The house and grounds are beautiful. House was very clean. We loved all the labels that helped us identify which light switches were for which lights and where things went in the kitchen. Very helpful when you have four different people cooking and washing dishes and putting them away. We always put them where the label said so we knew where to find them next time! We are hikers and bird watchers. The location of the house was perfect. We could walk to Christopher Columbus gardens and see parrots. We also hiked from the house, up the Bight Road trail to the middle of island and came back down the road to the house. Only about 3.4 miles round trip and saw so many parrots! The little trails on the property were great for birdwatching too. We saw different kinds of vireos, different kinds of warblers, smooth billed anis, red legged thrushes, Bananaquits, loggerhead kingbirds, mockingbirds, Caribbean, ladderback woodpeckers, white crowned pigeons, Zenaida doves, and don’t forget the wild chickens - all in the front yard! And while sitting by the pool we saw many magnificent frigate birds, white tailed tropic birds, and least terns flying over the beach and ocean. Definitely a birder’s paradise! Owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and very helpful with island information.

After much research we picked Coral Beach Villa for a short family break in Cayman Brac and so delighted we did. We wish we’d stayed longer! Everything about the property is perfect - the location, secluded from the road by a long driveway and beautiful grounds, the stunning ocean and bluff views, the online pictures just don’t do it justice.
We spent plenty of relaxation time around the pool and spa. The house is well appointed, with all the comforts of home and has absolutely everything you could need. Everything was beautifully clean and in great condition. The thoughtful owners have provided plentiful information and guidance on the island and things to do, where to eat, etc.
We would certainly stay at Coral Beach Villa again on our next trip to the Brac and recommend it highly. There are many lovely vacation homes on the Brac but this is the absolute best.

From booking to checkout, Joy and Gino at Coral Beach Villa, were absolutely wonderful to work with. The Villa was a slice of paradise, and we would definitely return! Cannot say enough about the snorkeling on this island, but we found one of the best places was in our own backyard! About 200 yards up the beach to the right, and about 30-50 feet out, was an amazing little coral reef with an incredible array of fish, rays and sharks!
We stayed during an incredibly hot week- about 95 and sunny every day with a heat index between 110-115, but the pool and covered porch made it more than bearable! Nothing better than sitting in your own private pool and looking out at the beautiful colors of the Caribbean Sea to make you forget about all your troubles! Don’t think twice about booking- Coral Beach is worth every penny ❤️

Six of us got together to go somewhere.
I began searching the island. We also like to dive we like being on waterfront properties if possible.
This Vrbo had several things that hit the high marks for us.
1-each bedroom had a king size bed and own full bathroom.
2-home sat on the waterfront beautiful sunsets and sunrises
3-large common area
4-pool with a sort of pool house partially covered and a large table with six chairs under an open space (buggy in the evening though)
5-removed from the main road very private and quiet
6-a well equipped kitchen
7-very attentive property person
8-Grocery stores minutes from location (island pricing is fairly high though) typical for the islands think New York pricing
9-15 minutes or so from the airport
All in all a very well organized rental you won’t go wrong visiting this one.

My family (5 adults, 2 teens) greatly enjoyed this property! We've stayed at many locations over the years and this was easily one of the best homes we've stayed in. Both the main home and the cottage were very well maintained, clean and extremely well stocked. The instructions regarding the home were amazing! It's clear the owners spent a lot of time preparing the home for their guests. The location was very private and quiet. We spend hours on the pool deck and on the beach, enjoying the beauty of Cayman Brac. The accessibility of the home was so helpful! From entering the home to navigating around to using the bedrooms/bathrooms via a wheelchair was effortless!
The host was incredibly helpful and responsive before, during and after our visit. We were met at the airport by a local guide who brought us to the home and walked through everything and made sure everything was in working order.
The island is incredibly quiet and remote (which we LOVE!) so don't expect a lot of busy touristy experiences. There are a lot of wonderful nature walks, the cliffs on the East End, great snorkeling/diving (Brac Scuba Shack is awesome!) and many great restaurants (Barracuda, Star Island, etc.).
If you're looking for a beautiful and modern home to rest and relax, this is the place! This will be our first choice when we come back!
The host has set the bar for our future rental experiences. Very well done!

Coral Beach Villa is an outstanding place! The seclusion and privacy was everything we had anticipated. The Villa was immaculate. Beautiful furnishings and decor. Quality appliances and everything one would ever need and more in the way of dishware, cookware, flatware, utensils and small appliances. Perfectly organized with labeled shelves and labels throughout the Villa for fans, lighting, etc.
the laundry room was perfect with very nice washer and dryer.
Granite kitchen and bathroom countertops and roomy walk in showers. And chair height toilets.
The pool and area surrounding it was beautiful! And we used the spa every evening. The lounge chairs were wonderful! No expense was spared with the quality of everything at the Villa, inside and out. Our dining options of choice are Captains Table, Brac Reef Resort and Barracudas, but we did cook dinner in quite often and the outdoor grill was perfect. Well maintained and clean. The landscaping throughout the entire property is very well maintained as well.
Joy and her team are top notch and immediately responded to any questions we may have had throughout our stay. We have already reserved the villa for next year!
It was truly the very best trip we have had to the Brac in the 10 years we have been visiting the island.
We can’t stop talking about the experience and can’t wait until next year!

