The breakfast was terrific. The staff attentive and flexible. Plenty to eat prior to an active day.

The families that came in the night after we checked in the day before, were rude, and loud. The parents had no interest in parenting or asking the kids to be courteous. The kids were bombing through the halls at 7am, walking through our private areas. The staff did their best to ask the kids to not walk through our area, but were not supported by the parents. I like kids! But, this an expensive adult experience- reconsider having multiple families with multiple kids on the premise with other guests.

Exceptional, makes you feel at home or better, outstanding hospitality

In addition to the above ratings, we loved the feeling of being at home. Every morning we were greeted from the staff with warm smiles serving a delicious breakfast. In the evening we would enjoy a cocktail and apres in the lounge before walking to town for dinner. Afterwards we would return to the lodge for an after dinner drink and watch a movie in the comfortable media room. Our room was beautifully decorated with a balcony overlooking the surrounding mountains. Best nights sleep we had in years. The bathroom shower was the best steam shower too! We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic. Food was amazing. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The staff was all friendly and engaging. The little extra touches were top notch. Definitely rate it an 11.
