This condo was cute, cozy, comfortable and well stocked. The only drawback, for me, was getting all my luggage from the car to the condo. There are four sets of stairs, eight steps each, with landings in between. Under normal circumstances that would be nothing but I recently had shoulder surgery which made it very difficult. If you have no physical limitations, this is the perfect place for a beach getaway. Once you go down the stairs, you are just steps away from the beach. The sand was soft and white and the water was gorgeous, changing between shades of blue and green. It was an artist's paradise! I took some beautiful pictures and finished several paintings while I was there.

Cute, clean, and fully stocked for everything needed on a short trip. Perfect for a small family looking for a place directly on the beach. Quiet and uncrowded, but less than a mile from The Hangout hustle and bustle!

My husband and I both absolutely loved our stay here! He wanted to know fairly quickly if we could go ahead and remember this one to stay at again. The location is wonderful, the owners were quick to respond whenever we had questions, and everything was as the listing said! Would love to come back!

Great location for family beach vacation. Perfect size. TVs were a little confusing but not a big deal. Would have liked an extra roll of toilet paper. Didn't do any cooking but the kitchen seemed pretty well stocked. Overall, would stay here again.

Came in town for the triathlon and this property worked out perfectly for location and accesibility. Clean, comfortable unit with great acces to the beach and great location along beach road. Highly recommended.

We’ve now stayed at this complex twice! The location is just perfect. We prefer not staying in the vicinity of the high rises, because it’s a much less crowded beach. Close driving distance to all the places! You just can’t beat it. The unit was just as pictured! Nice, clean and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay and will most certainly be back!

Overall the condo was good experience. It was super close to the beach and clean. There were a few things missing/needed to help make the experience great. For instance, kitchen was missing a cookie sheet, potholders, etc. The beach accessories were broken or missing, i.e. beach umbrella, only 1 chair was available, no beach toys. Wish checkout was a little later, but definitely would consider staying here again.

We was very pleased and the property owner was great.we came in the day before and since it was open they let us check in and saved me a great deal from finding a room one night and the hassle of moving again. Would greatly recommend this place and it was right on the beach

We went for a couple of days of beach relaxation. It was perfect, so close to the beach made it easy to walk back and forth. Condo was very clean and a nice place to stay!

Right on the beach, close to shopping. Great condo and very clean. The beds are very hard but everything else was perfect. I didn’t get to stay the whole duration due to a family emergency but I will definitely book again in the future!

Perfect little property right on the beach, don’t expect anything fancy. It’s exactly what you need for a relaxing beach getaway. We had two adults and three teenagers. It was a perfect place for us, great location away from the hustle and bustle.

Clean and cozy property with great Gulf views at your door, literally! Easy access to beach, with safe parking and beach gear included for your condo. There are a lot of stairs for anyone with mobility issues, and it is loud when folks are walking outside of the unit (won’t be a bother if you are a city/apartment dweller). Perfect place for small gathering and short/long getaway, can’t wait to return!

We stayed here with our family of 4 quiet and had everything we needed. We enjoyed getting up early to see the sunrise and late night beach sits listening to the waves crash. Plenty of beautiful scenery! Clean and just what you need for a beach vacation.