We were met at the airport by a very nice young man named Kent. We followed him to the villa. He showed us around and made sure we were comfortable. This place was very clean. I mean spotless. The pictures do not do the villa justice. Very comfortable and the kitchen was well supplied. We had everything we needed to cook our meals. Quiet peaceful pool spa area. You won't want to leave. We walked down the beach to the blue house where there is some coral good for snorkeling. We wore out fin booties which are sturdy but tennis shoes would be best. It's very rocky and sadly covered in garbage. We noticed this was commen on the island beaches. We would stay here again.

This property checks many of the boxes we were looking for: beautiful view, excellent communication and service with owner (Joy) and property manager (Orane), many amenities and very comfortable. Three king bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms (as well as an additional 1/2 bath) was great! The only downside of the property for us was not really being able to get into the water in front of the house due to rocks and urchins, so we had to drive to a location for snorkeling. Nothing is a far drive, though, so, overall, it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation in a unique and beautiful location.

Property is beautifully landscaped, clean, well equpped, snorkelling from shore in front of villa is excellent, when calm at low tide, even better and easier from the dock at stake bay which is nearby. North beach is not a beach, but is an outstandingly beautiful shore walk. There are dozens of parrots and other birds at the columbus garden nearby. Star island for fish and bucaneers for reggae pizza are good restaurants. This is a small safe beautiful island, easy to drive on, easy to enjoy from coral beach villa

Brac Paradise
The home is just what we wanted. Private and oceanfront. The house is fully equipped with all the appliances and amenities one would want/need. Snorkeling in front of the house was great; shark, barracuda, puffers, lobster and more. (It is a rocky entrance) It is definitely on our list of places to return to.

Nights with the stars in Brac!!!
The house was a superb find!! The views from the whole house and patio is amazing. I did amazing night sky photography every night and have beautiful photos of the Bluff at night.
Traveling around was super easy in the reantal and we had a fun tour guide show us all the caves and local spots.
We did some pub crawling, played pool and darts, ate pizza and sushi!!!!!!
We had a friendly housekeeper Tesha that kept the house spotless!!!! We will definitely be back!!!!!

Quiet and Private
We loved our first time stay in the Brac. This home is located in a wonderful area with close access to a road leading to the Parrot Preserve and Bluff. The home is well organized and maintained and the communication with the homeowner and manager was impeccable. After hiking or snorkeling for the day, we enjoyed lying on the patio enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean. Our biggest takeaway was the people who reside on the island. They are some of the nicest people on the planet!

Coral Beach Villa - Fantastic
My wife and I just returned from 7 fantastic days of relaxing, unwinding, chilling out, diving and exploring on Cayman Brac. This is our third visit to the island in the past 7 years (and will not be our last since we really love the laid back atmosphere and excellent diving) but it is the first time we've rented Coral Beach Villa.
We have rated Coral Beach with 5 stars and would have given more if possible. Every single aspect of our experience from initial inquiry to final check and everything in between was smooth, trouble free and pleasure.
Joy was a true joy to deal with and made sure that we were well informed about the property and island before our arrival. Jeffery met us at the airport, lead us to the house and gave us a very detailed overview of the house and unlike some property managers (who just want to be done) was friendly, helpful and more than willing to answer all our questions before leaving the house to us.
I'm pleased to say that we found the house to be even better than advertised. The home, pool and patio area and grounds were immaculately clean and very well maintained. Beyond that, Coral Beach was comfortably furnished and well equipped in every regard.
Even the one issue we had during our stay spoke volumes about the attentiveness of the owners and property manager when one morning we awoke to no water pressure. Although it need to be fixed, we didn't consider urgent since we were headed out for morning diving. I placed a call to Jeffery and expected it to be taken care of by the time we got back from our morning dives. I was surprised to see one of Jeffery's employees there in less that 30 minutes to take care of the problem in short order and even before we left the house. While he was there he took care of the pool and hot tub even though it wasn't the regular day for such service.
We travel fairly extensively in the Caribbean and tend to revisit places we enjoy. We now consider Coral Beach Villa is now our "Go To" place to stay on Cayman Brac.
If you are looking for a new, incredibly maintained, well equipped comfortable and private place on Cayman Brac contact Joy. You will not regret it.

Absolutely wonderful place!
We have been to the Brac 8 times over the past 20 years and have stayed in resorts and private rental homes. Coral Beach Villas is by far the best of the best! Well outfitted for both divers and vacationers alike. We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip.

