Bienvenido a Villa Morabeza, una nueva villa de lujo de cinco estrellas ubicada en una comunidad privada y cerrada justo en la playa entre Playa Tamarindo y Playa Langosta.
Esta villa de 8 dormitorios y 8 1/2 baños acomoda cómodamente a familias numerosas o un grupo de amigos en un lugar único, privado y seguro.
Morabeza es tanto una palabra como un concepto, un estilo de vida, una forma de ver y entender las cosas y la vida. La palabra lo dice todo, es decir, espíritu abierto, acogedor, hospitalario, relajado, etc ... etc. Es de una manera muy similar a lo que la palabra ALOHA significa para los isleños hawaianos.
Y hay mucha morabeza en la playa de Tamarindo: el aire es suave, la brisa es fresca y el océano es claro y cálido, al igual que Hawai.
Nuestra ubicación es única, ya que ofrece acceso a la playa tanto en Playa Tamarindo como en Playa Langosta (¡a menos de un minuto a pie!) y a escasos 5 minutos en coche de la ciudad.
La casa se encuentra elevada sobre la playa y no tiene fácil acceso directo, por lo que es muy privada. Sin embargo, los huéspedes tienen un camino "oculto" para acceder a la playa.
Villa Morabeza cuenta con 4 habitaciones principales con impresionantes vistas al océano, 1 habitación de invitados con vista al mar y patio interno y dos habitaciones para niños; Cada uno con literas dobles. Algunas duchas son exteriores con vista al mar. En la propiedad hay un estudio separado con baño completo y cocineta; ideal para miembros de la familia que desean privacidad o personal que lo visite (niñeras, cocineros, etc.)
Las amplias salas de estar se pueden abrir completamente hacia la vista del océano. El salón interior contiene una gran cocina totalmente equipada y cocina de preparación, un bar en la isla y sentado en una mesa integrada. El área de comedor incluye una mesa de comedor de 18 pies de largo que se sentará cómodamente a 20 personas.
Hay un patio cerrado al aire libre con entrenador TRX, área de yoga y hangout. Dos mesas de masaje están disponibles; uno está instalado en este patio, el otro puede configurarse donde el huésped lo desee, incluso frente a la playa.

We decided it was time to give our children and grandchildren experiences over Christmas gifts and this was our first attempt. We took 3 generations - total of 14 - to PARADISE! The home is as magnificient as the pictures - only better. Beautiful location and beautiful home. Karina is a delight and a wonderful property manager. She greeted us upon arrival and thoroughly explained the home functioning's to us all. She's a true gem and helped us whenever the need arose. She's extremely professional and came to check in with us throughout our week. The housekeepers Maria and Monica rocked breakfast every morning and even did our laundry - what a treat! Precious women that made our trip! Bernardo was the groundskeeper. What a sweetheart of a man - he quietly goes about his numerous duties and always noticed when we might have a need and without our asking, he provided. What a kind kind man! And we did indeed hire a chef - Fabian - for our dinners. DO IT!! It was as affordable as going out with 14 without all the hassle! Stay here.......just do it.......it was well worth the money, close and convenient to anything we needed. We left a piece of our hearts upon leaving....we'll need to go get that back some day!

This is one of the premier home rentals in Tamarindo and greater Playa Langosta area. The home is based in Punta San Francisco development. This location is key because it's close enough to be walkable to Tamarindo restaurants, bars, and shops, but removed enough to be quiet and set apart from the inevitable holiday craziness of town. Morabeza is an incredible property, fully staffed and serviced. All of the spaces and amenities are accurately described in the description. There were even some surprises that exceeded our expectations! We had a wonderful time.

We are a 3 generation family of 15 who love to go on adventures together. Morabeza was the ideal place to stay in Tamarindo, CR. We had room for all of us whether we were in the pool, playing games inside or out, building a puzzle, eating at the longest dining room table. The staff was helpful and cheerful at all times. We had 8 bedrooms and a huge gathering area. We had 2 different chefs come in and make dinner for us. We chose ones that the staff recommended. Both were excellent. It was the best Christmas to New Years week we could ever have wanted.
If anyone is considering renting here we give permission that you could contact us to ask questions about our experience. You will not regret it if you chose this place.

My parents rented this place for us and it was wonderful in every way. You do need golf carts to get to town easily. The staff is wonderful and the location is great. One thing to mention is only two of the showers are indoors, the rest of the showers are outdoors and water closets aren’t air conditioned. It was great for us but my parents who are in their 80s definitely needed the AC in their bathroom. Plenary of seating, very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. We are super active and the host set us up with an activity company that made everything so easy. 5 stars!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. We had 19 people for 8 days and the never felt cramped. The house is built amazingly and walls are thick cement so you couldn't hear anything if you went to bed and others stayed up. The staff at the house were amazing cleaning and laundry service daily. Fabian was an amazing chef and I would highly recommend having him do the dinners.

