Walking distance to lake and all the little shops. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very big with one room on main floor making for limited steps if needed, one room upstairs with a queen bed but also a twin bed tucked away and 2 rooms downstairs. Plenty of room to spread out but also be together. Lots of fun games and TVs all around. Kitchen had most items needed for cooking. Huge backyard for warmer weather.

the back yard made everything! the house was pretty dirty and could use some updates,,, the sheets were hard and rough, the beds are like boards they had black hair and few other things in them,, :( the dishes did not look cleaned before they were put back and we re washed everything, the silverware had stuck on food and we wont even get started on the cheese grader, the kicthen counter was not even wiped down, i washed around the sink and BLACK. this was the night we checked in. the left overs hairs around is what really grossed us out,,, they were black and none of us have black hair. the shower downstairs needs a major magic eraser scrub, the scum haas built up, i just was super disappointed with the cleanliness. the fridge had greasy hand prints on it still with food chunks on the handle. the towels had black hair in bedded and woven into towels(i was happy i brought my own) the air conditioning was nice. THE BACK YARD THOUGH!!!! IT WAS GORGEOUS! VERY WELL DONE!

We had a small reunion for the weekend. We really enjoyed the house with the large back yard and the indoor and outdoor games available for the kids and adults. We really enjoyed CDL.

House was very nice, clean and well equipped. Worked great for golf foursome with us each having our own room. Would definitely recommend.

The house was a wonderful stay for our weekend trip. We all fit in the house and felt comfortable with our own places to sleep. Was a bit unfortunate that we didn't have enough towels. There wasn't anything to wash dishes with, it would have been really helpful to have a sponge or brush to clean some dishes. Otherwise it was a really nice house!

This house was great! There were more beds than expected, a great backyard, and everything we needed for our stay. The location couldn’t be beat (unless you want to be on the water) and there were no hiccups with anything at all. We would stay here again for sure!!

We loved the home--even on a rainy afternoon, the gas fireplace and comfy couches provided a relaxing atmosphere to kick back and read or just catch up with each other.

We loved the house! The huge backyard and deck were such a nice bonus. Very clean and had every amenity you could think of. We were unsure if the house had an iron, hair dryers, etc and had no luck reaching out to Vacasa to find out. Upon arrival we were thrilled to find an iron, hair dryers in each bathroom, many extra blankets, kids toys, more than a fully stocked kitchen, etc. One downfall was the weird/loud garbage compactor in the kitchen. We were so lucky to stay while the grapes in the backyard were perfectly ripe! Great location close to downtown CDA, the resort and Tubbs Hill. We would 100% stay here again.

This home was beautifully decorated with warm colors and very inviting. The pictures of this home online are very accurate. Beds were super comfortable. Kitchen was updated and clean and had all amenities. The landscaping of the property was spectacular. Very relaxing and quiet. Lots of time and energy went into landscaping this property and it shows. We did not spend much time on the deck, although, it was very nicely appointed with comfy furniture. It was a bonus for us to have an extra long driveway and not have to park on the street. Its location was very convenient to walk into town, the lake and the local grocery store. We recommend this home to anyone visiting the Coeur d'Alene area and would stay here again.

CDA Getaway
We absolutely loved the property. It was a perfect location and good size. Very peaceful neighborhood, and the house has been updated very nicely and comfortably. Only gave 3 stars for communication because prior to the trip, I had asked several questions with no response, but as soon as we got there and checked in, we found a direct contact and Justin answered right away, and so did Matthew the property manager, and they were both very helpful and friendly. I think we just got lost in the COVID shuffle. Only negative part of our stay was that the grill brushes are the metal wire bristle type, and I grilled some fish and found 5 or 6 bristles in the fillets from the last person that cleaned the grill. Luckily I noticed them during grilling, so was able to remove, no problems. Simple solution is purchasing one of the newer styled kind that does not have wire bristles. Doors and floors all a bit creaky and squeaky, but that's to be expected in an older home, and I feel that's just nit-picking. The front porch was absolutely amazing, sitting on the porch swing at any time of the day. Very relaxing watching the squirrels and birds play. We had a very lovely time at Couer d' Alene Calm!!!

Great little house for the 4th. Nice backyard and front swing. Great location! Needs some updating for safety issues- needs hand rail in main bathroom tub and on steep stairwell.

Family Getaway
We had a great stay! Clean home. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing backyard and outdoor deck area. Two levels two tvs. One for adults, one for kids. Happy!

Family Vacation
My daughter made it to the State B Basketball tournament and we needed a place to stay. The tourney was in Spokane, but we like staying at VRBOs because of our family size. This house was equipped with a well-stocked kitchen and two great family rooms with large TVs. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the remodel job and wall decor. The granite in the kitchen is gorgeous! The house was very clean. The back yard is amazing. My kids actually played in it although it was still cold out. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Our location was private but central and convenient to Spokane as well as local dining and shopping. Thank you for a great experience. We will be back!

A cute cozy stay!
Well I really loved the area of the home. I don't know this but when my family first moved up there they only lived two blocks from there. So it brought back some really good memories!
But it did need a little more loving care. The floors could have been cleaner and the showers. But overall we really enjoed our stay.
