The room was clean but the rest of the areas were not so clean.

They charged us a $50 no refundable pet fee. That was ridiculous. Understand a fee but the most we have ever paid was $25 refundable.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Room was big and clean. Staff was friendly.

And for housekeeping on 1 of the 3 days. They gave new towels and emptied trash. Nothing else. Very disappointing.

Breakfast was delicious and had so many options. I loved the seating options as well. The staff was very courteous and friendly. They had a great selection of snacks up front with multiple easy ways to pay. The location and cleanliness of the hotel (inside and out) were really good.

Our room had some pieces of trash laying around and the trash cans didn't have any trash bags. We personally love hot tubs and jacuzzis so it was a little sad to learn they didn't have one.

we had a noise complaint and there was a domestic dispute that lasted the entire night and was not resolved! the staff blamed it on kids and it was adults! They should have contacted the police!

Everything was wonderful. Clean, spacious rooms. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Clean bathroom, shower was big. Staff was friendly and kind. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. We were able to check in early and had a smooth transition from start to end with booking, check-in/check out!

Garbage/dirty linens on the floor outside of the rooms. This was from the time of check in at 4pm until 730am when we checked out. We had to request garbage bags and soap upon check in. Other than that the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

I enjoyed the comfort, safety and location. Their breakfast is always well stocked and satisfying. The hotel was extra busy with basketball families and they didn’t miss a beat.

the pool area had one inch of standing water all around the pool. i feel like this was a safety concern! Staff wear ok, they accommodated my request of having a room closer to elevator but manager was a little snooty. i have always enjoyed their coffee bar morning and night but was surprised every thing was ice cold on Saturday night.

Although the staff at check-in did their job, the morning staff was fantastic and really helped when I was looking for an item not sold in the little shop at the desk. Kudos to Cinda for going above and beyond to be helpful and cheerful first thing Tuesday morning!

Although I don't think it is necessary to iron sheets and pillowcases, mine looked like something I might pull out of the corner of my teenage son's closet. I wasn't convinced that they were clean and sprayed with sanitizer before laying my head on one. I set the rest on the floor and pulled the extra from the closet.

It is very clean and has everything I need for a comfortable stay.

The pillows are horrible.
