Pinnacle Port Condo, 2 camas 2. 5 baños para 8 personas (contando 3 en cama King size). 1 cama King, 1 cama Queen, sofá cama Queen y cama doble. Las 2 habitaciones se encuentran en el piso de arriba con sala de estar, cocina y 1/2 baño en la planta baja. Baño de salón recientemente remodelado. Preciosas vistas del Golfo desde cada balcón y ventana. El hermoso lago Powell por un lado y el Golfo de México por el otro. Estás literalmente rodeado de agua. Esto es lo que se supone que son las vacaciones. Puede pasear por las playas de arena blanca o ir a pescar cangrejos en el muelle del lago Powell. Disfruta del amanecer o del atardecer sobre el océano, desde tu balcón, o ponte debajo de la glorieta en un columpio y disfruta de las aguas del lago Powell. Nuevo sofá y silla de gran tamaño en la sala de estar. Nuevos edredones y mantas en las habitaciones. La vista al mar desde el maestro es increíble! Wifi se proporciona toda la propiedad, también cable y TV de pantalla plana. Sin cable en el dormitorio de invitados, esa televisión reproduce dvds. El complejo tiene 2 piscinas, una es cubierta / al aire libre y climatizada en temporada para que pueda nadar durante todo el año. Asegurado, comunidad cerrada con seguridad las 24 horas en el sitio. Justo al este, justo al lado está Carillon Beach, una de las 10 mejores playas del mundo, con millones de dólares frente a las casas frente al golfo, y al oeste es Camp Helen State Park y Rosemary Beach. Pinnacle Port es la mejor ubicación en Panama City Beach. En ningún otro lugar en Panama City Beach puede encontrar un resort en la playa y un lago en 26 acres. Lejos del tráfico y las multitudes, pero cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles, golf. Outstanding experience and great condo! Everything was perfect!

The stay was great, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, has the basics of what you need. The place is outdated but everything was still functional and clean. The AC had a hard time keeping the place cool on the super hot days but did a good job when it cooled down, we had a box fan that we brought so that helped.
Has great views of sunrise and the beach.
Overall a good stay and I would come back.

We were so excited about booking this particular condo for the beautiful views that they had pictures of on the website. When we got to the condo our view of the living room balcony was not a view of the beach but a view of a direct parking lot which they did not have pictures of nor was it posted anywhere. I was very discouraged and upset since the views is why I chose this particular condo. I messaged the owners to let them know that the pictures that they listed does not match up to the actual view that the you get. They pretty much just said sorry and left it at that. Another thing we did not like is if it was sprinkling (not lightning)they would shut down the pool. So the days that we were not able to go to the beach due to it being to rough or double flag with light rain we weren’t able to use the pool either. The pool was also to deep for my children. The shallow end starts at 4 1/2 feet and rapidly gets deeper. If you have young children I wouldn’t recommend this place due to no entertainment being close by. Overall the trip was a bomber! On the plus side we found two great restaurants I would highly recommend. Stinkys fish camp and Boondocks! They were amazing!!!

My family’s stay at Sunnyside was amazing. We had no problem letting our teenagers walk the beach and walking around the property by themselves. The place was so well fitted that we didn’t have to go out for anything. I will definitely go back.

The condo was very clean and perfect for our family. Lovely ocean front balcony in the master bedroom. Sunny was wonderful to work with and replied to messages super fast. We would stay here again.

The property was as shown in their post. There are beach views from every window. The furniture was comfortable, and so were the mattresses. Communication with the owner was responsive. This unit was solid, quiet, and I'd stay there again.

Great location for our activities in PCB and Destin. Beautiful beach outside the door. Quiet, secure gated community. The condo was nicely furnished with linens and kitchen ware. Host is very responsive. We had a great stay!

we stayed for a weekend getaway. It was easy to enter the property following the hosts instructions. The area was clean and quiet. It was nice to have a family beach where my children were safe to play with other children and families. No complaints. We definitely will visit again!

