Nice little house which has what one needs, incl. access to a nice garden. Quiet. Nice and knowledgeable host, good hiking recommendations. A nice beach is relatively close in easy walking distance.
The nights were cold (January) and the heat pump - as much as we appreciate its efficiency - had trouble making the floor of the apartment warm enough.
Though the distance to St Tropez town center is quite short and walkable, as described, much of the way one seems to need to walk next to the main access road to St Tropez, at times even between garden walls on both sides. Given that St Tropez still allows gasoline and diesel powered vehicles into town (really hard to understand at this day and age), the walk was uncomfortably loud. Perhaps hosts can get together and lobby town hall for a change towards modern peace and quiet.

everything , we was greeted with a warm
welcome from our host he was so helpful , recommended a restaurant to us the property was immaculate and spacious and had everything we needed , I would recommend and go back again

The appartement is fully equipped for a long lasting holiday.
The kitchen is well equipped (even a bottle of rosè already stored in the fridge).
The bedroom has AC.
A nice little garden complete this already perfect location.
Mr Fascio is very kind and caring.

The atmosphere was lovely and the courtyard terrific! Everything was tres bon!!!
It could have been closer to town but we need the walking exercise so it was no problem.

First of all, Philippe was a great host. Very helpful and attentive. It is on the same road as the main part/port of St Tropez and is an easy 20ish minute walk or less than 5 minute drive. There is a cute little street food corner a 5 minute walk down the road where we had dinner one night, sushi, poke bowl and burgers. So yummy! The actual place itself is great. My husband and I had a lot of room, kitchenette was handy to keep food in & make coffee/tea. Bathroom was good size with good shower pressure. Bed comfortable. Big couch to relax on. Use of the washing machine & clothes line out the back. Everything you could need! Close enough to the hustle and bustle but also in a quite street. Beautiful beach across the road. Free parking right outside. Would highly recommend & hope I come back myself one day.
