Good value for money, professional staff, nice balcony with pool view, books in different languages available in the lobby

Some broken equipment, but it was fixed or changed quickly, poor WiFi in the room

The hotel staff (María and Stoyan) are very friendly and helpful.

WiFi was slow on the 4th floor.

Everything was perfect! The room was very clean, the beds comfortable and the pool is amazing. The host was very helpful as well. When it comes to how cheap the hotel is, we really have nothing bad to say.

The only thing we were a little concerned about was the shower situation. There was no shower curtain and the floor was really slippery so we had to be super careful not to fall. This is the only reason for giving the hotel 9/10.

Cleanliness, location, hosts

There is no Wi-Fi connection in the rooms. You can reach internet only in reception. This is the main problem that hotel should solve immediately.

very well equipped apartment. we have travelled with 2 small kids and we’re able to cook all the the tíme. staff absolutly perfect. and the garden was so cool.

The pool. The hosts are keeping clean the pool and the common area. The balcony is nice. We had ok wi-fi in the room. The airco works well. Truth to be told, we didn't have to use it often.

The bathroom is terrible. No shower cabin, just a drain in the floor, so the whole bathroom is wet after shower. There's nothing but a mop to dry it off, so it stays wet till early morning. Really, really irritating. A few times there was no hot water in the evening. The beds are awful, matress and pillow super unconfortable and the bed squeeks whenever moving in it. I had a little sleep for a week. Couldn't wait to leave. The room was sold as for 3 adults, but one persob sofa was too small even for a 10yo child (156cm tall), and it squeeked terribly. The sheets were rough and coming off the bed easily, so you had to put it back many times and still they would slip of. The road is not paved, full of dust and holes. 15 minute walk to the beach was not fun. For some reason I expected a fensed parking, but it was just a spot in front of the hotel. I've seen so many good reviews, but they must have been from guests staying at big apartments. We had change of towels on the second day, and then were offered another change the day before leaving, which didn't make much sense.

Good location, close to the sunny beach. The apartment is very comfortable, there was everything we need: air conditioning, a swimming pool, billiard, and so on for a pleasant stay.

There is no housekeeping during the stay. Wifi isn't actually operational.The bed linen is synthetic and extremely uncomfortable. The arrangement of furniture and sockets was generated by a neural network. Maybe this is normal for Sunny Beach, but in any other resort for the same money you will get a much higher service.

I liked everything. The room is clean and cozy, quiet after midnight, close to the beach. Nearby is the ancient city of Nessebar. The girl Maria at the reception was hospitable and friendly, always went to the meeting and immediately helped to solve minor problems.
