Pros: The unit is very nice with great views. The kitchen has a big selection of items. The “beach closet” has plenty of toys, chairs, wagon, etc. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. The Water park was nice. Cons: One small thing is the furniture is not comfortable, the dining chairs and table are worn/wobbly. If the living room furnishings are new as stated in the listing, they are not holding up well. Parking is horrible. They claim each unit has 1 parking pass to park in the garage. Pass must be displayed or you will be towed. We spent 14 days there and 6 days we had to park on the streets. When you pay almost $7000 to stay 14 days it would be nice to be able to park there! There were cars in the garage with no passes displayed so apparently no one monitors this. They have no handicap parking so this was an issue for me. I called Biltmore and they literally said parking was “first come first serve, the Association would have to enforce the policy and there was nothing they could do about it” They also offered no parking solution for the 2nd car my family brought after we had been told they had overflow parking in the Holiday Inn or Splash Harbor lot that they are “affiliated with”. The Holiday Inn/water park said they are not affiliated with the condo units so no parking there. We were also told we would be able to use the pool at the Holiday Inn, again false, they are not affiliated. We specifically asked this as they give you 4 Waterpark passes and we had more people. (You have to pay extra every day for more than 4 to go into the waterpark) While this place is nice for families that everything is within “walking distance”, that distance is too far for people with any type of health issue, (back issues, breathing etc.). Even the water park policy required that you walk all the way to the end of the park then up a small set of stairs to the office to let them put a wrist band on you, they won’t let someone else from your party get it for you with the card pass. (They swipe your card and it produces your passes for the day so it’s not like you can “sneak” in extra people) I guess my suggestion is that you need to be able to endure a lot of walking in order to enjoy this location and hope for the best that when you ask questions prior to your arrival that they are truthful with you.

We had a lovely stay, great access to the beach and surrounding communities and we enjoyed that there were beach items there. The condo is clean and spacious and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The laundry was super handy for our large group and it was nice that there was plenty of room to spread out, good bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful beach within walking distance, and of course the waterpark access was a hit!

We had a wonderful Christmas at this property. It was COLD, so we didn’t get to enjoy the water park. However, the room view, close proximity to the beach and location made the stay great. My girls loved looking for shells. Clean, spacious room. Perfect for families.

We have stayed at this hotel before, albeit a different room. I really enjoyed this room and I'd say the only issue with this hotel is that they only have 1 elevator for floors 6-8 and they are very slow. But as we were on vacation you sort of go with the flow. The room was amazing, the view was fantastic, and the location to beaches/restaurants/etc is very nice. We parked our car and never got back in for the full 4 day stay. When we got there, we were able to check in a little early which was very nice of the property manager, also the previous tenants took the parking pass on accident and the property manager met me downstairs in like 10 minutes with a new pass. If my family does a 3rd consecutive year at this location, I will certainly attempt to book this exact same room.

We could easily walk to the beach and there was an assortment of beach gear in the condo to use. 4 passes to the water park were included in our stay, and we could buy day passes for anyone else in our group who wanted to go. We locked ourselves out one day and Tom came right over to let us in. However, after office hours no one called us back when we didn’t know where to park. The parking lot under the building fills up at night, so we parked at a satellite parking lot down the block by Jimmy Guanas. However, we didn’t know that the first night. Yummy restaurants and ice cream shops all around that are easy to walk too.

This was not our first stay at Harbourside Marker 33. We love this location. It can’t be beat. Close to beach, water park, restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. We can walk almost everywhere. Parking is a bit of an issue with a large group and only one parking pass during peak season, but we made it work. It would be nice to have water park passes for every member of your group. With the price we pay, they should be included. But we also made the 4 passes work. Would stay again.

This is a really nice, clean and spacious unit. Even though there is a water park just outside, it was remarkably quiet. The mattresses were all top of the line comfortable. They even provided a cooler and cart for taking to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a really nice, clean and spacious unit. Even though there is a water park just outside, it was remarkably quiet. The mattresses were all top of the line comfortable. They even provided a cooler and cart for taking to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. It was nice that there were beach chairs and umbrellas but they weren’t in the greatest shape. The unit was very nice and met all of our needs.

Very Clean and well kept condo. This is a waterpark, which means kid friendly. So if you are wanting to be away from kids, look elsewhere. Pros: -walk to beach...3-4 min walk, and partly shaded, restaurants near by -beach stores within walking distance, CVS walking distance -Wonderful (and Local) coffee shop near by (Ready Set Yo) -There are many useful beach toys in the closet ready for use! - Plenty of space for everyone in your party -the third bedroom is a small corner with a sliding door adjacent to the living area, divided by doors, not a wall. Worked out for us, but just a heads up. -The bathrooms were on point(we know we all like clean bathrooms!) -the beds were comfortable! -water pressure was decent -plenty of "extra" amenities-paper towels, toilet paper, etc. -trash was conveniently located right outside the door, next to elevator Cons: -no Uber really for the area. (pro: there are go kart rentals) -the elevator is a bit slow-there is only one elevator that goes up beyond the 5th floor (this condo is on the 6th), but it was not an issue for us. Just the speed. -you get two(2) waterpark card passes, that each card allows (2) persons into. the only "problem" I found with this is that there this condo sleeps up to 8.. so if you have more than (4) people, plan to pay the $26/per day for the waterpark for your additional people -no cooler/outside food allowed in waterpark...pushing to buy theirs. Other: -one parking pass allowed for the garage -additional parking is located within walking distance for overflow. We had one additional car with us, and this was not a problem. -bring a wagon--it DEFINITELY helps when loading/unloading/walking to and from the beach!(YES, they do have a cart, but don't want the hassle of looking for it.)

We traveled with the entire family, 9 of us, including grandparents, aunt and uncles, and our 5 and 7 year old boys. They LOVED the waterpark! That was a daily thing. Unfortunately, the Indian Rocks Beach, which is directly across the street, had high levels of red tide while we were there. But Sand Key Beach, luckily, had low levels every day. It was only a short 10-12 minute drive from the condo. We went there every day. Hopefully we will get to enjoy the beach at Indian Rocks on our next visit! Our emails were answered immediatley every single time. The place was clean and even with 9 of us we were comfortable. Great stay and would recommend!

The condo was clean, well equipped, beautiful views, and a short walk to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the water park.

What a view. This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed our time here. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We had two vehicles and were concerned about finding parking for the extra vehicle, but found spots close for free. If planning on staying here, bring extra toilet tissue because we ran out within one day and bring your own shampoo and conditioner. We loved the property and would stay here again.

Property itself is nice. We were at the 6th floor and liked view very much. Good location: 5 min walk to the beach, many restaurants and bars nearby. Our kids liked waterpark. One important detail about the place is that in the original listing space with 2-story beds looked like a separate room, but it is actually not - just part of the living room separated by wooden wall, very small, only for sleeping, no noise or light isolation at all. Out appliances/infrastructure/service experience was much worse: - Washing machine did not worked when we arrived and was not fixed during our stay, which was very inconvenient - Internet connection instructions were incorrect and we couldn't connect. Tom, property manager, sent some people to help, but there was no ETA when they arrive and we had to be home. So we waited for an hour and then left to the beach. After 2 days we accidentally figured how to connect, but connection was unstable and poor - They give one parking place, so we had to put our second car on the street. In the evenings parking is completely occupied, so after we went to the grocery, we could not find the free parking spot again till the morning. We noticed many cars without parking tags - Last day electricity went off in both bathrooms. We checked all electric fuses, but were not able to fix the problem
