The room was big and comfortable.

The lift was very very slow. It service more than 30 floors and you have to wait more than 10 minutes for the lift. At peak hours, you might not be able to get a lift and have to walk down the stairs. We walked 17 levels down

the apartment itself was amazing, good facility, and good for group of people to stay. bathroom has bath tub. it closed with convenience store and lotus. so dont worry if u need to buy essentials. apartment also has pool.

the elevator is too crowded and small. sometimes have to wait abt 30 min to hop on.

Very long wait for elevators during check out hours. Highly suggest to check out at least 20-30min earlier.

I like the room. Very clean, occupied with all facilities including cutleries & plates. Spacious and comfortable.

Lift and bathtub. It's acceptable that the lift is late because they have more than 30 floors. So u need to have very good patience to wait because it can be challenging sometimes. The bathtub wasn't working well. It won't hold the water. So it's not worth to have a room with bathtub if it isn't working.

The entire apartment are clean n tidy.

The bathe tub was leaking and the shower tap was very small.

There’s a smell emitting from the water. Soundproof was bad and the aircon was extremely noisy. The lift was terrible, we have to walk down 16 floors cos can’t get into any lift during checkout time.

For first time staying in an apartment I got a bit blur but the host was a fantastic human being. Response super fast 😁 onpoint . We chatted like friends. That's how we shld be .. not cold and aloof .

Everything was good . However the bin centre to throw rubbish I spotted small cockroaches . The walk way looks very dark .Dim .

Furnishing looked nice. Aircond was very cold. Owners made sure the place was well equipped and welcoming. Checking in to get the keys was quite a breeze with good instructions

The car park layout was weirdest we have ever seen. the chairs for the dining table were not comfortable and sturdy. Dining table was too small and moved easily and it wasn't comfortable to eat/work on. Beds looked nice but not so comfy. Bathroom was ok but cleaning materials like mop were placed there instead of out of sight. There was significant water damage on the walls outside the bathroom, which doesn't look good. if you don't mind the aesthetics of that, the functionality of the room was ok to stay for a short while .

very clean, all appliances are working well. there were 2 hairdryers , kettle, iron + board, excellent wifi, tv box, good view from the room, towels provided, 1 person had 3 pillows.