Our whole family loved our stay at Villa Morabeza!! The house was plenty big enough for all 14 of us. The staff is amazing and friendly. Elise, Katherine and Karina were so helpful before and during our trip so everything went so smoothly. The house is beautiful and we had everything we needed and then some! We were able to walk easily down to the beach and play in the water or explore the rock area at low tide. During our stay at the house we saw iguanas, birds and a large family of howler monkeys that traveled through the back yard which was fun to watch! The house is close enough to plenty of restaurants that we could walk or use the golf cart. There was construction all around us but we hardly noticed. We loved our time at Villa Morabeza!

We came down with 3 couples (8 adults) and I wasn’t sure what to expect, as photos can be deceiving. Villa Morabeza was above and beyond, it was absolute perfection. The airiness of the Villa and grounds are not captured in the photos, it just can’t be. We had so much room to breathe and a constant lull of the ocean. Absolutely stunning. Monica and Maria (staff) were so helpful and make the most amazing breakfasts! Groundskeeper was the sweetest and Antonio the guard was always tucked away at night, so you forget someone is there. We are all in the Building industry in some form or fashion, the Villa was built to perfection, always capturing the view and grounds. Karina (manager) and staff were beyond helpful, and made our week a fantastic one with their recommendations, and were extremely attentive without being over bearing. We went out on their Playground catamaran and had a fabulous day! The boat crew (Capt. Pete, Kevin and Alessandro) were perfection. This property and the team are excellent and we have and will continue to recommend to anyone going to the area. Even with construction happening next door, we never felt uneasy and it didn’t impede on our week there. Just turn the music up a bit and it drowns it all out. The howler monkeys came through in the morning, birds chirping and waves rolling in….perfection.

I could not rate Villa Morabeza as a property or the staff and service more highly. The pictures of the house does not do it justice. Located in the perfect location of a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to town. In addition, the house has amazing views of the ocean with mountains as a back drop. There is also a beach access which many other properties don’t have. The open air modern feel of the house are what my beach girls dreams are made of.
But even more than the incredible accommodations, I must rave about the staff. Well in advance of our trip Karina and Katherine answered every question and sent us all the information to set us up for a seamless trip. Upon arrival, they greeted us and made us feel right at home. The service of the entire staff rivaled that of the Nordstroms or Ritz Carrollton’s of the world.
This was the trip of a lifetime and one I will never forget. I will most certainly be back!

We came to Tamarindo for a friends trip with 2 other families and this house did not disappoint. It’s one of the most beautiful homes I’ve ever stayed in. The ocean views were beautiful and the house was spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Karina and Katherine were there to greet us when we arrived to show us around get us settled in. Breakfast was prepared daily and everything was delicious. Karina helped us with everything we needed from booking tours, to renting our cars. I can honestly say this was probably the best trip I’ve been on with my kids because I could truly relax and enjoy it. Thanks for making our first trip to Costa Rica so memorable. We hope to book with you again in the future.

Stunning property
My family has been fortunate to have traveled to many places and this home was amazing. The physical property, location and staff were all first class. The prepared breakfast, laundry and clean up feels like a five star hotel. The place is literally spotless and not sure how they do it but no crittters. They have my 100% endorsement and the dinners they prepared for us were loved by my entire family. We will back for sure.

ANNIVERSARY ADVENTURE
On the occasion of our 50th Wedding Anniversary, we decided to book a Costa Rican adventure at Villa Morabeza. There were 17 adults, kids and grandkids in our party. From the moment we walked in the front door to take in the expansive views of Costa Rican coast and surf, we were enthralled by the experience. The location is superb with easy beach access. The facilities and staff met all our needs perfectly. We were close to all activities, including surfing, swimming, ATV adventures, Zip lining, horseback riding. We had a very pleasant sunset cruise aboard the Playgrounds 51' catamaran which embarks on the beach a short walk from the villa. We enjoyed breakfast every day prepared skillfully by well trained staff. The banana pancakes were wonderful and the fresh fruit was first rate. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was exceptional. We had the services of a professional chef for our final night going away dinner who prepared selections from an amazing list of appetizers, main courses, and desserts. This trip was a delight from first to last moment and we were very fortunate to be able to stay in such an outstanding property served by such outstanding staff. The Coulston Family, Phoenix, AZ
