Very beautiful

The instructions to find the location of my room was poor. It told me to look for unit B, but it should have said to look for unit 49 -B.

Nothing!!

Lock box was broken, insecure, loose latch and screw. No key card. The elock code did work. Very small room and bathroom for 3 or 4. Only 1 chair. No space for additional chairs. The 1 chair was broken. One standing light was broken. One bed lamp did not appear to work. Bedding was old, rumpled. No table or place to eat. Very small counter space. Not adequate or functional at all. Granlibakken "Elegance" IS NOT A HOME!! THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING. WE LEFT, WE DIDN'T STAY. VACASA says they will have Local Team review and reply. But after more than a week that hasn't happened.

Carper was dirty, found live spider and hair on the sheet. Which means they didn’t change the sheet after last person

I liked the location I was not offered any breakfast

When paying to rent this 49a unit instructions said I had access to the pool 2 days after I'm already in the unit vacasa called saying it was incorrect and who ever rents this unit has no access to the pool because u need a key for that which they didn't provide it for me The bed seems like hasn't been cleaned I was told there's a sauna place and spa but they don't tell you they're all closed I liked the room but I don't like the fact they lied to me about the pool and sauna and even the tenis fields you can't use them and it seems like they will tell you yes you have haces to everything just to get you to rent it Was very unfortunate

Great location and nicely furnished

The heater and bed didn’t work. The bed was slanted to one side. The heater would not get the place warm. The walls are thin.