This condo is beautiful and made us feel like we were at home. It had all the necessary kitchen utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, washer, dryer, and the couch pulls out to a bed. The upstairs bedroom has a beautiful gulf front balcony which is perfect for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset. We saw dolphins from our balcony and enjoyed being able to relax in the adirondack chairs. The property has all the amenities we needed and we will definitely be back!

Great value to be at the beach.
All appliances worked great including the ice maker in the fridge (which is a plus). From what I could see it was very well stocked in the kitchen - which is a plus. Air conditioning, cable, and internet connection worked great for us while visiting.
Easy to enter the unit via punch code and close to the elevator!

Sunny was very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and had great hospitality!! Also, the condo had an amazing ocean view off the master bedrooms balcony! The condo was very spacious and well taken care of. We most definitely enjoyed our stay and it was a great location! We will definitely be back and book with Sunny again! :)

This little community and condos are tucked away behind a gated private entrance. A bit of a challenge to find, even with GPS. Look for Pinnacle Port. Excellent location! Drive through the cutest little neighborhood to get to the buildings where the unit is located. There are pull-through loading zones which are very convenient when it's raining! Enjoy an uncrowded beach with views to the east the PCB skyline, to the west Destin but away from the noise & congestion. Publix and Winn Dixie just a mile away. No fighting traffic for quick trips!
The property had a large indoor/outdoor pool, saunas, and a library.
The unit itself has new floors, nicely decorated bathrooms, 2 balconies both with beautiful beach ocean views. It is a townhome with stairs so the additional half bath downstairs with stackable washer/dryer was very convenient. It's very quiet! We could not hear anyone in the halls or above us.
Sunny was available for communication and easy to work with.
We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Vacation!
My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! We have stayed in this building before, but it was our first time in this condo. The description and pictures were accurate. The rooms had all the bare essentials. The condo was clean. We spent most of our time at the beach but were also comfortable when we were inside. We were also able to cook and eat most of our meals there. We would recommend to others and stay there again!

This was not a good getaway; I invited a friend to join me for our birthday celebrations. I was very disappointed with the dated look condo. Broken toilet seats, walls dirty, white spots on the couch, and so many other things were wrong. This wasn't anything like the review that Vrbo gave in their app. I did recieved a portion of my money back. My friend and I got a hotel room for the rest of our stay in PCB.

Wonderful getaway
The ONLY reason I went a bit lower on the cleanliness is because I'm tall and I can see the high areas that don't get attention; the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were fine! We love staying at Sunnyside - the location, the view, the ease of the community is wonderful! Do wish there was a bit more water pressure in showers and maybe a hand-held shower head in smaller shower, but, hey, these are very minimal things and you're at one of the most beautiful beaches in the world so who really cares!?!? Lol ENJOY!!!

Prompt, friendly communication with host. A well spaced 2 bed/2.5 bath that was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. The bedroom balcony is gulf/beach front. The living room balcony faces a parking lot. The condo is located inside a gated community. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you for the last minute accommodations.

We are not big crowd people, so the location of this property was perfect. It's very close to the trendy Rosemary and Alys Beaches, but without the thick crowds. The beach is gorgeous of course, but what we liked was that it wasn't super crowded. We went into Rosemary and Seaside for shopping, but were very happy to go home to a more peaceful spot. If you like quiet, peaceful accomodations, this is perfect.

We are not big crowd people, so the location of this property was perfect. It's very close to the trendy Rosemary and Alys Beaches, but without the thick crowds. The beach is gorgeous of course, but what we liked was that it wasn't super crowded. We went into Rosemary and Seaside for shopping, but were very happy to go home to a more peaceful spot. Beds were not really comfortable, but adequate. New luxury vinyl floors look good. Kitchen had everything I needed. If you mostly use the condo to shower and sleep, it’s good. I’m a senior and I felt very safe there.
