Location very good. Ideal for visiting local area. Plenty of attractions. the location was nice and peaceful. Caravan met our needs. was reasonably clean but felt it was in need of TLC.

The outside decking was sorely in need of cleaning / possible update. some maintenance issues on outside need attention (eg Roof gutter). The outside furniture was in a poor state and need completely replaced, so bad we did not use, this was disappointing as weather was excellent.

Self catering, Had a problem with TV and it was sorted within 4 hours, very quite site

Location was perfect.

Someone else's sock found behind chair in lounge, tap moved in bathroom, no WiFi despite mentioning this in book on table. Front door very stiff to open. Decking needed cleaning. Unable to use patio furniture as bird poo on it.

We were greeted with a huge pile of animal poo on the deck in front of the door - so before we could do anything we had to clean it up! The whole caravan felt grimey, very dated and in desperate need of attention. The decking is in poor condition. It’s not very secure for small or agile dog so couldn’t use it. The pictures on their website and booking sites is not a true reflection, there were no cushions or throws and the sofa/chairs were very uncomfortable. The single beds had no pillowcases on the pillows. The pillows have no support and the double bed was short for us. We felt like we were intruding as there were personal items in some cupboards. The kitchen equipment is very basic, the twin handled saucepan has a handle missing. The freezer is very loud. The fire would only run for 10 seconds before switching off regardless of the temperature setting. Lightbulbs not working. Wall trim hanging off. Dust webs and dirt in corners of floor. Very dirty skirting behind kitchen door. We were expected to text their cleaners when we left (didn’t see the message until we were home as no Wi-Fi), that’s not our responsibility their cleaners should know when it’s available for them. We only found out about the Wi-Fi when looking for the password and on their own website it states you can pay at reception! I could go on but won’t. Suffice to say we couldn’t wait to leave!

Great location

The property is dated. The window in the living room did not close properly so left a gap, it was quite cold.

Clean, comfortable with all items needed in chalet also dog friendly with the lovely Veranda

Perfect location for exploring the Cairngorms with lovely forest walks right on the doorstep and a restaurant nearby. The area itself was quiet and family friendly and Aviemore is only a 10 minute drive away which had plenty of restaurants, shops, pubs and cafes. The chalet itself was clean and tidy with comfortable beds and sufficient storage space. It was also dog friendly and the pooch loved it. Perfect spot for a get away to the Highlands! The whole process of checking in/out was also easy and the owners provided contact details if needed.

Poor TV signal and no Wifi. There is a freeview box in the chalet which took some work to figure out but the TV still didn't pick up a great signal . However, there is so much to do nearby that it is just a minor inconvenience!

Set in a nice and quiet holiday park. A full range of cooking facilities. Warm and cosy once the heating is on. Good eating/drinking locations available close by. Laundrette on site.

When damp, the decking had a slimy sheen over it which made it like ice to walk on, very very slippy. The TV didn't work - appears to have been no satellite feed - not a huge issue for us as we don't generally watch TV.