Loved everything about Coral Beach Villa
We were so lucky to have our entire family for a week on Cayman Brac, and staying at Coral Beach Villa made it perfect! The villa is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. The outside space is very well thought out - you can bathe in the sun, find shade or relax in the pool at anytime. The sunsets are spectacular! Joy was very helpful with any questions we had, and Jeffrey was easily accessible to help us with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning
This property was absolutely perfect for our group of three couples. The house was thoughtfully designed by the owners, and the beautiful pictures don't do it justice. Every detail has been thought of, from the guest book with directions on how to operate the dryer to the labels reminding you were the mixing bowls go in the kitchen. Truly, every detail has been carefully thought out.
We spent most of our time either swimming in the water out front or lounging by the pool, and we cooked most meals in the well-stocked kitchen overlooking the Caribbean.
I wish we could give six stars! This place was heavenly.

Amazing place on wonderful island
From the very beginning, Joy was quite helpful with preparations and planning for our trip. The airport pickup and personal check in was quite helpful as well. The house is well stocked and absolutely amazing with lots of nice touches (snorkeling gear, bluetooth music speaker, pool floats, fish ID and island info books, first aid, etc.). The house is secluded and very relaxing with it's own wonderful pool area right off the beach. Great snorkeling right from the house. Cayman Brac is very cool and wonderfully laid back with lots to do when feeling more active - diving/snorkeling, rock climbing, exploring caves, birding, etc. Next trip we'd skip Grand Cayman all together and just spend the entire time on Cayman Brac enjoying this amazing home and lovely island.

Beautiful......
Coral Beach villa is a wonderful place to stay. We arrived and were welcomed by Jeffrey and his team who showed us all that we needed to know about the villa. We are frequent visitors to the Brac and by far this is the nicest place we have stayed (and not only on Brac). The villa is extremely well thought out and there is everything you could possibly need to make your stay feel like home. It’s is furnished and maintained to a very high standard, and has plenty of space to offer.
The outside space is perfect. It has a great eating area, with a lovely area around the pool to relax after a day out and about. The situation of the villa means there is always a bit of shade available to be able to escape the sunshine. In addition to the stunning uninterrupted views of the ocean there are amazing sunsets to enjoy. The hot tub is also a nice little bonus, a great place to relax and unwind further.
Joy was a pleasure to deal with and replied very promptly to any questions raised.
Without a doubt we shall return to Coral Beach on our next trip to the Brac.

Excellent, Immaculate, Superior home
Joy was a pleasure to communicate with and anticipated our every need from the time the reservation was made.
You can't beat the location. The Villa is situated practically at the bottom of Ashton Reid Dr. which bisects the Brac from North to South. Whether you are caving, hiking, dining or gathering groceries, nothing is far away. Of course, it is a small island, but there is immense satisfaction gained from leaving your driveway and zipping to the other shore. The privacy is unparalleled. The drive from the main road winds through lush tropical foliage and opens to reveal your villa. Cannot see/hear neighbors...whom are far away.
The entire house is tastefully appointed. The living room is open to the dining. Lots of seating in both areas. You have direct view of the sea from the living, two bedrooms, the dining and kitchen. It literally draws you to the outdoor living areas like a siren's song. Wonderful outdoor dining area with comfortable seating. The pool and hot tub are just as pictured. Top tier lounge chairs around the pool. Awaking to that view is a spectacular way to start the day. I had coffee outside every morning and I think that's what I miss most. Back to the house, there are three master suites. All of the beds were very comfortable, linens were high quality as were the pillows. The bedrooms had blackout lined blinds. It was like sleeping in a cave. A serene beachfront hideaway cave. Baths were modern as were all of the appliances. The kitchen has all, and I mean all, one could need. French press to rice cooker. Washer and drier are located in a large laundry room off of the kitchen.
We spent most of our time inland this visit. Had we desired to participate in water activities, we were set. The home had life jackets, fins, masks, floats...you name it. I highly recommend referencing one of the books on the shelf by the kitchen, "Adventuring in Cayman Brac". It is available used on Amazon, as well. Great source of information. There is a three-ring binder that is located on the desk in the villa that explains everything on island and in the Villa. We've rented many VRBO homes and this is the most comprehensive manual I've seen. Internet was fast and reliable.
It is obvious a lot of hard work and presence of forethought went into this vacation home. Job well done. We left feeling like it belonged to us and can't wait to return.

Coral Beach Villa is the most thoughtfully designed rental house you will ever discover.
The house is perfect for families or couples. Three master bedrooms with en suite baths ensures privacy for everyone. The kitchen and laundry room are equipped with every convenient appliance you will need. The living room, dining room and kitchen form a great room large enough for everyone to have plenty of space. The main attraction is of course, the ocean off the patio. The covered portico for dining, the outside shower and bathroom and the daybed under its shade roof are where you will spend most of the time. And, of course, there's the pool and hot tub. This home owner did not miss any element of ensuring that this property would make a great rental. The on site management was available at any time. The house, the patio, the grounds were all impeccably neat and clean. This house has set a high standard in our search for future rental homes around the world.
