The facilities and the cleanliness

Information given to use the facilities not great as well as to get to the hotel from the station.

The beds and pillows are terrible, staff non existent, reception is appalling, rooms dirty

The sea view & spa sea view are amazing. The onsen facilities are huge (with dozens of showers) compared to the others we’ve stayed in. Our room was spacious too. Staff were helpful, especially via email before and after our stay.

The shuttle bus to the airport was suspended with no reason given. Taxis are only available by the station which is a 10 minute walk away or via phone if you can call (we couldn’t). When we stayed there was torrential rain getting to the airport turned out to be quite stressful. The welcome dinosaurs and room robots are fun initially, but the actual staff are super-helpful and much appreciated!

A surprisingly pleasant stay! I booked this hotel because I found it was too late for me to continue to my actual destination after flying to Osaka. However, staying in this hotel turned out to be an amazing experience on its own. The dinosaurus robots in the reception were fun and cute welcome to the place. The room was very clean, functional and cozy with good amenities. I especially appreciated the beautiful, peaceful onsen experience late in the evening, gazing at the calming ocean in the morning, and enjoying a local breakfast. Even though the checkin experience was fully automated, it was easy to get in touch with the staff and they were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great stay!

It takes a bit of a walk and navigation skills from Rinku-Town station (one station away from airport), which might be slightly tricky for some people. For me as a solo traveller with a backpack this was pretty OK.

Check by Dino was cute, but fraught with robot language and confusing instructions. Staff was nearly non-existent and when found, were unable to satisfy our need of additional pillows (one and ONLY one was provided). The cute in-room Robot spoke for 5 minutes in Japanese and came on by itself at inappropriate times and, the hotel overview booklet in the room provided no instructions on how to convert the language of the Robot. It would have been helpful to have assistance in securing a Taxi other than pointing to the QR code on a lobby display board. The restaurant food was OK.

遅いチェックインになっても温泉に入れた点に感動しました。また、喫煙所もあり大変融通がきいていてフロントの装飾も可愛かったです。また利用したいと思います。
