Overall wonderful stay at a wonderful spacious townhouse, with the exception of a few hiccups. We really enjoyed the location and the amenities offered. The worst part of the trip was when the key card to get into the pool stopped working. We couldn't use the pool for the remaining 3 days, despite management trying to get in touch with the HOA. We were very disappointed that this happened and hope that others who stay at this location won't have to experience missing out on the pool. The manager Kristen tried her very best to locate someone but in the end it was too late. She did promise that we would be credited for this experience, which I truly appreciate as well. I would most definitely stay at this location again!

Very clean. Had everything we needed. Felt like we were away from everything but were with 5 minutes of went we went there for. Really good if your interested in North Myrtle Beach your right there but if you want Myrtle Beach your 20 minutes to a half hour which isnt a bad ride.

The home is in a beautiful community, literally across the street from the common pool. You're in the suburbs surrounded by a golf course and the other Barefoot Resort communities, so it's very pristine and quiet and a car is a must. There is nothing within walking distance such as groceries, pharmacy, or convenience stores.
The home itself is beautiful and spacious, with a great layout: 2 floors, garage connects to a laundry room so you can just drop your stuff right in the washer after the beach; three full baths (2 ensuites, 1 main and 1 powder room) - super convenient for our 3 families. And all the beds and furnishings are very comfortable. The master king bedroom and bath on the main floor are luxurious.
We used the shuttle to the beach every day. It was convenient but you are limited to the pick up and drop off times, and the closest shuttle stop is about a 3 minute walk. The beach where it drops you off is very nice, but lots of shells at the shore going into the water, so bring water shoes. Lots of people so it's nice and lively, but not overly crowded.
Kristen was great and provided detailed responses to my questions through the VRBO inbox very quickly.

We had such a great stay! We were so pleased with the house and esp the location! I know the boys of the house complained about the TVs but that was the last thing on my mind! Thank you so much for sharing your home to my family! We hope to return again!

My family and I had a lovely experience staying at this property in North Myrtle. The host and was friendly & helpful, and her response to our needs was very timely. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to stores and restaurants. The pool is right across the street, the beach is just a short drive and Barefoot Landing has something for everyone.

We rented Kristen’s townhome for six weeks (mid-Feb thru March) on our first attempt as “Snowbirds”. During our stay we had friends and family join us for a few days. The townhouse has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space to relax. The patio looks out onto the 12th hole on the Norman course. As a golfer, I enjoyed spending time either inside the patio or outside on the Adirondack chairs after my round was complete or when I was making dinner on the grill (which had a full propane tank and clean grates). Even settled a few out of bounds disputes with the golfers. The Tanglewood community is very close to the clubhouse / driving range as well as an easy drive over to Barefoot Landing where there are several restaurants / shops to enjoy. The kitchen is very well stocked with just about everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Kristen is also very responsive to any questions / concerns regarding her property or the North Myrtle Beach area. Great place to stay.

Good location within the grounds, right outside of the local swimming pool which was nice. Also nice to have a garage to park in. Spacious, perfect for family. Excellent communication with homeowner.

Great location
The property overall was good. Great location. If you are a family that is planning to cook at home be prepared. The pans for stovetop cooking are awful. They are chipped and peeling. The grill was out of propane when I tried to use it. The shower heads are awful and the fixture for the jacuzzi tub was broke when we arrived. Be sure to bring trash bags, they only had two for us for a whole weeks stay. Overall the property was clean and the pool right across the street is very convenient.

This property is in a lovely little neighborhood a few miles from Barefoot Landing and the busy North Myrtle strip. It's a gorgeous neighborhood with palm trees and nice landscaping.
I loved how quiet and green it was. Nice break from the hubbub of the beach areas. We used the shuttle once to get to the beach and that worked fine. Nice to not cope with the parking. My favorite part of the condo was the screened in porch. Had my coffee out there every morning looking at the green. We're not golfers but the golf area around the property provides a lot of green and quiet. Nice to have three sizable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The living room is on the small side, though. Kitchen was well equipped but could use a cheese grater, lol. Hubby tried one of the bikes and the chain came off. I wouldn't count on using these. Also the grill was quite dirty and made a hissing sound so we didn't use it. The pool which is steps away from this condo is absolutely lovely. I think it may be salt water. We found times where it was quiet especially earlier in the day. One morning had it to ourselves. This is a nice property to also walk around in with a paved path for the golf carts. Anyway, if you want the hubbub and proximity to the beach this is not the property but if you want peace and quiet as a break from the busy side if Myrtle Beach area and you appreciate cleanliness and beauty, don't miss out on this sweet place. Kristen was very nice and responsive to communicate with. We had a great time. Hope to stay again some day.

Property was as advertised! 6 in our group. Plenty of space. Kitchen well appointed and met our needs. Enjoyed having the grill! Best thing was the pool right across the street! Very convenient location. We had a wonderful time!!

Great Place! Ask about the pools!
My extended family and I wanted to get away from the cold and snow in Michigan. We were looking for a nice place to accommodate all 7 of us that had access to pools and beaches. I messaged Kristen before booking to ask if the pools were heated. She responded right away and told me they were not. No biggie... did I mention we are from Michigan? Lakes and rivers never get pool warm. When we arrived, check-in was easy and the place was beautiful. The problem was, the pools/hot tub were still closed for the season. When I mentioned this to Kristen she told me that "We don't usually get a lot of people swimming in March and the ocean is too cold until May." She also told me I could have "contacted the resort prior to booking the property to ask about the pools." I never would have booked the property had I known the pools were closed. We ended up renting a room at a neighboring hotel just so we could use their pools. The property is beautiful. Just a warning to anyone wanting to book in March.

Winter getaway
The property was beautiful. The decor was lovely, spacious with plenty of room and privacy for our guests. The location was far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to stay in North Myrtle Beach. My communication with the owner was terrific. She was very responsive to all my questions.

Enjoyed our stay here, wish the kitchen was a.bit more stocked with cooking items. The washer and dryer doors/detergent dispenser were broken and many bulbs burnt out, nothing we couldn’t manage. The washer and dryer both still worked. Kristin responded in a timely manner to any and all questions. All in all it was a good experience and property was very nice

This property is perfectly located near everything you could want to do with little ones, older kids and teenagers. The pools are fantastic and everyone was so nice and helpful. The location was great. The pool right across the street was great. Some minor maintenance issues due to previous renter. Master bedroom shower could use a good scrub and master bed has a big dip. All issues easily worked around. Overall it was a great trip and we would stay again.

Getaway
Pictures are accurate. Cleanliness an opportunity- upstairs bedroom had debris on floor and something splattered on walls. Shower curtains need to be replaced - dingy, ripped and discolored. Left message with number provided and received no contact back. Disappointing because others had timely responses.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for our getaway. The property was great and in a quiet neighborhood to just relax especially during COVID19. We were close enough to get to anything that we wanted to explore. Thanks for being available and reasonably priced. Stay safe!

Upon checkin, at 4:00 pm unit wasn't serviced.. Wasn't able to get in till 9:00 pm. Bedroom TV's needed to be programed. Never worked correctly. Unit was as advertised. Close to everything. Owner apologized for the mix up and gave a token refund. Which was appreciated.

Dream Beach home
This was the first time my parents let me choose where we stayed. The house definitely fit our family and was very clean. It’s about a mile from the beach and very close to several restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again.
