Tutto pessimo, siamo arrivati circa un ora di ritardo ore 23,00 rispetto l'orario prestabilito 22,00, il gestore forse un po scocciato (ma ha avuto tutto il giorno per preparare la stanza) non aveva messo nemmeno le federe nei cuscini, cosa che ha fatto al momento del nostro ingresso e poi andava via, peccato che mancavano anche lenzuoli e copri letto, abbiamo dovuto chiamarlo per farcele portare. Al nostro risveglio l'acqua calda del bagno non funzionava. Struttura pessima, un'appartamento inserito in un palazzo forse anni 70 mai ristrutturato, solo arrangiato. Non vale i 65,00 euro spesi.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the host was so kind and helpful. Location was okay, you can go to the beach and Latina train station easly by one bus. Common bathroom was always clean,and available.

Only bad thing was that, the room was really really so hot and there wasn't an air conditioning. There was a ventilator but it wasn't enough, for Italian summer.

Great location in a quiet road. Excellent value for money. Antonio, the host, is a true gentleman.

Place is a bit outdated but overall very comfortable.

A beautiful apartment, the room we stayed in the last few days was very big and had a balcony. The Bed & Breakfast is positioned very close to the city center, many supermarkets close-by. But what impressed us the most was the politeness of the owner: when he had the possibility he changed our room with a bigger one and most important, he was so kind to bring us to the railway station, considering that Latina has the railway station 7 km away from the city center. Also, the place is at the first floor of a building that has an elevator so it’s really easy to transport your luggage.
