Amazing property and views. Could not of asked for a better place to stay on our get away. Definitely a must return to listing!!

Condo very clean. Great view of Ocean, Bay and loved watching the fire works from the rooftop. Just amazing views. Complex is very well kept. And staff and residents are very nice. Owner Bill is easy to communicate with. Quick response. Will stay here again❤️

Everything was nice and we enjoyed penthouse very much. The only complaint was not with the penthouse itself but the property. The property had only one working elevator and checkout was 10 AM for the whole building! Trying to get out was an absolute nightmare. We were waiting for 15 min and sometimes longer for the one elevator. When it did show up, it was already packed! Needless to say this was not a great experience.

The condo was beautiful. Location is very close to the beach and 3 pools. We enjoyed watching the beach fireworks from the private rooftop. I highly recommend staying here.

Booked the condo for the view and it did not disappoint. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Owner very communicative and checks in to make sure that you are happy.

We loved our stay! Great access to the beach, nice location on the island, and the heated pool was a hit! We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The condo was perfect for us. Had games for the kids, plenty of space for everyone and the roof patio provided beautiful views of the island. The neighbors were very friendly. South Padre puts on an amazing New Year's firework show!! Had a blast bringing in the new year!

This place was the perfect for my family’s beach vacation! Very convenient with beach access and walk able distance to some nearby shops. The rooftop patio was a great bonus spot! Quiet and peaceful views of the beach and you can see nearby spacex!
The host was great! Communication was excelltand and had no problems getting access! Definitely on the list for our next beach vacation!

The unit is perfect! The views are incredible! We spent several evenings up on the rooftop having cocktails and spending family time talking. The unit was very clean and the beds are comfortable. Your right on the beach, the boys fished in the surf and we were able to spend time at the pool. We had a great time and defiantly will be back!! Thank you for letting us rent your unit!

SPI Winter Stay
We enjoyed out stay immensely. The view was spectacular of both the gulf side and the bay side. All rooms had views of both. Condo was well appointed with cooking equipment, dishes, glasses, sheets and towels. Beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property owner was readily available and responsive to all needs and questions. My husband and I highly recommend this property and plan on returning again.

Best time of the year for the beach!
September is a great time to visit South Padre Island. It's not crowded and the water is perfect--we had no jellyfish or seaweed. Beautiful blue-green water with just the right amount of waves. The condo is just as presented in the photos. Nice floor plan. Great views. Everything was very clean. The kitchen was stocked well, without being too stocked! The property owner is very accessible--responding to emails and text almost immediately. We are already checking out calendars for a return trip next year!

Awesome View
We had a wonderful vacation week. Weather was too windy most of the time so did not get to enjoy the rooftop as much as we would have liked. You can see the ocean and bay from the windows in the condo, though. Liked the decorations and colors in the condo. We had cocktail hour every evening and the variety of glassware was great! Very clean with comfortable seating and beds. Resort is well kept, too. We did have our water turned off one day by the resort for maintenance but did get advanced notice. Resort is in walking distance to good places to eat. Golf is only 15 minutes away, which was important for our golf group! There is a sewer gas you get once in a while at the resort but mostly in lobby, so don’t let that dissuade you to stay. It’s a great place!

Had an incredible time at this beautiful property. The view is unlike any other along with the awesome rooftop access the entire place is private really loved that. Along with the amount of pools you have access to. Very convenient to get to the beach. Also the host was very caring about our stay. Definitely considering staying again next year. Highly recommended!

Relaxing and ideal location
Family enjoyed our stay and found the location and specific property to accommodate all our needs. The property contemplates anything one would require. Owner was very accommodating and responsive. Great location and access to property amenities was excellent.
