This is our favorite place to stay when we visit Paso. This was our 3rd time staying at this house over Mother’s Day weekend. Love having the pool and the private back yard that backs up to trails:stream. We’ll be back again.

Overall ok. The listing advertised it as having a coffee station as part of the experience. But it took us a while including a call to customer service to locate the Kuerig coffee maker which was tucked inside a pantry drawer. .

Really nice house to rent for a stay in Paso!

Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our time in this lovely home! The highlight was the pool, of course, but we also loved the nearby walking trail, and the well-stocked kitchen. Location was great…close to town, but on a quiet cul-de-sac, so you can wake to bird song. We had an trouble with our access code, but the office responded right away and got that settled. Bath mats, napkins and Kleenex would have been helpful. Small stuff! Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

Great location. Amazing property. Well furnished kitchen. Lovely outdoor spaces. There was a problem with the pool cover and they fixed it in a matter of hours. Will absolutely stay there again!

The house is fully equipped for our vacation. Nice kitchen with all the cookwares. We even do s’more at the fire pit. Just wish the pool is warmer so the kids can swim. The house was abit dusty when we first arrive so we have to open all the windows to let fresh air in as my husband has asthma. Good stay for a short vacation.

There were definite pros and cons to this property, however, I would not rent it again certainly as we felt it was quite expensive for the four nights we stayed. Pros - The convenient location of the home - The proximity to the woodsy walking trails - The pool, especially as we were in Paso during a very hot period of 95-105 degrees - Garage parking for two cars - Pet friendly - Good Wi-Fi connectivity - Nice outdoor dining space and area to recline (we did not use the outdoor fire “pit”) - An outdoor grill, which we did use one night Cons - The home is very dark and made darker by the choice of some of the window coverings and the dark, furniture and floor coverings - The interior of the home was not well-maintained. By way of example, bathrooms need re-grouting, there were numerous decor items throughout the home (more and often different than indicated in the photos) and many were covered with thick coatings of dust, clearly not having been cleaned in a very long time; the washing machine had mold in it and a strong, unpleasant odor, etc. - The exterior is also not being maintained in a fashion consistent with the promotional photos. Again, by way of example, the lawn in the back was nearly dead as were the plants in the containers. If there are water restrictions in place due the drought, that should be disclosed and containers should be removed. - As others noted, beds were not particularly comfortable. In fairness, before writing this review, I shared much more detailed comments and photos of my findings with the property management company, providing them an opportunity to respond. I am pleased that they did so and took my feedback to heart. They assured me they would attend to maintenance issues, conduct a deep cleaning, reach out to the landscaping company and provide feedback to the owners about the comfort of beds. In addition, my cleaning fee was refunded due to the numerous cleaning issues and conditions I shared with them supported by photos.

House very clean, we spent a lot of time in the swimming pool with the kids while other adults went wine tasting. Only small thing was, we were under the impression gardeners come on Thursday. We were out so they can do the cleaning. They came on Friday, we were in the pool. they did not say anything, just left. Garden was in need of a cleaning. It kind of bothered us, but no big deal. We stayed here for a bachelorette party which overall suited our needs. The pool was perfect for a hot day, the water was actually warm. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, serving dishes, some spices, and cooking oil. The rooms/decor were nicer than pictured. The house itself needs a little updating. The master bathroom is outdated, and outlet stopped working the second day there. There’s definitely an electrical issue because the kitchen lights flipped off after using a hair dryer but the welcome binder told us where the electrical panel was. There was not enough blankets to be comfortable. Each room had a thin quilt and sheets and the extra blankets from the master bedroom was used for the Murphy bed. We weren’t cold, but more blankets would have been nice to have. Overall we would stay here again despite the issues.
