Very good location, close to town & nice area, easy parking & a lovely walk to Broadstairs. Tunnels are well worth a visit & the Pugin architecture is amazing.
Struggled to get a good signal for the TV but not a big issue

It was a quiet location
That I was told it was a ground floor apartment, but it was a basement, down 8 Steps. There was no welcome/kindness as we in London call it on arrival (no milk, or water in fridge). Pillows on both beds were stained and discustingly flat. This apartment is not opposite the sea as advertised and I will be taking this up with booking.com as It’s false advertising, you can sea the sea from the top of the basement stairs if you go outside the flat and walk to the end of the road, certainly not a sea view as advertised. If you go in the back yard and up the steps you can see the sea over the top of the railings, but you’re impinging on next doors garden, not what I d call a sea view apartment.

The location and comfortability and well equipped
The sink to one of the bedrooms needs unblocking.
We checked out a little late and whilst waiting the cleaner arrived. I noticed the cleaner did not change the bedding to one of the bedrooms and simply refreshed it. It made me wonder if our beds were clean.

Bright and clean and good size accommodation. Both rooms were comfortable and the lounge and kitchen area were well designed. Good location near the sea and walking distance to Ramsgate and Broadstairs along the coast.

Gorgeous flat, great location. Our second stay here and every chance we will return again.
Only issue is lack of recycling but I gather that's an issue with the local council not collecting

Great location, good sized bedrooms and bathrooms with lots of books and board games provided.
The washing machine was mouldy meaning we could not use it, we could not get the cooker hob to work, a manual for the cooker would have been helpful. There was also a dirty baking tray and cutlery upon arrival, these issues were raised with the agency looking after the property and have not been resolved. There were also no oven gloves provided and only one dishwasher tablet.

The location and size of the flat was great
There was a powerful smell of damp, probably a plumbing issue.
The fridge seemed to be set to freeze so fresh food was ruined. No instructions for TV or microwave which were complicated to use and the induction hob didn't work at all.

Good value for the amount of space you get. Walking access to town centre. Ensuites for both rooms. Good open plan living dining area. Comfy beds with good form mattresses. Communication from owners was very efficient and non-invasive.
Place could benefit from a few more pictures on the walls. Lack of recycling was very strange to us coming from London and made us feel guilty about the environmental impact. Bar next door was very noisy on the last night (Sat) until v. late. I hadn't appreciated that there's no direct access to the beach at the end of the road (it's on top of a cliff) but in hindsight this is clear from the description.

Location was fine, taxis easily accessible.
The apartment was not very clean on arrival, even though it states a deep clean is completed before you arrive. Not enough adequate seating, with one chair already broken.

Location excellent for the beach and going into town centre
Comfortable beds, and tidy
Couldn't get the hob to work, and no instructions.
Shower in front bedroom would overflow due to plug/pipe not being cleaned at all, to which I wouldn't do it as its not my shower!

The place was absolutely gorgeous, very close to the beach as well, corner shops and restaurants too.

Lovely location! You can see the sea from the living room. A cute wee outside space to sit. Was very clean and at the same time homely. Only a 10 min walk from the Royal Harbour.
I live in a Victorian conversion so understand contact noise is unavoidable but upstairs were sometimes a bit heavy on their feet early in the morning (around 7am).

The apartment was lovely and bright and airy, clean and welcoming, good location close to the seafront
The information about the property on the website is slightly misleading - when it says opposite the sea I presumed that meant it looked out over the sea, perhaps I misread it but I don't believe it said it was a basement apartment around the corner from the sea and with no seaview. In the end it didn't really matter as we were out and about and it was so close to the sea which was great, but it was a little disappointing that I had expected a seaview and there wasn't one.
Also the 10am checkout on a Sunday morning was rather early! Given that we couldn't check in until 3pm i wouldn't have thought it would take 5 hours to clean even in Covid times. A later checkout ie 11 perhaps would be even better.

Easy to find, lovely and clean, crisp clean linen and towels, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and efficient radiators.
Couldn’t open front door as it was stuck from being recently painted. No response for 2 hours from the mobile number given. Had to find somewhere to get out of the pouring rain, finally climbed in through an unlocked window until somebody came out. He was very apologetic and helpful and brought us a bottle of wine and sorted the door the following day.
No iron or remote for the DVD player.
