El Jay Sea se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada en la calle 92, uno desde el Océano. El Jay Mar es puesta a punto como dos unidades casi idénticas. La planta superior tiene techos altos catedral, la planta baja techos de altura estándar. Se accede por una escalera en la cubierta exterior. Cada planta contiene su propia cocina (con estufa, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera grande w / máquina de hielo), sala y comedor, así como lavadora / secadora. Cada nivel tiene tres dormitorios con 2 salas con camas Queen Size y habitación de un niño con dos camas individuales. sofás-cama tamaño queen están en las salas de estar. Hay tres televisores en cada nivel. Cada nivel tiene un baño completo en el pasillo al otro lado de la habitación principal y 1 medio baño situado entre los otros dos dormitorios. También hay dos duchas exteriores alrededor de la espalda con la parrilla de carbón Weber y mesas de picnic. Hay aire acondicionado central y calor en todas partes con termostatos independientes, arriba y abajo.

El Jay Mar se encuentra en un callejón sin salida, uno desde el océano con vistas panorámicas de la playa y el océano desde las cubiertas de gran tamaño y una glorieta en la parte delantera de la casa. acceso a la playa está a menos de 100 pies de nuestra puerta. Numerosos restaurantes, tiendas de licores, y tiendas de comestibles se encuentran a corta distancia a pie de la casa.
El Jay mar es sólo un viaje en autobús 5-10 minutos del centro de Ocean City y el paseo de la junta.

The best two things about the house was it’s size and it’s proximity to the beach. There was plenty of room for our family of 16. We spent most of our time out on the deck or on the beach. It was so nice to be so close to the beach. A very easy walk with young children. The kitchens were well supplied.
The house could use a bit of upgrades/maintenance but this didn’t take away from the week at all. It was also difficult unloading the cars as the only stairs up to the first floor deck were on the opposite side of the house from the driveway. It would have been nice to have a stairway at the driveway.
The outdoor showers were great with the kids and sand.
Overall we would definitely go there again!!

Distance to the beach is the selling point of this rental! So convenient and easy with small children. We had a large group and the set up of two separate apartments were nice. The upper deck was our normal hangout and where we ate all of our meals. Wonderful view! Only drawback of the rental is it could use some updating… furniture, etc is a bit worn and aged. Overall, we were very pleased w our vacation!

At the other end of the street are several restaurants and a major grocery store. You never need to move your car the entire week.
The huge decks provide plenty of outdoor living space with a view of the beach.
The cleaning could have been better but it was adequate. Sand comes with the territory. The house needs a rear entrance for fire safety and access from the two outdoor showers.
Our family had a wonderful vacation at SeaJay.

First off thanks to Gerry. Wonderful talking and texting. The Seajay has everything. I enjoy cooking and there was plenty of pots and pans. Great view of the beach And thank goodness for parking. Hope to be a regular

We’ve been coming to OC for decades and we absolutely loved this place. It has that old school OC feel to it! We will be back to the SeaJay for years to come! Perfect location. Steps from the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing at night while you relax on the upstairs deck. Our large family fit perfectly and never felt cramped. I would recommend this place to anyone! Big thanks to the SeaJay for an amazing vacation!

Perfect place to stay in OC!
We’ve been coming to OC for decades and we absolutely loved this place. It has that old school OC feel to it! We will be back to the SeaJay for years to come! Perfect location. Steps from the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing at night while you relax on the upstairs deck. Our large family fit perfectly and never felt cramped. I would recommend this place to anyone! Big thanks to the SeaJay for an amazing vacation!

This was the perfect house for our family! Really close to the beach. Plenty of room for all15 of us to spread out. Kitchens were fully equipped with everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the big decks with a great view of the ocean from upper deck. The owner was very attentive and available for any questions we had. He was always a text or phone call away if we needed him. We never had to scramble for a spot on the beach and lifeguards were great Plenty of parking for 4 cars too. Would definitely rent this house again on a return trip! Great place for a relaxing vaction. 2 Great outdoor showers with dressing rooms, foot wash at bottom of stairs to deck was a big help in keeping house clean & sand free.

The location is perfect as I like to have my first cup of coffee strolling the beach in the morning, sometimes early enough to watch the sunrise. The Sea Jay is near everything with a grocery store (ACME) right across Route 1. The layout was ideal for us as it is really two separate units, both with full kitchen and washer dryer. The outside showers were so nice I only took one shower inside my entire stay.The view and the ocean breeze from the upper deck were amazing and we usually had breakfast there. One night we had a crab feast at the big table listening to Jimmy Buffet.The house is well equipped with all the necessities you would expect in a kitchen (X2!). The big screen TVs were also a plus but with so much going on and so close to the beach, we rarely watched them.We enjoyed walking over to Schooners (across the street) for happy hour as well as the Clarian Hotel (a 10 minute walk up the beach) where they had live music and dancing. We also liked Secrets which was a short drive away.We walked to Bull on the Beach one night, Liquid Assets another, and Lombardi's for Italian. We also got takeout from Ledo's and Blue Fish, all were good.All in all our stay at the Sea Jay was a great experience. I will definitely return!

The Sea Jay is the Perfect Ocean City Vacation Spot
I have been coming to the beach for many years and stumbled across this Gem of a house. The location is perfect as I like to have my first cup of coffee strolling the beach in the morning, sometimes early enough to watch the sunrise. The Sea Jay is near everything with a grocery store (ACME) right across Route 1.
The layout was ideal for us as it is really two separate units, both with full kitchen and washer dryer. The outside showers were so nice I only took one shower inside my entire stay.
The view and the ocean breeze from the upper deck were amazing and we usually had breakfast there. One night we had a crab feast at the big table listening to Jimmy Buffet.
The house is well equipped with all the necessities you would expect in a kitchen (X2!). The big screen TVs were also a plus but with so much going on and so close to the beach, we rarely watched them.
We enjoyed walking over to Schooners (across the street) for happy hour as well as the Clarian Hotel (a 10 minute walk up the beach) where they had live music and dancing. We also liked Secrets which was a short drive away.
We walked to Bull on the Beach one night, Liquid Assets another, and Lombardi's for Italian. We also got takeout from Ledo's and Blue Fish, all were good.
All in all our stay at the Sea Jay was a great experience. I will definitely return!
