Brian keeps a pretty nice condo. Beds were good. The master bedroom was
crowded when using the trundle. Second bedroom was nice with the exception of the old tatered bedspread. Bathrooms are good. Kitchen was well equiped, everything worked. Nice to have a balcony. The dining room table is large so everyone could sit around it to eat and play card games. Livingroom furniture was worn, but usable. The river below makes a sound like a white noise machine. We slept well.

The location in The Village at Breck is top notch. We were able to walk everywhere- but we rented a car to go exploring around Colorado. The condo was well worn, but clean and Brian responded to any questions immediately. We took advantage of the pools, hot tubs, sauna, and steam room. The snow in mid April was icing on the cake! What a beautiful part of this country. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This is a great location and centrally located close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and most of all skiing. Once you get parked you won't need to use your vehicle again. The pull out couches need updated mattresses, you can feel the springs, the other beds were good.

We would stay at this location again. The property had an incredible view, excellent location to slope and ski rental, plus a ton of fire wood for the fireplace. The only small issue is the cleaning service can do a better job. The description of the property is spot on and the condo is quiet. The parking is great and the hot tub area was amazing.

Great location! Somewhat old but roomy and comfortable. The kids had a great time in the pool and the hot tubs were filled in the evening.

I booked this property for the location and it did not disappoint. Kids ski school is in the bottom of the building. Take the elevator right down to the parking level to check in. This was very convenient with my 4 year old. The building is also centrally located to shops/restaurants, Breck sports and Quicksilver chair. The only “downside” was having to walk by the candy store in the building with a 4 year old. Haha. The unit itself is a typical ski condo - dated and a little beat up from rentals but it has everything you need and plenty of room, especially if you plan to ski most of the time like we did.

The location and building amenities were spectacular. The unit’s furniture, decor and bedding are a little dated but the price in relation to more updated units in such a great location compensated for that. Host was great to communicate with and the management company was responsive and efficient.

Everything thing was great. Location to ski runs great. Walk to town easy. Only complaint was the pull out bed in couch was horrible. It needs replaced. No cushion only springs. Owners should be embarrassed calling it a bed.

This location is amazing for skiing Breckinridge. We could walk to lifts and head back for lunch and a rest before hitting the slopes again. Awesome trip!

A spacious 2 BR/2BA condo. Nice balcony with water view. Easily walkable to restaurants and shops. A little dated but clean and well kept. Parking was a challenge -- we had 2 vehicles and could only get a parking pass for 1.

This was the perfect space for a long ski weekend. About 100 yards from the peak 9 lifts and very walkable to Main St restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic location!
The location of this property cannot be beat. Everything you need within short walking distance. Ski school downstairs, restaurants all around. Walk into the town for more restaurants and shopping. My family parked our car on day one and didn’t need it again until the day we left. Definitely recommend this property while in Breckenridge!

Great location and Neighborhood
Our group really enjoyed how close this place was to the hill, as well as the surrounding neighborhood and how close we were to shops/bars/restaurants; everything was within walking distance. Also, communication with Brian was excellent!

Perfect Location
Brian is an excellent Host! He was so helpful and thorough all communication. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and the fireplace was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and loved watching the hustle and bustle from the balcony in the mornings.
Having the laundry facility right outside the door around the corner worked out well for us.
Others have said in their reviews that this condo is a little dated. That is true as you can see from the photos, but the location and price made up for it! And the bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean. One thing that could be added is more storage and mixing bowls and/or containers with lids. There are very few, if you cook a lot like we did. Plenty of pots and pans though.
If you plan to stay here, do not forget your gym clothes and swimsuits! The new workout, gym and hot tubs are wonderful.
Everyone at the facility was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again! Location location location!

The biggest disappointment was that there were no dish towels, no cleaning sponges, no oven mitts and only 1 "dishwasher soap pod". It required a trip to Wal Mart to keep up since we ate in thr condo most of the time. Overall, we managed the little issues and had a great family vacation.

A close stay to the lift in town
The sign up process went smooth. The listing matched what we saw on location.
The on-site hosts made us feel welcome and tended to our needs.
The hot tubs were up and working after having just been refurbished.
Parking is an issue for those parties with more than one vehicle. Although satellite parking is available for a daily permit fee. Listing the need to purchase or pay for a parking pass could be part of the upfront information.
The kitchen was well equipped for our daily cooking needs. We made all our meals on-site.
Some of the furniture is showing age but all was usable.
The bathroom sinks needed plumbing clean out.
We enjoyed the easy access for ski rentals and lift ticket pass window.
Our overall experience was very good.
