Perfect location for everything we had to do while in Tempe. Debbie and Chris were easy to work with and responsive when we had to reach out to them with questions. Will stay here again.

This was our second year to choose this property. Unfortunately, our last. The condo is clean and well appointed with a good a/c. The 2nd morning of our stay, there started a LOUD boom noise which went on from 7:30am-9:30am. The first boom shook the roof and we thought it was an explosion or a sonic boom! We reached out to the owner's and they were responsive but the conversation felt condescending as if we were over reacting or making it up. A couple of neighbors heard the sound and were concerned. It seems there was something the matter with the hot tub mechanism and the firing off had something to do with the mechanism in the control house. But, it was extremely loud and went on for two hours. The pool hours are 10am-10pm. It seems the maintenance crew doesn't get that! We were relaxing by the pool around 10:30-11:00am, before it got too hot as there were no umbrella's in the pool area and little shade. The maintenance guy started his loud gas leaf blower and walked around blowing leaves and dirt around the pool area while another guy started to power wash the pool deck and lounger's! Really? This should not be happening during pool hours guys and especially if there are people near your blower's!! Common sense. No real supervision of the maintenance staff. The other pool area was dirty with piles of dirt and leaves all along the edge and the pool furniture was falling apart. But, at least the whirlpool spa was hot-ish because the one near us was cold!

Excellent property. The unit is in great shape. The kitchen has everything you need for an extended stay. Very convenient location next to the pool area. South Tempe has a good number of green spaces within a short distance of this property, and walking trails are abundant. Our host was very accessible. Highly recommended.

Everything about this rental was perfect. My wife and I just spent a week here and commented to each other multiple times a day how happy we were with our accommodations. The location, the neighborhood, neighborsn the pool, how well stocked and outfitted the place is, the comfort, the cleanliness, the owners communication and help, just everything, wasall Supreme! We will definitely look for this units availability first anytime we return to the area.

Great stay at the condo; comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked kitchen. Debbie & Chris are great hosts and answered all questions in a timely manner!
The grounds of the complex could have been better attended as sidewalks were littered with dog urine and grilling area surfaces were greasy and unkept; would only need someone to regularly tidy up. It was wonderful to be lounging by the pool with ample umbrellas and chairs. We would book again.

The property was beautiful, well appointed and organized. Dealings with the owners were trouble free. The only downside was the common area pool was not heated.
The area provided countless opportunities, including restaurants, shopping and outdoor activities. The neighborhood was clean and safe. We would definitely return to this property.

Place was very comfortable for my 2 week stay. Bed was comfy, tv had lots of viewing options, and I enjoyed the dogpark & pool view. The covered parking spot was a bit of a walk, but I was sometimes able to park nearby in a free space. Would definitely recommend!

Great for R & R
We actually booked a property farther south but had to move due to unexpected renovations. Found this property and was able to check in the day after booking. Very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet. We sat and read during the day with the French doors to the patio open. So pleasant. Would stay here again.

This property was so thoughtfully appointed and relaxing, we had a delightful and renewing stay. Proximity to the pool and gym was a huge bonus!!

Great Place to Stay
Overall, this was a great place! Best stocked VRBO I have ever had, including kitchen items and lines. Location was great, close to stores and I-10. Rental was easy to book, great communication with owner. We enjoyed the amenities including the pool, workout facilities, and tennis courts.

The thermostat was tricky to navigate, tried to use the owner manual in the binder, never was able to get air conditioning to work, the property was uncomfortably hot, made it hard to sleep at night. Had to open the window, the home overlooks the hot tub, a group of girls partied in the tub until 2am, keeping us awake.

Modern condo in excellent location
Perfect location; a short drive to ASU, Scottsdale, and Chandler. The condo is located in a resort like community with a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball courts, fire pits, workout facilities, and community grills. The interior was clean and well equipped for work/ school. Strong wifi was accessible from the pool. Would definitely stay again

We had a great stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient to ASU, South Mountain and the airport. Chris and Debbie were easy to work with.

Perfect Property for a Perfect Trip!
We had a wonderful stay. The property was perfect for our needs. My wife and I enjoyed the very welcoming balcony, nice warm resort-style pool, and fitness center. The property is in an extremely safe and well kept neighborhood. We would love to stay again if we are ever back in the Phoenix area.

Great location and amenities
Centrally located to what we needed. Close to hiking. Great view of pool area from balcony although too cold to swim. Very clean and included washer/dryer, tennis rackets and balls to play at the on-site courts. Owners were prompt with responses to questions. They even included a nice welcome note and a bottle of wine upon arrival. We didn't need to worry about anything while there as it was all included. A nice touch was hand sanitizer and spray cleaner were left for our use. Thanks for a great stay!
