Lake Superior, huge lawn, lots of room, very nice host, privacy, accommodating, and a huge property to enjoy.

The Yellow cabin was excellent. The blue cabin could have used a little TLC. But overall it's a nice location and very quiet.
The blue cabin needed a bit of upkeep.

location was nice, beautiful property on the lake. great views
our heat didn’t work and was 56 degrees when we woke up so contacted owner via text. was told to grab a heater out of the other cabin we were renting. would have been nice if he would have at least looked at it. they have two newer cabins but the older ones we rented are kinda stinky/old smelling.

Yard and shoreline exceptional
A large water heater cramped the tiny bathroom even more. Out of 3 people staying two nights, I was the only one who used the plastic shower stall. Musty odor prevailed.

Bodin's Resort was a fantastic find! We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. The cabin was quaint with beautiful views of Lake Superior. My dog was in heaven there. We loved having nightly bonfires, having close access to the boat launch, and the peacefulness the location offered. Other guests on site were quiet and respectful of Resort grounds. The cabin was surprisingly well stocked with just about anything you could need during your stay. Just remember to pack your own bed linens, bath towels, and coffee to brew.
Wish the cabin had air conditioning.

The cabin was super clean and looked brand new. The beds were comfortable. We had a lovely large 3 seasons room with a view of the lake.Check in was a breeze. The owner was polite and reachable. They had really nice fire pits. The location was great for Apostle Island activities.
The beach was quite small. Not very good for swimming bit this was due to water levels being high. The iwner has no control over this.
