well maintained and spotless, aircon super efficient and all electricals supplied apart from a kettle.
Directly above the shops and cafes on Cuenca’s main pedestrianised high street, but not noisy at all.
Nothing, but if any slight improvements could be a kettle for we English and possibly a change of linens for longer stay.

Okay, it is going to be a pleasure to review this wonderful apartment that we enjoyed for three nights in May, 2023.
Ann and myself are widely travelled internationally with high accommodation expectations and were both very impressed with the quality of this spacious, self-contained apartment along with its large, open, private terrace with table, chairs and lovely extensive potted plants.
Situated on a long, pedestrian plaza, the apartment is on the 1st floor and is very quiet having no windows onto the plaza.
Victoria is a welcoming and generous host providing traditional sweet biscuits, bottled water, fruit, milk, beers, soft drinks, coffee machine and pods.
The kitchen is fully equipped with extensive cookware, kettle, cutlery, crockery, glassware and quality large format wine glasses(important for us!).
The bedroom and bathroom provide top quality inclusions.
A dishwasher and washing machine (with detergents), oven, gas hotplates, microwave and orange-juicer are also provided.
Close-by there is a very good supermarket along with many bakery, coffee and restaurant options.
Should you be coming with your vehicle just put ‘Plaza de Espana’ parking station (€15 per day)in your GPS and walk your luggage from there to the apartment which is a couple of minutes away just around the corner(perfect!)
The many attractions of the historic old town are just a walk away.
Victoria will provide tourist info and restaurant recommendations on request.
If you are looking for self-contained accommodation in Cuenca, you’d be crazy not to stay here.

I enjoyed the door application using a code to open. It was my first time and I loved this system .
There were too many details in the apartment: biscuits, beers, cola, coffee and tea facilities, water. And Victoria was an absolutely great host. She asked me how we were and gave recommendations where to eat.

Very nice stay! Apartment very clean, well-kept and comfortable, located very close to the old town. We had one with a large terrace <3. Kitchen has everything you need (even a fruit squeezer). Hostess is really nice and helpful. Special thanks for her hospitality!
We had a little problem with check-in, but it was fault an application, not a hostess. Probably the app does not recognize well polish IDs. This is something to fix.

The property is excellent. Perfect location on main commercial street and you are close to the old town, cafes, supermarket and restaurants. I’ve stayed in many places in Cuenca but this was the best. My host, Victoria, was impeccable, cordial, friendly and helpful. It was perfect in many ways.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped property in a central location.
There was no outside space, other than a small Juliette balcony, although this is as advertised. We had originally booked a flat with a private terrace, but were let down at the last moment.
