Back Bay condominios se encuentran en la esquina de la avenida de Toledo y Langram carretera en el agua cerca del centro de Put-in-Bay.
De hecho estamos a punto de dar un paseo de tres minutos en el corazón del distrito del centro de la isla, donde puedes ajustar con tiendas exclusivas, más de una docena de restaurantes, todo tipo de atracciones y un montón de entretenimiento. Después de un día lleno de actividades, volver a casa a un apartamento de relax en el lago donde se puede disfrutar del desayuno en el balcón con una hermosa vista de la isla de Kelleys y el Memorial Perry, o una noche viendo su programa favorito de televisión o una película. Ambas unidades son amplias y abiertas y se encuentran adyacentes entre sí.
Una puerta de metal separa cada una de las unidades de condominios a lo largo del gran balcón que comparten en cada planta. La puerta entre nuestras unidades se puede desbloquear cuando ambas unidades se alquilan por la misma familia o grupo de amigos para hacer más fácil el entretenimiento.
Esta cubierta de madera ofrece una bonita vista del lago y con vistas a un gran patio frente al lago. Hay muebles de cubierta en ambas unidades para su uso.

We spent 3 days at this condo. The location is perfect for getting around the island. The view is great. The unit is as advertised! Very important to us, the unit was clean!

Condo has been remodeled is much nicer than the photos. Property owner was polite and helpful. Condo was ready hours before check in time which was a plus.
Only negative is that the pull out couch is some what broken so getting that out was pretty hard.
Great location in PIB, great balcony and plenty of household items available for use.
Planning our trip for next year and hope to stay at this location again.

First off, the property owner was very communicative. The owner provided all needed information well ahead of time and checked in again the morning of arrival. The willingness to be available is much appreciated and provides assurance that had there been an issue, it would’ve been easy to alert them.
The unit itself. Overall it was quite nice. Lakefront property in Ohio faces quite a few challenges with the large and sometimes rapid temperature and weather changes. Despite that, everything was a quite good condition.
Something to be aware of is this is not a newer building. As such, some of the sound proofing is not at a level that perhaps one would expect at say a more modern hotel. This results in hearing some footsteps of someone that is occupying a unit above. While not at all a problem and is something that should be expected, it may surprise some who’ve never stayed in a non-new design building.
The only other related thing to note is this building is located to another, larger “resort” type condo complex, which has an outdoor pool and an outdoor bar. We stayed during the week (Monday through Wednesday) and had ZERO issues, but I would imagine on a weekend or during a busy stretch, sound could carry over. During our stay however, there was NOTHING but the sounds of waves all evening and night.
As for the waves, the shore is perhaps 40 feet from the balconies. The view looks toward Kelly’s Island.

The owner was very attentive and great communication all around. The property is lakefront and the sunrise is amazing. The condo is very spacious and very quiet yet two minutes from the downtown area. We have found the place we will be coming back to time and time again!

Really enjoyed visiting PIB for the first time and had a wonderful week staying at this property. Very convenient to all popular activities and golf cart rental location. Host was responsive via phone and texting when I needed assistance during check in and with Wi-Fi connection. Thank you!

This place is exactly as described. Great location, clean apartment. The balcony looks over the water, allowing us to see the sunrise in the morning and the stars at night. If the need arises, we will definitely book again.

In town for a volleyball tournament so our days were filled with fun chaos, but in the evening when we needed to get away from it all, this was the perfect place! Nestled in the 'back bay' the craziness of party is left behind and you can enjoy the patio with a beautiful view, watch a movie in the open living space, and even sleep well also.

Was a wonderful place to stay very nice and clean..the only thing missing was a small fire pit in back yard (we bought wood with us) but I would still stay again!

We had a group coming up for the Battle on the Bay volleyball tourney. The location was perfect and had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend. Short walk to main food, bar area.

Overall this is a great property. There is no air conditioner in the bedroom, only the living room area. There were box fans that helped cool the bedroom. Great view of the lake.

These conditions were exactly as advertised! Very clean, close to town - 5 minute walk or close to Miller's Ferry, Jet Express and golf cart rentals, but also private and quiet! Would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at alot of places on Put-in-Bay, and this has been our favorite so far! Very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Close to downtown but far enough away from the loud party scene. The balcony overlooking the lake was so nice. Thank you for a great weekend where many family memories were made. We hope to be back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location, condo and owner communication was perfect and exceeded my expectations. The condo was very clean, equipped with everything needed and the view was gorgeous. The bed was also ridiculously comfortable!! We had such a great time, zero complaints.

Pull out sofa sleeper was not functionable/broken, nor comfortable, which was horrible for our 2 guests that were supposed to use it! Had to sleep on floor! Towels were present in closet of bathroom, but it was not listed on website as such. Condo was nice otherwise and convenient to town.

Perfect for our family trip to the island. VERY CLEAN. Owner was very pleasant to with. I could go on with many more upsides but I’ll keep it short. The view. Just the view alone is worth your money. I’ve stayed all over the island from camping to the island club to other island rentals and nothing I’ve experienced comes close to this. Many thanks!

My family and I really enjoyed both of the units, they both had a home feeling. The location was great and the view of the lake front was amazing. The only I guess complaint would be the deck and stairwell up to the condos we’re both I wouldn’t say dirty but could use a good cleaning. Being on the waterfront I’m sure it’s hard to maintain. This was my parents first trip to Put In Bay and they both enjoyed it quite a bit and already looking forward to coming back again. This was a new place for me and my wife to stay and I do believe that we will check with Eric from now on when we want to get away up to PIB. Chad, Tracy, Morris & Debra Abbott
