Great place to stay,

Love the condo...ice maker did not work & front toilet loss from floor

The property was in a great location. It was very clean and pictures are exactly the way the condo appears. We ate in several meals and the kitchen was nicely equipped. We did bring our own griddle which made things a little easier. The outside area was very clean around the pool and the grills. Parking was nice, the unit is on the 4th floor and you can park in the parking garage just steps away from your vehicle. There are carts available to load your belongings on to make it easier to carry things in. The views are amazing from the balcony. We sat there most of the time when in the condo. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

Excellent location for enjoying beach and Florabama. Clean and everything we needed in kitchen for cooking and was nice to have washer and dryer. Great views of beautiful beach!

Floor had not been swept, debris on floor, crumbs and salt on counter, nasty dirty wadded up towels in kitchen sink, no light in master bath, coffee table needed wiping down. Manager said towels and kitchen debris were likely appliance people who installed new appliances. Regardless, should’ve been checked before renting. Bed configuration in 2nd bedroom prohibits door from being able to close. Decor is nice, view is spectacular. 2nd bedroom could use some tweaking. Old lamp with cord wrapped around it just sitting in there, old tv in closet so we had to move it to hang clothes. I give it a C+

We had a fantastic experience here. We wanted a nice little getaway and it was wonderful. The condo was beautiful, spotless and all around everything we needed. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful weekend!

This is our second stay at the Phoenix X. First time at this unit. We throughly enjoy this spot for location as you get a beach view and the florabama right next door. Beds were comfortable and everything was good for our 5 day stay. I wish the laundry was a full size set so you’ll do more laundry if you’re staying quite a few days. We went to use the oven and it didn’t turn on but we checked and it actually wasn’t plugged in. Once we plugged it in it worked fine.

This is definitely one of my favorite condos. Location, parking garage, great view of beach and ocean, easy access to restaurants, etc. are just a few of the positives for this condo.

The beach and pool was not crowded and everyone was very friendly. The room was right by the parking garage so that was nice. I love how they have grocery carts and luggage carts available. Charlie communicated well with how to check in/out and had good recommendations.Overall the room was good. The couch was a little worn - would recommend to get a new one. The 2nd bedroom mattress was ok and the shower curtain needs replaced - had some dirtiness. However, if you’re going for location like we were, it’s a good place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice place. We had to mop the floors when we got there because they were dirty.

The location of the Condo is nice, the parking garage was only a few steps away from the Condo, making getting in and out very easy. The view is beautiful, 4 stories up we were able to sit on the balcony in the mornings and see the dolphins, which was great. It was nice having both bedrooms w/ Kingsize beds, beds were comfortable but the one in the room closes to the entry needs some attention. The ceiling fan in the balcony bedroom didn't work. The sliding glass door to the balcony was VERY hard to open. So there are some things that definitely need attention Maintenace-wise and it had been cleaned I'm sure, but could definitely been cleaned better. We cleaned sinks, shower and tub before use - so maybe the next guests will notice it cleaner. Tip to anyone staying here, make sure you plan to bring all your own paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent and softener, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, plastic wrap, baggies and things like that unless you plan to eat out for every meal. They provide what they refer to as "starter" and that means 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels. You'll also want to bring your shampoo/conditioner and body wash as well. This is not a chain hotel and the little samples provided wouldn't last long if you chose to use them. We were there the week right before Labor Day, so we had everything almost to ourselves which was so relaxing. Then Friday the crowds rolled in. Before the crowds we were also able to enjoy the pool a couple of days when the beach moss rolled in. We love Orange Beach and will definitely go again.

Condo is located right on the beach with a fantastic gulf view. Complex has great parking for $60 (unit is on 4th floor just off the parking garage) and has nice amenities. There is a short walk to the beach with umbrella/chair rental right there. Condo itself is cozy, but beds and couch are older. There were a couple maintenance issues when we checked in, but they were addressed quickly. Overall, my family was happy with our rental and would feel fine about returning.

After some mixed reviews, we decided on this place. It us a great gulf front property. The furniture is nice and we used the balcony a lot for meals and just to watch the waves. It is very close to the parking ramp. It is easy to get to the beach. There is a service to rent chairs on the beach. Great place to stay.

We stayed for convenience of location but will look for other place next time. Nice place great location

Merry Christmas to the facility.we had a nice time,but…..the mattress’s need updated! Especially in the first bedroom. Wore out! Very uncomfortable.the owner was really on getting the few things we called about and got fixed same day.
