Ubicado en el centro de la ciudad en el corazón de Ocean City en la calle 4, esta casa de 5 dormitorios y 3 baños es perfecta para vacaciones familiares. La casa cuenta con 3 habitaciones en la planta baja, cada una con una cama queen size, y 2 habitaciones en el piso de arriba con 6 camas individuales. Las habitaciones de arriba comparten un baño de tamaño completo, mientras que dos baños completos se encuentran en el primer piso. La casa también tiene una cocina y un lavadero. La cocina totalmente equipada tiene estufa, refrigerador, lavavajillas, microondas y cafetera. También hay suficientes platos, entrañas, tazas y cubiertos para 12 personas. El estacionamiento en la calle está disponible con el camino de entrada extra largo que puede acomodar fácilmente hasta 4 autos. Junto con la televisión por cable en la gran sala de estar llena de cómodos asientos, se puede acceder fácilmente a Wi-Fi en toda la casa. Cada habitación y la sala de estar tienen unidades de ventana de CA. Bienvenidos perros amables entrenados en la casa. No se permite fumar dentro de la casa.

Justo al otro lado de la calle de la casa hay un área de juegos para la ciudad, un campo de béisbol, canchas de baloncesto y tenis, y el OC Skate Park. La casa también cuenta con un porche con vistas a la bahía. En la bahía hay un paseo marítimo de dos cuadras que es perfecto para pescar o simplemente para disfrutar del atardecer.

Absolutely loved everything about this house. It was super roomy and so comfortable. First time I ever felt so at home during a vacation. The house was so much larger and more nicely decorated than the pictures show.The beds were comfortable and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The laundry room was huge to store all of your things and so convenient to park in the driveway and bring your things in through the back door . The house has individual window air conditioners that kicked a$$. The fenced in yard is great for dogs and hard to find anywhere else. The porch was large and comfortable and the views were spectacular, definitely my favorite place to be. I don’t think you can find a better location, you are right at the bay and a short walk to the boardwalk and beach. There is a 24 hour store a short walk away and restaurants and bars within walking distance. Location is close to everything but the street is so calm, quiet and peaceful . It also feels so open and airy with the huge dog park across the street with nothing blocking your view of the bay. This was the best place I’ve stayed at in OC and I’ve been coming on and off for 27 years. I hope to stay again next year for 2 weeks because this place really feels like home.

Our family had a wonderful experience. We love the area and the house. The Browns are awesome property owners. My grandchildren loved fishing at the bay, which was right across the street. I loved that I could bring my fur babies with us. Thank you

Vacation space for all close to the bay
The picture of the property doesn’t do it justice. Ample space with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 3 master suites on first floor. Big back yard and good size living room. Even had w/d full size. By a skateboard park, playground and basketball court. Few blocks from beach and boardwalk. Awesome experience everyone e had fun and space to crab and fish and canoe

The front porch, the huge backyard, the layout of the rooms, the easy walk to the fishing pier and the beach--all just great. There were four adults and five teens. The teens had the two huge bedrooms and bath upstairs and the adults had the bedrooms and one and one-half bath downstairs. Window air conditioners worked perfectly. Nice kitchen and laundry room. The outdoor shower had hot water! Huge backyard, with a picnic table and a charcoal grill and plenty of off street parking. Perfect location!

Our Family Vacation Plans Changed due to Covid-19. We were lucky to find this rental that could accommodate our family, fur babies and not too many steps for my elderly Mom. There was plenty of space for all of us and the view of the inlet was wonderful. Great location to the beach! We rode our bikes to the boardwalk every day. The big back yard was great for our dogs and to play cornhole with we rented for the week. The weather was wonderful and we had a great vacation. Ellen and Craig were available for all questions. Family Vacation 2020
Our Family Vacation Plans Changed due to Covid-19. We were lucky to find this rental that could accommodate our family, fur babies and not too many steps for my elderly Mom. There was plenty of space for all of us and the view of the inlet was wonderful. Great location to the beach! We rode our bikes to the boardwalk every day. The big back yard was great for our dogs and to play cornhole with we rented for the week. The weather was wonderful and we had a great vacation. Ellen and Craig were available for all questions. house was perfect for our family
plenty of room for everyone. house bigger than depicted in photos. 3 bathrooms were great! unfortunately part of the fence was down due to a storm the previous week but we still managed with our dogs the yard is a game changer if you bring your dog

