We loved the wrap around porch and proximity to the beach. We were there for the 30 A songwriter's festival and the location was convenient to all the happenings (by car). The condo was as advertised. Bedding and towels comfy. We had a problem with the heat not working but it was fixed within hours. Communication was great!

This unit has recently been updated from top to bottom. It has everything you need (and more!) for a comfortable stay. The ground floor unit was so convenient and had easy access to the beautiful beach. We hope to come back soon!

We stayed at Michael’s condo for 1 week in early October. It is a very nicely updated property with everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. Beds are comfortable along with the furniture. The location is incredible as it is a 1st floor property located steps from the beach access point, close parking, and close to the grills. The wrap around deck was my personal favorite as it was like you are sitting on the beach with a VIP sunset view every night. Michael was incredible with communication from beginning to end. It was our first time at Pinnacle Port and we loved how bikeable the area was with the Carillon neighborhood. We will definitely be back to PP and hopefully be privileged to stay at Michaels condo again.

Love this Unit and location will definitely book this unit again next year. My family loves this area, and I overheard my Adult Son say to others how much he is looking to coming back. Owners have thought of everything you could possibly need and gave great instructions. He every reached out to me during our stay to confirm we were okay and if we needed anything.

Michael's place was Wonderful! Clean, well-stocked & well-kept!! He had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds and couches, hot water to spare & one of the best stocked kitchens that I've seen in my 20+ years of property renting. I will mention that the patio photos are not entirely accurate, the wrap around bar table ledge is no longer there, but there were stand alone bar tables instead...still nice, just thought i would mention, since i noticed the difference immediately. Steps to the beach, impressively quiet and Michael was very attentive & quick to respond. Would definitely recommend & stay here again!!

The first floor location was right on the beach and a 5 minute walk to set up our tent oceanfront. We enjoyed our evenings on the patio watching the sun go down and listening to the waves roll in. Michael is a great host, always available and he provided lots of detailed information about the condo, local activities and restaurants. We visited Pier Park a couple of times having an abundance of dinning and shopping opportunities, it was just a short drive from the condo. The beach was great and one of the best we have been to in quite a while. A fun vacation, we would certainly rent from Michael if we visit PCB again. Thanks!

My family enjoyed staying at this beach front condo. Check in was easy with a code we selected prior to arrival. The condo was extremely clean. It was very well stocked with more than usual items such as phone/tablet charging station, plenty of towels and beach equipment. The kitchen had every single item needed for cooking. We appreciated the extra amenities. We’d love to stay here again.

Everything was so awesome from start to finish. Starting with all of the information sent from the host without ever having to ask. The condo was so unbelievably nice and clean. We have a 2 year old and there wasn’t a lot of things for him to mess with or get into which was a huge relief as well. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone! Exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

We loved our stay. The owner was extremely great about communication. Loved my time on the patio watching the ocean. A lot of nice details in the home. We saw a few dolphins too! Check out Rosemary Beach just across the inlet when you stay. Beautiful association with great restaurants and shopping.

We had a wonderful vacation at Gulf Front Bliss Too. The condo is beautiful and very clean. The location to the beach is perfect and the bar on the patio is a nice touch. The owner is very responsive and check in was easy. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again.

Everything was just as advertised… high quality furnishings, very comfortable beds, luxury linens, well equipped kitchen, directly on the beautiful beach and a very responsive and helpful owner. We even had warm, sunny weather for most of the week. We plan to go back next year and will definitely want to stay in this condo.

We love Sunnyside Beach since it's not too crowded. This condo was convenient with a great patio right at the dunes which made it feel like we were in a house by the beach vs a condo. Beach access is outside the condo door. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us, so the location is excellent for the back and forth. Many reviews mention Mike's great communication and customer service. I don't have anything to add, just a confirmation of accuracy. We were very pleased.
Trying to add the helpful stuff now...
I was a bit surprised (in a good way) by the location of the grills and playground, etc amenities. The map makes them seem further away, but the parking lot is small and made this really easy for us to use and access. The charcoal grills were also a big, nice size and had lids so we had no problems cooking on them. We didn't use the pools at all but the smaller one is also just right by these other amenities and would have been a great size for the kids or just to sit by. We didn't look for the larger pool so can't assess.
I'm a runner and was able to easily get in a 3 mile run through the condo and Carillion Beach neighborhood (they share a gated entrance) since the main road would have been a bit more difficult to access. You could easily do longer distances if needed.
The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, but the pots and pans were a bit light - basically perfect for most condo-goers but if you're one who cooks a lot, complicated meals that require lots of pots/pans, or need anything specific then just ask the owner in advance to make sure it's there. He's really responsive and seems happy to ensure all your questions are answered!
If you have kids, bring your own paper or plastic kid plates and utensils (like in most places). We were prepared and didn't expect kid stuff anyway so it was a non-issue. We saw a pack n play and a booster seat but didn't need them so can't rate quality on those.
Beach chairs and beach towels were good quality. 2 round umbrellas.
Basic cleaning supplies were there which was really convenient (laundry/dish dtgt, kitchen counter spray, etc). I would bring my own sponge next time since all they had was a scrubber thing which is harder to use with smaller or more delicate items.
Bathroom and bed linens were all comfy and nice quality. Better than most rentals we've stayed in.
AC was fixed for our stay (Sept '22).
All the appliances were updated and in great condition.

The condo is exactly as advertised and more. Michael the owner was fantastic, he was very attentive, fast to respond and made the process very easy. The condo could not be closer to the beach and was very clean and had all the items you need for your stay. They entire complex’s is having air conditioning problems but Michael had set up 3 portable air conditioning units (one in each bedroom) and also had fans that were blowing cool air from the bedrooms to the main area. The condo was very comfortable and Michael did a great job making sure he did all he could do to make our stay amazing. I never write reviews and this is our 6 year coming to PCB but Michael was such a great host and the condo was so nice I had to write one this time. I would give this place 6 stars if I could that’s how nice it is.

Amazing
The photos do not show just how amazing this beachfront condo is. Easy access to pools, and steps from the beach. Balcony was just what you need to sit and listen to the waves at night. Beds were extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen.
Owner was amazing and extremely attentive. We are already looking at dates for next year.

Fantastic Condo
So, this was my second stay at Michael's property. It has everything-location, great amenities and a wonderful owner. The only thing it didn't have was air conditioning. This was not Michael's fault and he was amazing throughout the entire process of discovering the BOD for the complex was having issues with the cooling system. Long story short, Michael handled the situation wonderfully and we'll be back in the future. While we didn't get to complete our stay at this lovely property, know that if you do go, you will be taken care of by a communicative and understanding owner. Once it has AC again, this is the best place to stay if you want a great beach vacation!

We loved our stay at Sunnyside with our children. The condo was extremely easily accessible with easy walks out to the beach. Very clean and well kept. We can't wait to stay here again next time we come down!
