They weren’t kidding about the view!! It’s beautiful and fascinating to watch all the boats, ferries and people. The porch on the cottage …. you can easily spend the day relaxing in one of the gliders listening to the waves on the beach. The cottage was nicely set up and comfortable. I would stay there again!

We had an amazing, relaxing family vacation here. The location couldn’t be beat. The views were spectacular. We had so much fun watching the boats. The house was really cozy and felt great. A dishwasher and garbage disposal would have been great though. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

This property is a piece of heaven on earth! From the incredible views to the quiet neighborhood and the awesome hosts, everything was perfect and as described. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts made us feel welcome. I would definitely stay again!

This house was very cute and cozy! You get a beautiful view of the sound and can sit on the porch to watch the ferries come and go! The decoration and amenities provided by the owner were wonderful ◡̈ Everything was easy to access and clean overall. My only thing was the shower curtains for both bathrooms were a little mildew-y, but other than that, wonderful place! ♥️

My family and I stayed at the Kingston cottage for two nights. It is very clean and just as described. We were told we were the first ones to stay since the new deck and cover or installed. They are very nice. Unfortunately it rained on our day there so even though most of the deck was dry it was a little exposed to the weather. Other than that the kitchen was stocked with supplies, there were numerous board games, and everything was very comfortable. The property management made it easy to check in and also check to see how our stay was going and if there was anything they could do for us while we were there. It was very appreciated. We highly recommend this little house for the comfort and of course for the views.

Great location and everything was wonderful. Views are amazing and close to walk to park, marina and restaurants. Love the little wine bar, owner is so nice and knowledgeable. Pictures accurately show the beautiful and cozy spot. Very homey and clean. This will be our first spot to see if available for our next trip.

We stayed at this cozy cottage for a weekend while in Kingston for a memorial service. It met our needs perfectly. It was comfortable, complete with kitchen amenities and close enough to walk to restaurants and coffee shops in the "downtown" area. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room, watching the ferries come and go across Puget Sound, and looking for the outline of Mt. Rainier in the distance. The only downside was the screen door on the front of the house had been destroyed. Not sure what caused that, but we notified the management immediately. We were able to easily walk around the damage while coming and going. We miss the cozy cottage already! Would love to make a return visit sometime!

We arrived with great expectations and the property and the accommodations did not disappoint. We were so happy that we had the opportunity to stay in this shoreline wonder that was well-stocked and full of features that I added to the coziness of a home away from home.

This cottage was a great place to vacation! The view of the Puget Sound is amazing! The layout was perfect. It is very nicely updated to give a modern cottage feel. We appreciated how clean this property was and that it was well stocked with essentials. The property owners were great to communicate with. The front deck is a great place to enjoy morning coffee and evenings after a busy day of exploring Seattle or Olympic National Park. Take a ride on the ferries, you get to see even more of the surrounding area!

The Kingston Cottage is a peaceful, relaxing place to unwind and enjoy beautiful views of the Puget Sound and the Ferry coming and going. The accommodations were clean and neat and we really enjoyed staying here. We will be back.

Cute place very close to the Sound with good eastern view including the mountain on a clear day. It was nice to have a well stocked kitchen, yet for the average nightly cost there would be considerably more options at hotels in Seattle or Edmonds with far more options for dining and entertainment. Comfortable beds and bedrooms, yet we had a non functioning toilet in the main floor bathroom during our stay. The inconvenience of the bathroom situation was met by only a very modest attempt by the owners to make it right. Pictures of the place are representative of the interior of the property. At the price we paid, I’d find another option in the future.

Beautiful property overlooking the sound. Really enjoyed ourselves everything was perfect for our getaway. The ferry service was fun to watch everyday and the weather couldn’t have been better. Would love to stay again.

My husband and I stayed here with my elderly parents for a family event nearby. Most of our time was spent at another family member's house in nearby Indianola but we loved the quiet morning and evenings on the deck watching over the ferry and beautiful view. Ferry and traffic was quiet. We loved the location, being on an alley, just a paved footpath in the front. Easy walk to Kingston. Loved the cottage's character and it was super clean and comfy. Liked having no dishwasher, felt like old times in a good way. Uncomplicated :) Definitely use the handrail if using the stairs to lower level, a no go for my elderly folks, but they didn't need to go downstairs so it worked great for us. We would definitely stay here again and hope to! Kingston Fast Ferry is a great option too! Thank you so much for the great stay.

This is the perfect seaside cottage for friends to gather and relax. We are four forever girlfriends, stayed four nights, and wished we could just move in. We loved hanging out on the front porch, walking to nearby restaurants for fabulous seafood, going on long walks around the surrounding neighborhoods., and easy access to the ferry. We will be back next year.

We loved our stay in Kingston. The house has everything we needed and was a perfect getaway. Loved how close it was to the ferry and the views of the water were amazing! We’ll definitely be back.

This home was absolutely perfect - could not have asked for a better location. Three of us stayed here for the weekend, and so wish we could have stayed longer. The view was nothing short of spectacular. The house was comfortable and cozy and the accommodations were perfect. Highly, highly recommend.

This little house close to the Kingston Ferries was the perfect place for us. We enjoyed the wonderful view of Puget Sound, always changing and always beautiful. The home is very clean and well stocked. Groceries and a few restaurants very close by. It is a treasure!

We so enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. The view was spectacular! So nice to sit outside (though it was cold) and watch the sea birds and the ferries. We could seven see Seattle across the bay. Lovely home, well-appointed, friendly owners. Highly recommend!

Property is well cared for. Everything was just as described. Good access to beach below the home. Even if weather is clouds and rain there is still activity on water bring binoculars .

This property has unobstructed views of the Puget Sound, and is within walking distance of both the Edmonds Ferry and the Kitsap High Speed Ferry to downtown Seattle. It is in a quiet village, but with walkable access to both ferries. The property was well maintained. well stocked and clean. We loved our stay, and the great hospitality of our hosts.

We found the courage spotlessly clean, charming and delightful. comfy beds, gorgeous views through the beautiful windows, and it was a treat to sit on the front porch Adirondack chairs and watch the fairies come and go. Within walking distance are several tasty restaurants and coffee, and I went for a couple of power walks in the neighborhood. Pay attention to check in directions because your GPS may take you to a pedestrian on the road in front of the house when you need to go to an alley behind it. The hosts left K cups for coffee and several little snacks, and the house was outfitted with everything we needed. Wonderful stay and I hope to come back again!