My family and I had a great stay at this house. It’s located in a quite neighborhood with a nearby fishing area that our kiddos enjoyed throughout the week and we loved the short walk to the boardwalk and the beach.

Primo location, great house
The "blue' house worked great for us. Couples on the main level and kids in the upper. The kitchen was larger than it appeared in the photos. The W/D and "mud room" on the back worked for us. Close enough to the boardwalk and beach, yet far enough from the madding crowd. Perfect "Mitchells" (24 hr deli) only 2 block up.

Unbelievable Vacation!
I think it's one of the best beach vacations we had!
It was 9 of us and yet 3 beds were remaining vacant. Me, my wife, our 16 y/o daughter with her girlfriend, my mother-in-law, and two couples of our friends. And, of cause, our golden retriever Abby. 5 bedroom, 3 bath were perfect to accommodate all of us and even 3 more people if we had them. Fenced backyard was not only the huge bonus for our dog, but also the great place where we all assembled together for the dinner around big yard bench table. Each room has its own air conditioner (little noisy, but very powerful). Right across of our house there is a fenced dog park, where we could walk our dog. It was maximum 5 min (even less) short walk to the boardwalk and ocean beach. We spent hours on the beach, often few times per day, coming back to home for dinner and small rest during high sun - thanks it is only 5 min walk from/to the house. Gulf is just few steps from the house, where we were fishing at early morning and watched spectacular sunset at evening.
Now, some additional info:
1. Phillips Crab House - just 5 min drive from the house, and, probably, one of the best seafood buffet I ever have seen (on second floor).
2. There are some heavy restrictions on the size of fish you can catch, so we were lucky only few times.
3. During vacation season dogs are not allowed on the boardwalk and beach unless you have a service dog and corresponding paper.

WONDERFUL!
Great house in a great location close to bay, beach, boardwalk, basketball court, dog park and playground. Cozy, clean and spacious. Nicely appointed with fully stocked kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms, front porch with Bay view, outdoor shower and washer and dryer. Parking was never an issue. Driveway easily accommodates three cars. Very short walk to beach, restaurants and corner store. Charming and comfortable! Communication was easy. Owners are amazing! Great beach house!

Ocean City Vacation - August 2018
Our stay at this place and Ocean City was great! The house was big enough to fit all of my family comfortably and our two dogs. The fenced in back yard was a blessing for the dogs, we didn't have to keep them on a lease the whole time. The house was clean and close to everything we wanted or needed. It is in the perfect location where you can see the bay with few blocks to the boardwalk. Also has a dog park across the street which was a nice surprise. If we plan a trip back to ocean city we will definitely try to see if this house is available again!

Wonderful for a large family
This is a wonderful house for a large family. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths......who could ask for more??!! It was close to fishing, a park, basketball nets and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We were also blessed to be able to view a Spanish Ship that was moored 5 houses away. The children could not get over the view! Ellen and Craig made sure everything was clean and well kept. Thank you both for opening your house to us! We will be looking to repeat this again and again!

Great family home
This was my families third year staying at this house and we love it.Its not too far of a walk to the boardwalk or the beach.It has everything you need as if you were in your own home.It has enough space for a very large family and the fact that it has a park nearby is a plus.I am looking forward to coming back every year!

Perfect vacation home for families!
We have stayed in this house for 3 years now. It's location is perfect as it is far enough away that it's quiet but close enough that walking is easy even with young kids. The house is clean, beds are comfortable, closets and dressers to stay organized during your stay, and a beautiful view of the sunset from the front porch. We will continue to go year after year!
