail. If you take the road just less than a mile east there's a neat park. We'd stay here again if we come to town.
