We stayed 2 weeks and loved it. The villa had everything you could think of. Very nicely updated. Very comfortable, short walk to heated pool, and the most beautiful uncrowded beach. Owners answered all our questions about treasure cay and were easy to get in touch with. We don't want anyone to know about this place so we can keep it to ourselves. Will definitely be back. We have been coming to treasure cay for 20 years, stayed in many different villas I would say this villa was the nicest villa we stayed in so far. Steve and Sandy

We had an amazing time in Treasure and the Tuna Hut was perfect for our stay with absolutely no complaints! Highlights: *Owner was quick to respond with questions and was great to work with *House was very well appointed; the tropical décor and style of the home was peaceful and it was immaculately clean The beds and bedding were SO comfortable – this is hit or miss at some places so what a wonderful surprise!! Loved that it was two king sized beds, this worked great for us. *Location is perfect – central location to the beach and other island treasures such as Florence’s Bakery, Bahama Beach Club. *All the extras were great – beach towels, linens, small appliances, necessities, etc We have been to TC several times in the past, but this was our first time back since Dorian. The island has suffered much devastation, but they are on the upswing, and we are so happy to see the resilience in the community. A few tips to keep in mind: *You may want to consider renting a car – you will need to get your groceries in Marsh Harbour as the mini-mart has a few essentials but not much more. *There is no ATM in Treasure Cay and some places are cash only – so you may want to bring cash or you will need to get cash in Marsh Harbour (30-40 min away). *Plan ahead for car rentals or golf cart rentals as they are in short supply during certain times of the year. If you can bring any necessities from home, it may be more cost efficient as the store has limited options and of course, hefty price tag. This villa is a GREAT find – we are so appreciative for our time here and highly recommend!

This villa was perfect for our trip to Treasure Cay - clean, comfortable and well appointed. The hosts were very accomodating and provided us great recommendations. Highly recommend & look forward to returning to the island soon!

We had an amazing time in Treasure! Villa was New, clean and very very well supplied with everything we needed like beach towels and kitchen items. Owner was very nice and responsive!

Jeff and Joni were so helpful helping us arrange rides from the airport, booking a golf cart rental and any questions we had about the property. The property was very nicely appointed and clean and had all the amenities. The beds were comfy and the beach access and pool were within walking distance. The RO you can get from the office tasted amazing better than purchased bottled water. There is a small mini mart and liquor store at the treasure cay marina area. We had the majority of our dinners at the Bahama Beach Club. The food options were different each night. We did rent a boat for 3 days so we were able to get out to the other islands each day and enjoy what the Bahamas has to offer. My only complaint is that the house didn’t have any family board games or cards - this would be nice for families with kids. Recommend this property and would stay again!

We rented the villa for 10 days. Everyone agreed that the villa was the perfect place to stay. One reason we chose this villa is that both bedrooms have king beds and are pretty much exactly the same. The photos are representative of the space. The villa is newly redone and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Smart tv with Wi-Fi. Plenty of fresh towels and linens, a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, pots, pans, etc. for cooking your own meals, and a full size refrigerator with freezer. All of the appliances worked and were in great condition. Each bathroom had its own hair dryer which was nice. The property has a large solar heated pool with plenty of chairs and direct access to the beach. Getting to the pool and beach from the villa was easily walkable. One bonus was the screened in patio. It was perfect for sitting outside in the mornings with coffee, or in the evenings with dinner or a nightcap. When we return to Treasure we will definitely stay here again.

The sand was literally like powdered sugar. On this 3 mile stretch of beach there was never more than about 100 people on the entire beach. Very friendly community. Restaurants in the area are pricey though, but able to cook most meals at the villa. Only small complaints: beds not the most comfortable, cleaning fee was higher than on listing ($200), found out 2 weeks before trip that pool would be down for repairs. Also lost power and water for about 8 hours but that isn’t unusual for the Islands

There are a few restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, along with a well stocked grocery store. The screened porch was very comfortable in all types of weather, though did not have much of a view. The landscaping is nice and colorfully tropical. Overall, go for the beach and enjoy the comfort of your own place close to the spectacular beach.

Villa was nice & comfy. Bikes were an added bonus. We have been to Treasure multiple times & return for the great beach, nice people & overall feel of the community. Only suggestions would be a front screen door to let in the breezes/sunlight & a hanging pole for clothes in the second bedroom. Joni was very nice to work with & the villa is adorable.

It doesn't get any better than this sweet villa on Treasure Cay! It was a 2 minute walk from the beach, very clean, wonderful people in other villas, need I say more! We didn't want to leave....

The condo was very clean and had everything you would need. Don't take towels, there were lots. No bugs, not a one. It was also quiet. Pool was excellent to swim in and condo is near an amazing beach, gorgeous. Owner always replied to my emails too. All in all I would highly recommend.

The house was in perfect condition, super clean and very tastefully decorated. It’s proximity to the main road, services and the beach made it even more perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Joni and Jeff for allowing us to stay at your house. It was perfect for us. We can’t wait to come again but for a longer stay.

Such a cute little house with TONS of little things provided for the beach (floats, fins, masks, etc) The bikes featured did not work but the house was so close to everything and we really enjoyed the walking. Very clean, safe, and friendly. I highly recommend!!

We rented this villa for family members during our wedding and couldn't have been happier. The instructions and tips from the owner made getting settled so easy! This was our first trip to TC, so I'm glad our accommodations were a breeze! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s a beautiful home with everything we needed. The bedrooms were very nice and the showers are beautiful! We do a lot of cooking so we were excited to find everything we needed here. The cooking utensils were all in great shape and there a were variety of spices available. We left the ones we brought to help add to the collection. It was such a quick walk to the most beautiful beach. The pool was a quick walk too, which was important for my 7 year old and 8 month old. They had some beach toys that were great to play with, we really appreciate you sharing those with us. Our sons goggles broke so he was happy he could borrow a pair. We ran into another villa owner and she was very kind. She told us about pizza night on Thursdays at the Tipsy Seagull and bonfire night on Tuesdays at Coco Beach Bar. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. It’s beautiful and we had a really great time!
