Spotless. Quiet. Comfortable. Water and snacks waiting on arrival! The hosts met us outside the building and provided an incredible amount of information on every subject you might need! They were available 24/7 during our stay. AND a 10 minute walk from the train station! AND around the corner to the main area for tourists!!! It’s just a perfect stay.

Daniela and her team are incredible!! They were super helpful even before we checked in. They will meet you to check in and provide a ton of really helpful information on Cinque Terre and anything in town. They are extremely responsive to any questions we have. The room is great with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!!

What a wonderful little secret in La Spezia! Daniela was so sweet and helpful. She and her husband greeted us and made us feel at home immediately. This boutique hotel was very quiet and centrally located to lots of shopping and restaurants. It's proximity to the train station made it easy to get to and from the hotel. There was a continental breakfast available at a local pastry shop and it made for the perfect start to each day! The room was clean and housekeeping came each day. The Wi-Fi was strong and easy to use. And there were special little treats in the room and refrigerator. Ask for the Portovenere room. The bathroom and shower is large. We would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you, Daniela, for your wonderful hospitality!

Breakfast was via vouchers used at very local café. Very good. Location was excellent to all amenities and sites.

Daniela, the host was super helpful and friendly. Provided ample information about La Spezia as well as Cinque Terre. Also provided recommendations. I liked the complimentary minibar as well as the windows having screens to prevent mosquitos and other insects from enter the room while the window is open. Also enjoyed the complimentary Italian breakfast (coffee and croissant) at the restaurant across the street. Loved the proximity to the La Spezia Central train station. Due to a train delay we contacted Daniela about available taxis while we were in Cinque Terre trying to get back to La Spezia. She immediately contacted us with several taxi companies that we could call to request a car. The rooms were clean, comfortable and modern.

Due to construction on the facade of the building, it was a little hard to locate the front door of the building due to the scaffolding. Google Maps showed the location in the building towards the back of the building so we walked around the whole building looking for the entrance. Finally found that the entrance faces the main square. That is pretty the only negative issue we had with this place.

Excellent location, proximity to all that you might want to do in La Spezia and train station. Very firendly and helpful hosts! very clean and all you need, practical accomodation. I enjoyed my morning capuccino and croissant accross the street, offered by the property.

Although I loved the old style building in which the apartments are located, some may be bothered; once you are inside, there’s nothing to complain about. the only thing which I’m not a big fan of, is the indoor scented perfume which was too strong.

Superb location, just a short walk away from the station. Room was very clean and quiet. The hosts are super nice and shared with us a lot of very useful information/suggestions around La Spezia and Cinque Terre and vicinity. Highly recommended!

Daniela was amazing. So attentive and helpful. She wanted to make our stay the best possible. She gave us so much information and was there in 2 minutes, whenever we needed her. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything you needed. They even provided free snacks and beverages. Great, great experience. Would recommend to anyone.

The property was very nice and clean. The Host was so nice and helpful. We would book this again. Our stay was perfect. The property was 2 minutes from the train station to visit the Cinque Terre.

The breakfast provided at the nearby cafe was amazing. The pastries were delicious. The accommodation is in the perfect location as its under 5 minutes walk from the train station which makes it very easy to get to Cinque Terra. Daniella is the most wonderful and helpful host as well.

Location was perfect! The breakfast included was great and the croissants were some of the best we've had in all of italy! All the included amenities were a beautiful touch.

I would definitely come back and stay here again! It is accessible from the main station and the place is really clean. The room is nice with TV, good WIFI and mini fridge and counter with coffee and cookies. You'll have everything you need and more! The owners are the kindest and most helpful as well giving us recommendations for travelling and even helping us when we lost our luggage on our train to La Spezia. Definitely worth staying here!

The location is great, very close to train station. The bathroom contains all kinds of stuff tourists might need.

Clean with good amenities from the fridge, coffee items to the bathroom toiletries. The modern decoration of the bed sets, lights and a high quality air con. The personal touch of each room with each town from the cinque terre and the pastel like colours were nice too.

Not the best sound proof as you can clearly hear people walking up and down the corridor, mobile phones going off and the sound of items being moved around from the habitants upstairs. There was also some building works being carried out in the early hours, which granted we were warned about but only at the time of arrival, it would be great if this was noted before hand.
