The unit was lovely, with beautiful views of the gulf. The checkin/check out process very simple. We enjoyed our stay. Two small items were a slight problem. All the patio furniture was shoved against a far wall and zip tied together and since we had invited our son and daughter-in-law over for a drink on the patio before going to dinner and were unable to and a minor thing was there were only 10 hangers in the entire 4 bedroom unit. But, as I said those were minor and we would stay there again.

The condo was absolutely perfect! Beautiful view, beach was not busy, we saw dolphins from the balcony each morning, condo had everything we needed for a family of 9 (including an infant), plenty of space for all of us, it was very clean and close to all local attractions. Staff was very responsive so I could easily plan our trip and everything was in working order when we arrived! We had zero problems with the condo! Highly recommend this unit! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

There were 12 of us in this 4 bedroom condo right on the beach! It was perfect for us and we were able to enjoy 7 days of the beautiful emerald coast as a family. The host was responsive and the condo was clean and pretty much exactly like the pics shown. There are a few staging items (lamps, end tables, pillows and decor) that are shown but other than that everything was great! If I can give any feedback to truly make our experience more perfect, it would be around the pots and pans and utensils avaialbe for use in the kitchen. We made due with what we had but struggled with having enough items to cook in since we were feeding 12 mouths. We ended up eating out 5 of the 7 nights. We would definitely come back and make more memories at Phoenix Towers!

Our stay couldn't have been better. The beach is footsteps away and the kids absolutely loved the pool with slide. Great restaurants and shopping are minutes away. We even used the grills on the ground level to make dinner one night. Our unit(1201) was very nice we dont have a single complaint. Overall a great family trip and we plan to visit again in the future!

Trip was great, condo is as it is stated on site. My only issue is with the lack of items in the kitchen to cook for a group of 9 and some of the bed comforters had stains on them.

Very nice property right on the beach. Our family had a great vacation here. Condo was clean and very nice. Walk right out from the pool area to the beach. Close enough to walk to some restaurants. Nice kitchen to cook in so you don’t have to eat out at every meal. Charcoal grills available down by the pool. Had a couple very minor issues, and Property Manager responded immediately to take care of them. Would definitely stay here again when vacationing in Gulf Shores.

Great location and suite looked exactly like the pictures did on vrbo's website. Very spacious and accommodating. Only thing is carpet and rugs in the bed and living rooms could have been cleaned a little better but all in all it was Amazing!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Phoenix condo. Description of the place was accurate. Micheal was very responsive to our questions and concerns while we were there. You couldn’t ask for a better view and location. The only things that might make it better’s would be: clean or replace the area rug in the living area. Why do you have so many plates and glasses but no coffee cups? We left a couple. A small dresser in all the bedrooms. The master suite had a nice one. I would recommend this condo for someone wanting a nice beach vacation.

The condo was nice, but I would disagree that the kitchen was fully stocked with mugs, cookware, etc. The rug in the living area was very dirty and needs to be replaced or cleaned well. Many of the remotes didn’t have batteries and the WiFi was so slow the televisions were worthless in some of the bedrooms. The facility was very nice and the heated pool was a great bonus for this time of year.

The property has plenty of room and the amenities were great on rainy days when we couldn't go to the beach. Well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Would recommend!

The family all agreed it was the best place we have ever stayed at the beach. Location was perfect. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub and gym.

This condo was absolutely amazing. Plenty of space and bathrooms. We took my family of 6, mother in law, grandmother, sister in law and her boyfriend. I never felt like we were on top of each other, everything was so clean and beautiful. It was so relaxing and it was an awesome vacation.

Beautiful condo and excellent location. The water slide was a huge hit with our grandson. Everything was very clean and well maintained. My only criticism is that the soaps and detergents provided were very minimal. One roll of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one very small bar of soap for each shower. If staying more than a couple of days with large family, these are used up quickly. We traveled by plane so it was a waste to buy these supplies that we couldn't take home with us. It would be very minimal expense to management to provide a little more of each of these.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed (Pier 33 is a convenient little store, across the street, for any incidentals that you may have forgotten). We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools along with the slide that kept the kids entertained for hours on end. The white sandy beaches were beautiful. We enjoyed watching dolphins and sharks from our balcony. Michael provided great communication and was easy to work with!

Great views!
This property was spacious and had great views! We enjoyed the location - easy access to the beach, shops, and the pool was great, especially with little kids. Overall, the condo was clean, however, the bedding was stained and there wasn’t even enough pillow cases for the extra (dirty) pillows. The condo description said there wouldn’t be any spices for cooking, but was stocked with the basics. However, we were surprised that there was no hand soap, a broom or anything to clean with during our stay, not even coffee filters for the coffee pot. For the price we paid for the week stay, we had to completely stock up, including laundry soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, broom, cleaning supplies, etc. The instructions upon checkout said everything needed to be cleaned out of the condo. This is very wasteful and not good for the environment. Overall we had a great stay, but be prepared to spend a lot of money to have a comfortable (and clean) stay for the week!

My family - adult children and grandchildren visited Gulf Shores for the 2nd year in a row - we loved this condo and the location. It was clean and very roomy with very tasteful decor. The easy access to the beach and the waterslide and pool area for the kids was awesome. I would definitely return to this unit again. So I don't sound too over the top, I will leave one suggestion - could use more coffee mugs but that is it.......

Condo Heaven
This was our first time to stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores. Online booking was very user friendly and the condo pictures describes layout perfect. Beautiful rooms and furniture. Michael was my guy and he took very good care of me. I will defintely be staying there again. Great Trip!!

The amenities and location were perfect! A small grocery store was practically across the street, and the main strip was just a short walk away. The view was almost panoramic, and the condo was immaculate! We had 11 people staying in this space with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The beach was clean, and the waves were awesome!

The unit was great. I searched for a long time to find one with 3 king beds - and they were comfortable too! The location is perfect if you like to shop and go out for meals. The kids loved the pools and being able to walk right onto the beach. The only downside for us was having to wear wristbands for a week. If they're going to require those, they should provide the bracelet kind that can be easily removed and put back on again.
