We had a wonderful time staying at this house. We loved the quick and easy beach access, and the house has lots of space for a large family to spread out and be comfortable. Our trip was long, and we felt at home here!

My husband and I have been coming to Madison over 10 years and this house represents the classic Madison Colonial. Jennie was super easy to reach with any questions. House was clean and exactly as pictured. The month was unusually hot but the house temperature kept us cool and comfortable. I highly recommend!

Perfect week in Madison
We had a relaxing week- the house was comfortable and the location was perfect. We would stay here again and highly recommend to our family and friends.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything that you would need. The owners have left a lot of board games for family game night and the beach is a block away. We want to return again each summer and would like to thank the owners for welcoming us and being so incredibly helpful.

My family of four enjoyed our stay here and felt like we were at home at the beach. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything that you would need. The owners have left a lot of board games for family game night and the beach is a block away. We want to return again each summer and would like to thank the owners for welcoming us and being so incredibly helpful.

Great House on Beautiful Seaview Beach!
The Cox House exceeded all of our expectations! This is a beautiful, well-appointed and comfortable home just steps from the beach. We had everything we needed for our stay - including all of the essentials, beach towels, umbrellas & toys! Jennie was a pleasure to communicate with, and she really elevated our entire experience. I highly recommend this house to families!

A great house - steps from a lovely beach. Jennie was so responsive and helpful with all of our questions. The house was perfect for our group - great space to hang out, the outdoor shower was a huge hit and a really nice neighborhood/location. We'd love to go back!
