The apartment was not very clean, we cleaned the dishes and glasses before we used them. The floors were dirty.

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Perfect base for exploring the old town and afternoon siestas. There have been some comments about the access/stairwell but, for us, this just added to the charm and feel of living amongst the history of Annecy.

would benefit from a smaller saucepan and a bigger coffee pot!

The location is just amazing, you are literally in the spot which all the tourists want to photograph:) it’s a great spot to find restaurants for dinner or breakfast. Also there is a market on certain days so you can grab a few local produce and then have a great breakfast at “your” place with a view over canal! The flat has nice design, with exposed brick, lovely furniture. Kitchen is very well equipped, you will probably find everything you need there. Until a certain point in the evening it may be a bit loud but then all the restaurants close and people go home:) You need to bear in mind it’s super central with a pedestrian only zone around so you need to park a little further away a and then carry your suitcases.

The flat could have been cleaner. We were with two small kids who obviously managed to get into every corner and open every drawer. Because of them we discovered that cleaning was a bit superficial (so limited to more visible areas but with - for example - floors under the bed omitted. The communication at checkin was very good but less so during the stay and at the checkout. We had some issues and tried to reach the contact person but there was a problem with the phone number which didn’t work. Also they were super nice to let us extend checkout by one hour but then nobody really shows up to pick up the keys so we were not sure if all is OK and we left the keys in an unlocked apartment which was a bit stressful. Finally, the flat is on a more expensive side (which I understand because it is very nice and located in an amazing spot in Annecy) but with that price I really don’t want to be washing the dishes before I leave or removing the sheets etc, I think al that should be covered by the price…

A few things were missing from the apartment: There was nowhere to hang clothes (coat hangers needed). No bedside tables in main bedroom. A few hooks for towels in bathroom would be useful.

Location was excellent, centre of town and not too much noise. Interior was modern and functional. Paid parking close by.

WiFi code should be provided. Had to send several requests. Fan one in bedroom not working, no airco. No facilIty to hang clothes.

What an ideal location - right on the river in the heart of old Annecy with an awesome view of the chateau and prison. The apartment was full of charm and character. It had a large living room and well equipped kitchen. The shower was excellent. We did not get to meet the owner or manager, but we exchanged several emails and she was very friendly and responsive. I adored this place!

Fantastic location in the old town. the apartment was spacious and well equipped.

Everything was just amazing! We stayed one week in this apartment and enjoyed every second of our stay. The location was perfect - very central, close to the railway station and to the lake. The old town, incl. the farmers market (Tue, Fri, Sun) just around the corner, Monoprix supermarket also very close, not to mention all the restaurants, cafés and shops. The apartment is clean and spacious and equipped with everything you need, incl. washing machine which is really useful in case of a longer stay. The hosts were very helpful and forthcoming. Beautiful view to the canal.

There is really nothing to say here except perhaps that in summer time when it's hot outside and all the windows are open, you have to consider with the noise coming from the restaurants situated right below the apartment at the canal.
